We stopped here after going to The Winner looking for a homecoming dress for my daughter. I got a bowl which was loaded with rice beans, meat, and all my favorite toppings. By the end of the line, it was heaping full, and I was very excited to eat it. The ordering line moved quickly. checkout was a quick process, and there were enough open seats considering it was dinner time. I think there were too many customers swapping seats. That employees couldn't get out to clean the tables fast enough, but otherwise the restrooms were clean and other than a few dirty seating areas it was as I expected. read more

She had to go to the back for beans, beef and pork, the counter around the food was covered in food, filthy, the plastic sneeze shield was disgusting... The last time we were there, we complained about similar issues and had a chat with the manager. She gave us the number for corporate blaming them. The dirtiest chipotle restaurant I have ever been too the tables, the floor the counter it was just disgusting. I even told the young man while he was standing there waiting for order to be made that he should be wiping down the tables and counters and sweeping if you can lean you can clean. Worst experience I've ever had at this location. Steak and chicken both tasted like they were held in warmer for hours. Steak had a "bloody" taste I've never had before and was tough like shoe leather. They gave us a small queso, paid for a large. Asked for extra fajita veggies and they didn't even give the standard amount. Queso and guacamole were excellent to be fair taste wise. Chips were good as well. This was a to go order picked up on time and ate when we arrived home. Recommend avoid this store until they fix their issues. read more

I don't have an MBA but it seems the likely solution would be to hire and schedule more than one person at for the dinner rush. Usually I prefer to eat at local restaurants for obvious reasons but we were late for this small town with limited vegetarian options. We ordered two vegetarian bowls, one with sofritas and guacamole and the second one with vegetables and guacamole. We wanted to have an open burrito like a burrito in a bowl and they were happy to do that, and also suggested we can have it anyway we like. They were generous in their servings and helped us with the town and to do things around. I would recommend them for good food and polite service. read more

Very frustrating to go to a fast food place to order 100.00 worth of food and told you have to go online only to order. Are you kidding me!!! I tried to get help with the app and and wasn't even correct either. It took more time ordering this way and then my bank card refused to process it because they felt 100.00 at Chipotle seemed a lot of money for fast food. You know what it is. And not to get any help. 15 Years ago, when I lived in DC, McChipotle was a novelty. We all know that it is owned by McDonald's, Inc. It was good and we went all the time. Then a BajaFresh opened. It was the same thing, but used fresh ingredients instead of the McDonald's frozen crap. It was a hit. Then, while on my way to Pymatuning from Pittsburgh, I stopped at Hot Heads. WOW. Just WOW. AMAZING!!! The staff was so great, they let me try the different sauces. They have like 20 compared to McChipotle's 3. Their food was totally fresh and they took the time to allow me to find what I liked. The Burrito was AWESOME!! much better the McChipotle or Baja Fresh. And the sauces are to die for. I usually mix and match to get some habenero and some smokier flavors. I've tried the awesome tacos too, but now I get the tortilla-less bowl and buy a bag of chips. It's like the BEST NACHOS in the universe!!! Been there a few times since. I pass up McChipotle's in Pittsburgh so that I can savor my dinner at Hot Heads a few times a year. read more

I love Chipotle and this one is my favorite! The staff is so friendly and really make you feel welcome. This store is the most beautiful that I have been in. I love the atmosphere! The food itself is my favorite "fast" Mexican food because it is GMO free!!! It makes a difference to me and to my family! My personal favorite is to get a bowl and normally I would have the Carnitas (pork) but they are currently not serving it--- so I have opted for chicken! I started my bowl with white rice, black beans and chicken. I then only added sour cream and cheese! A bag of chips on the side and my plate is perfect. My daughter loves the addition of the fresh guacamole added to her bowl and a bit of lettuce. Both bowls are amazing in taste and more than enough! Tonight my sister tried he new Sofritas and was really excited to say she liked it! She had never had tofu and really enjoyed it in her bowl. She cannot wait to have it again! She also highly encouraged anyone who is curious to try it! It's very good! (By the way you can ask for a sample!) As we ate I noticed several more customers coming in and the staff was still just as nice and still as hospitable even as it drew near to closing. I will definitely be back to this location! It may not be closest to my house but it has amazing service and food so it's worth it to me! read more

This is THE WORSE CHIPOTLE EVER. I am in compete awe as to how small the portions are at THIS Chipotle. I eat at several different ones because I enjoy the food and this is hands down the WORST corporate example of this restaurant. I eat a veggie bowl and you would think that rice and vegetables were 19.99/pound. When I asked for more rice, instead of accommodating me, I was told "this is our trained portion size", and it is inconsistent with practically every other locations' portions. This is my favorite Chipotle. The only thing I like better is Moe's, but since I don't live in Pittsburgh anymore, I've settled for a close second. I think Hot Heads is gross. I don't like anything they have, so that's not an option. Chipotle is always great about giving me the plain rice I need because of a stomach disorder. There are options for all dietary needs, including my gluten intolerance. I've seen the line to the door countless times and yes, it takes a while, but after spending over half an hour in the same length line at the Boardman Chipotle, which has a second line just for making online orders, as their managers sat around and drank soda as they watched, I appreciate this location so much more. 6 of the staff were doing prep. Just one guy at the front servicing the line. At first, I was truly annoyed and blood pressure was high. (There was only one customer in front of me and it took foooorrrever - roll back the cameras to Friday @ around 1:30) After the wait got ridiculous, I just parked it back and watched in total disbelief. I crossed my arms and just dismissed the whole experience. Chipotle is a good chain - this has never happened to me at any of the other places. Chipotle in Hermitage. I don't know if it is the manager or owner of this particular location that has the employees being very skimpy on the quantity of items they put on your order. I got a salad and a burrito to go. I literally got 1 Tablespoon of dressing for my salad. On the burrito, she spooned out 1/2 spoon of fresh salsa, then just shook the spoon over the burrito until about 15 pieces of tomato fell off and put the rest of the salsa back. Then she put a pinch of cheese on it. I have been there twice since they opened and the first time I figured they were new but the second time was worse. I have been to dozens of chipotles across Ohio and PA and I am very disappointed in ours. read more

I admit the reason I visited was to see how they compare to the competition in town. I had a pork burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn and pico salsa, Verde salsa, lettuce and a side of chips with guac and a drink. It cost over $11 for that meal for one person. The prom was tasty but slightly dry. The service was very outgoing, perhaps a bit on the annoying side and the cashier, thinking it was funny, announced the bubbly personality was from drinking before work. Aside from that awkward moment, the service was courteous and accurate. The atmosphere is pretty hip, but the large group tables made me feel out of place as a single diner in a hurry. I wish there had been an option for a smaller bowl, calorie free tea or lemonade, and some good sauces. I'll go back to the competition for sure! read more
