This place is super awesome for a quick lunch/dinner spot. The staff is incredibly friendly. I ordered on the app and it listed 20 minutes; I showed up early and the staff pulled my ticket down and made it ahead of time. I will say, they have so so so many options, that ordering online through the app is almost better. I think you are less likely to miss out on all that they offer. It's easier to see all the options online rather than looking in the window with a giant line behind you :). Just saying. Food is fantastic, value is spot on, I'm still full 10 hours later lol. This is the second time I've been to Hot Heads Burritos. This time I took my daughter. We ordered the cheese quesadilla for her and I got a bowl with barbacoa and a bunch of add ins. The food has been delicious each time and service is great too. Cost is pretty cheap. It's like a more delicious qdoba and comparable to Chipotle. I love the fresh chopped cilantro. The guac is a tiny spoonful and overpriced for that. They also charge for queso and it's a small quantity. I'm happy the man told me before he scooped them. I appreciate that. My daughter loved the cheese quesadilla. The tortilla was perfectly crispy and the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses were perfectly melted. read more

I've never heard of Hot Head Burritos before and my coworker told me that she heard from somebody that Hot Head Burritos was good. We decided to try it out during our lunch break. The interior was bright and clean and the menu was large enough to read from a distance. The best way to describe this place would be Chipotle. The style was similar to Chipotle because of how you order your food. The menu showed the steps that you could follow to customize your burrito. I decided to try the Hot Head Sauce so it was added in my burrito. I ordered a Streak Burrito ($6.49) and a soda ($1.69) which totaled $8.78. The burrito was so-so and the meat didn't have that grilled flavor to it. The Hot Head Sauce was a mistake because it didn't taste good to me. If I had to choose between this place and Chipotle, then I would choose Chipotle but that's just me. I definitely had better burritos in the past. read more

Normally a trip to hot heads for me is a delicious delight, however I went outside my comfort zone today and ordered the fish tacos which were an extreme disappointment. Was expecting the fish to be deep fried- it was not just thrown into there toaster thing for 3 minutes. The tacos were made with all my toppings while the fish was being cooked which resulted in the fish not even being able to fit inside of the taco. The taste of the fish was horrendous, not to mention it was squishy and left a bad feel in my mouth. Will be going back to hot heads again but will NEVER order fish again. read more

This place has been around for awhile, but I've never managed to stop by until recently. Man, I've really been missing out. I loved everything about this place. The food was fresh, tasted great, and the inside environment is bright and welcoming. I tried the sweet habanaro sauce, and it didn't disappoint. Prices are comparable to Chipotle, but for some reason, I just felt better about myself after eating here. I placed an online order for the first time today so I could just get it right after I got off work. I got there they were nice and quick about getting my food. I left without a second thought I've never had a problem here. Well after a bit of running around I get home and take a few bites, still haven't gotten any meat for some reason so I open my burrito to see if there is any. To my disappointment there was not. I called up to the store to let them know and at first I had a bit of resistance as to the accuracy of my claims but, was ultimately told if I wanted it fixed I had to bring proof. Which is not big deal. I get back up there and they look at it and confirm that they messed up and apologized. My order was fixed and is good as usual. I'll likely be back. I'm not sure how soon as I never get the chance to swing by. The flavors and size of the burrito makes this a go to place should I get a hunger for burritos. read more

I got food here instead of Chipotle cause my sister wanted it and it was disgusting! My steak tasted gross and the guacamole was bad it tasted like spiked eggs! To top off the great service when I called to tell them and see about getting my money back cause I throw the whole thing right in the trash I got such attitude. They made sure to inform me the guacamole was two days old and that's fine. Maybe if they made it fresh each day since it's one of those things that go bad fast they would sell more of it and not be throwing out so much! But anyways they told me after arguing with me that I can only have store credit like I'm sorry but even if it's free I don't want your nasty food I want my money back so I can go buy chipotle! If you're going to cost more than Chipotle, then you need to be better than Chipotle- which this place is not. The set up is the same as Chipotle, walk in and do the assembly line thing. Most of the burritos are the same, only more pricey. I felt as if the burrito assembly workers were being a little stingy with the fillings- as if I was taking from their personal supply of peppers and onions. As for the quality of the ingredients, I have no issue, as the chicken burrito I had tasted fine and was wrapped well. However, I can't recommend this place as it doesn't do anything to differentiate itself from the better and less expensive burritos at Chipotle down the street. read more

I love Chipotle, but I love good burrito bowls in general more. So I'm definitely not a loyal beezy when it comes to food. I go where my taste buds take me! And my stomach took me here. Their cheese sauce is yummy! The corn salsa isn't as great as Chipotle's. I feel like the meat always has a strange texture to it. But overall the bowls are pretty tasty and hit the spot! Ive had great service here when I go alone as well. However, their ordering to go service is on another level though. An office I know ordered from them a lot and each time there would be an issue even when orders are double checked. I tried this place and ordered a couple spicy chicken soft tacos. The amount of topping choices was on par with other places but the selection of sauces really stood out. The sweet habanero is really tasty and the extreme habanero adds some heat. Overall the food was fresh and very flavorful and the service was really good as well. Only thing lacking is if you have a baby with you there are no baby changing stations in the restrooms. read more

MUCH better than McChipotle. Hot Heads is by FAR the best burrito place. More choices and like 20 sauces!!! I've long tried the regular burrito places. When I lived in DC, we had a Chipotle's around the corner and ate there often. We all know that Chipotle is owned by McDonald's, Inc., but it was good food. There was also a couple of Baja Fresh's in the suburbs that tried to imitate, to no avail. Then a Qdoba opened. Again, sad imitation. Then I tried Hot Heads on my way up to our summer cottage at Pymatuning. WOW. Just WOW. The staff was almost too nice. They had WAAY more choices than the other fakes and they had like 20 hot sauces to choose from. Not like the McDonald's owned Chipotle, these guys let me taste different sauces and meats and made sure that it was EXACTLY what I wanted. I won't go to a McChipotles again. I'm sad to hear that a Chipotle moved in next to its parent, McDonalds. They obviously heard about how well Hot Heads was doing. Too bad McChipotle doesn't have half of the menu items or great staff as Hot Heads. I'll never eat at McChipolte again!.... I'll wait for the realdeal at Hot Heads!!! read more

Just tried it for the first time and it was pretty satisfied! I loved the choice of sauces they had at the end. The chicken was good quality too, and good portion size. Price is about average for this style of meal. Just personally wasn't a huge fan of their guacamole. It tasted very store bought if that makes sense. Overall though, will probably be back! read more

I was craving Qdoba or Chipotle. There were no Qdobas in the area, and on the way to Chipotle, there was Hot Head Burritos. It's a chain (I saw another in Austintown, OH) that is similar to a Chipotle or Qdoba with some differences in the salsas. I ordered a black bean burrito with white rice, queso, shredded cheese, lettuce and pico. It's in the same class as a Chipotle, but it's no Qdoba. My companion enjoyed her burrito as well. I'll eat there again if I have the opportunity. read more

I'm a chipotle loyal. We came here because my fiancé likes this place. They claim fresh and bold. Boy it's not fresh. I can tell you that. The mild salsa looked distinguishing. It look days old. The corn salsa doesn't look like fresh corn but either canned or frozen. The lettuce was brown and wilted. Chicken wasn't bad though. Sorry for the price isn't worth the quality. Go to a regular Mexican restaurant or chipotle. read more

I am so amazed with this place. They have such fresh ingredients and such tasty food I'll definitely be going back there. I am also grateful that as a vegan instead of not telling me which sauces were vegan they went through each sauce and told me if it contained eggs or milk and what they were sweetened with. So I was very happy with my meal after getting the information I needed and everyone is so kind and helpful. I wish there was a hot heads in butler but this one being the nearest one to us I'll definitely be a returning customer when I'm in the area. So it deserves 5 stars from me.. read more

Between this and Chipotle, I would choose Chipotle EVERY time. Hot Head is average at best, and is more expensive than it's worth. There are plenty of options for what to put on your burrito, but no matter what combination of items you use, it will be disappointing in comparison to Chipotle, at least for most people. read more

Giving them a 4-star rating again. Food is simply better than the competition. I love the little bowl and salad bowl options. Although the lines are a bit long for me at lunch I can still enjoy them for dinner. Had some issues with their fax order system but the company was quick to address my concerns and they made it right for me. read more
