This was my third bad experience at the Chipotle in Hiram, GA, and unfortunately, it will be my last. When I walked in, I understood they were busy, but the restaurant was dirty. Honestly, that should have been my sign to turn around. Instead, I decided to give them another chance. The employees making my food were moving very quickly, but in the rush, they didn't drain the liquid from the corn or the pico de gallo before adding it to my bowl. By the time I got home, the liquid had soaked through the paper bag and leaked onto my passenger seat--for the second time this has happened. When I picked the bag up, it was so saturated that my food nearly fell out. I was able to catch it before it hit the ground. As frustrating as that was, it got even worse. While eating, I found a hair in my food. At that point, I was completely disgusted. I understand restaurants get busy, but being busy should never excuse poor cleanliness, careless food preparation, or food safety issues. After giving this location three chances, I'm extremely disappointed. This is, without question, the worst Chipotle I've visited in years. Deserve no stars. Went in at 9:20 was told no meat it would be a 10 min wait, waited 10 mins then they said they only have hot honey chicken. The workers were playing around, on the phone, and honestly trying to make the costumers mad so they would leave. read more

I received the wrong mobile order and drove all the way back from home to fix it. The manager said she'd remake it but I had to go to the back of the line which was long. After they remade it, it was wrong again and for a different Jennifer. Same manager never apologized and insisted I go to the end of the line again to get it remade. After I refused and demanded a refund, the manager said she couldn't refund me and I had to call the customer service number!!! They found my initial order and tried making me take it. I refused b/c it was cold at this point (an hour later). The manager AGAIN sent me to the back of the line to remake it. Unacceptable customer service! I'll never go back. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Chipotle customer care was useless as well and said they'd notify the store so it doesn't happen again! I want my money back! read more

I try not to be negative Nancy, but this place is NEVER clean when I go in to order my food. Their food station has food all over the place, corn mixed in with the sour cream and medium salsa. It's so gross. The food is good, but I get grossed out because the restaurant is just disgusting inside. The service is fine. The employees are always rushing to make the food, but it's fine. Purchased 2 kids meals. Wanted the chips that comes with the kids meal. The "General manager" Faith was extremely RUDE!!!! Insisted that I had to take the mandarin oranges instead because they were out of bags for kids chips. Thankfully after making a call to the Field Leader Shania . She fixed it by having Faith give the chips . Customer service is such an easy thing . Be nice to people. Faith would NOT be a person that I would have managing anybody. I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance. I'm always disappointed. I ordered a veggie bowl because I'm vegan with dietary restrictions due to allergies. My bowl is so simple. Rice, beans, veggies, guacamole, green salsa, and tomatoes. Well the line was extremely long per usual. The items toward the ends (salsas, corn, guacamole, etc). had cheese in it... So I asked the young lady with braids who made my bowl if I can get guacamole that didn't have cheese in it and she had an attitude. She took 3 steps to go into the fridge to retrieve new guacamole and put half a spoon of guacamole (instead of the full spoon it's suppose to be). I didn't say anything because this location will never again get my business. I have an allergy to dairy .. and honestly this isn't the first time I came to this location and the guacamole had cheese in it. Businesses need to be mindful that there are people with dietary restrictions, allergies, etc. The vinaigrette taste like oil even after I shook it up... highly disappointed I understand that this business hires teenagers, but food industries establishments need to properly train employees on food safety. There isn't a customer service number that links you to a live person so I had to go through the instant messenger bot to get connected to real person. They offered me a BOGO coupon for the mistakes in my order. So, essentially, I'd have to spend more money to get some form of "reimbursement" for my incorrect meal. Yeah, no. Went to grab a quick lunch, the line was short and not a whole lot of people in there but plenty of staff. They were rude, rushing to get you through the line, and very unprofessional. They had to remake my fiancés burrito because it ripped then they just threw it all together.. the prices have definitely gone up, so over priced. I have ordered two different times using mobile pick up. Each time, I have waited 10-15 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my order. It's frustrating, because I would just leave the line in a normal drive thru experience. Since I paid ahead, I am forced to wait and tolerate subpar service. We ordered online for pickup. We got to the drive thru 5 minutes before our pickup time. The line was pretty long. It took about 20 minutes to reach the front. Our food was already bagged and ready to go once we got up there. Unfortunately, our food was cold. Also, I was missing an ingredient in my bowl that I ordered. The portion size doesn't seem to be the same amount that other chipotle stores give. I'm assuming they are still training and all of these issues will be resolved soon. Well, I did a mobile order at this brand new Chipotle on September 23 right around 12:45pm and was prepared for the worst. I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to find out that they actually have their stuff together! After the new Chipotle in Austell has been failing so spectacularly I was very nervous about this one but was hoping for the best considering this one is even closer to my house. I did a mobile order of one chicken burrito and two fountain drinks. I really like how for mobile orders you go through the drive through to pick it up (I don't think they take orders through the drive through either so it is a quick and easy process). I made some modifications to my burrito and it was PERFECT. We also arrived a few min before my pickup time and it was already done and waiting for me. Overall GREAT experience and I hope they keep up the good work! Southwest Cobb/Paulding needed this!! read more

My family and I love the food at Chipotle. Thats why we keep going back. But for this location, if you want your order to be correct you need to go inside and watch them make it. I have had two catering orders missing items, 2 mobile orders to pick up through the drive through that were incorrect, and one mobile order that was over 30 minutes late being ready to pick up from my scheduled pick up time. The yummy food is the only thing that keeps me coming back, but honestly I visit a lot less often than I would if the service was acceptable. read more

Unbelievable is all I can say. Went to get two bowls; one steak and one chicken (Pollo Asada). No pollo asada. It's 6:00pm and you don't close until 10:00pm. Are you not going to cook more? You have four hours until close. Sautéed vegetables gone along with Pico on the main line. Sour cream had every other condiment in it. Asked if they could get Pico from the takeout window area. He proceeded and the worker there asked what he was doing. Then another worker came over and told him to just tell people we are out. Once again...you have four hours until you close. Someone needs to be chopping tomatoes and onions. Chips had a pound of salt on them and they were stale. Don't know why I keep punishing myself going to this location. I guess I'm just going to suck it up and drive 16 miles instead of 2. Never have issues there and all items are always available. read more

This has got to be the worst Chipotle. The employees have zero supervision. The store is completely empty and they NEVER have the food bins filled. So you typically get scraps. I placed an online order, went inside at the scheduled time for pickup. I live less than 3 minutes from the restaurant. Got home, and our food was ICE cold. Went back to Chipotle with the hope of having our meal remade. The MOD (Andrew Parker) and his sidekick "Lexie" proceeded by debating how long the order may have been prepared and the time it was picked up. In between their snickering and smart comments I decided I no longer wanted the order. I was told because it was an online order the refund would need to be requested in the same manner. I requested the store manager's name, in which Andrew Parker replied "I'm the manager". I then requested the name of the District manager or owner. Andrew Parker handed me a business card with someone's name and the store number. When I tried calling I received an automated system for orders only. I will return to the store to express my dissatisfaction. However, I wanted to list my experience. Issue was that the store was a mess; dirty tables, dirty counter tops, napkins almost gone, tray provided to carry food filthy, food from an earlier order smeared on edges. This place really needs consistent leadership. The young people in there really try to tame the rushes to the best of their ability, which I applaud, but the level of cleanliness is just not there. Between the line touching their face with their food service gloves, filthy line counters, filthy floors, filthy bathrooms, and everything in between- the store shows that it needs more staffing and training in that regard. On a few occasions, I saw the manager filling out the shift walk sheets and following up to some regard, but it's not consistent at all. Arrived to pick up my daughter's order at 6:20pm in drive through. When we arrived home she realized we received the wrong order. We drove back (20 minutes)...now 40 minutes in total to request the right meal. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. We decided to go inside. Inside, I was directed to go to the front of the "pick up" line. I tried to get an associate's help (Alexis), she looked at me and walked away. In total shock, I said, "excuse me again." Alexis continued to ignore me. A few customers chimed in commenting on her rude behavior towards them and her coworkers. I once again called her name, saying "I received the wrong order in the drive thru". She continued to ignored me and started to press tortillas. The manager came out, attempted to speak with Alexis then apologized for the mix up and Alexis' rude behavior. It is now 7:52pm and we are still waiting for our order. The manager and other associates were extremely patient and friendly. Apologizing for the mix up and extremely long wait times. I am very disappointed in Alexis' disposition and attitude towards customers. It is apparent she has a deficiency in working in customer service. Chipotle is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants which she frequents often. For the amount of money I spend here and the prices of food....I expect a more friendly customer service experience. read more

First off the soft drinks didn't work, the food is relatively too expensive for what it is, you get no chips at all unless you pay a bunch extra money, there's nothing to catch a burrito on as it's falling apart all over the table so you end up cutting your burrito on their table tops how's your burrito pieces are all over the table and smashed into the tablesaw. The team members at this Chipotle were extremely rude to me today. I asked for fajita peppers but they were currently out in the regular line. I was told they can't take any from the "VIP section" which was really the online order station. I told the "manager" (some heavyset lady with black hair and olive skin) that this made no sense as all of the food is the same on both stations. She replied that they couldn't take any food from the "VIP section" because it would cross contaminate by bringing my bowl over there. I then said ok well put some in a side cup and give it to me and I'll put it on myself. She then claimed they were out on that side too (which she never said before) The team members and manager were just rude, argumentative and clearly would prefer to make up ridiculous excuses and argue with me rather than coming up with any solution to the issue. Avoid Chipotle in Hiram Gave this restaurant two chances and they screwed up two orders on two different occasions. The screw up last night was the last straw for me. I ordered 3 tacos with steak, fajita vegetables, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, rice, lettuce, and black beans. Needless to say, I received three tacos minus the steak and fajita vegetables. I called the store and a fake manager named Ashley came to the phone two times telling me she does not know what to do because she is new.
