The food at this location is awful. I gave it 3 tries, months apart and nothing has changed, still awful. I ordered a salad with chicken today and the chicken is hard, overcooked and not fresh. Horrible Horrific Terrible Unbelievable Disgusting and many other negative turned off adjectives I would use to describe this place and location. The young black kids were all on there phones with air pods in listening to rap music singing along to the songs while trying to take orders and not comprehending our orders. I had to repeat myself over and over and over while being asked dumb questions as to why I wanted a veggie bowl and no chicken. The little short white kid asked me 5 times! You don't want chicken? And why not? Unbelievable. I really hope that was not the manager. Then they were out of chips because the kid in the back was playing on his phone and not cooking anything. The food was horrible, bland to say the least. I use to love chipotle but after coming here I will probably never eat chipotle ever again. This is the worst Chipotle franchise in the company. The food is always cold and every time I think to give it another try it's worst. The steak was over cooked and dry. they taste like cardboard piece. The onions were chopped in huge chunks. I will not visit this Chipotle in Hiram, Ga ever again. Fire the staff and start over. This was our first time to try a Chitpotle and we were disappointed. Limited menu with few options. Food is not cooked fresh onsite. We ordered online with inside pickup (we don't do drive thru). Got there 5 minutes after scheduled pickup time and could not find my order. I asked and the person at the counter did not know where it was and had to ask two other people. An employee found it on the high top shelf where there was no way I could have known that was my order. The burrito bowl was cold with fatty, greasy meat and the chicken salad bowl was swimming in cold grease. The chips were oily, soggy, and not fully cooked. Really enjoyed my first visit to Chipotle. The staff was working so hard to serve a long long of customers. They were very friendly and made sure to get our orders just right. The food was tasty, the portions were generous and I left feeling happy and full. Will definitely return. read more

I would not recommend this location. I understand they just opened but at 6:00pm and at least 10 people standing in the line they should have fresh food. I had to request fresh sour cream, red sauce, chicken, lettuce, and rice. All of those items were extremely low and appeared to be old food. Also, the chips I requested were not eatable. I wasted $12 on dinner because I could not eat the food and not to mention the staff is young, rude, and highly unprofessional. I plan on calling the General Manager and the Health Department because they should not be opened at this time. I would not waste my time or money on this location. read more

This is my first time going to this location or any Chipotle since it's been in Hiram. The high protein bowl was surprisingly well seasoned, the lettuce on top looked very fresh. I also got the queso and chips. The taste of the queso does not have that cheese flavor that most are familiar with in a white queso, it tasted more like a salsa and I didnt want salsa. But I used it on my high protein bowl and it was good. The chips tasted like they were getting stale. Overall good taste. I will definitely go back in a few months. read more

Okay so I'm a first-time Chipotle Customer. We pull up to the place and there was a line of cars so we automatically thought heck yeah they have a drive-thru we sit in the Drive-Thru for almost 30 minutes the only sign once you get halfway around the building says online pickup orders ahead I started to question if this was in fact a real drive thru however nowhere did it say online pickup ONLY so we continue to wait seeing that we have waited this long, (thinking they make the food to order maybe they just do it at the window? Idk) so we get up to the window I asked the lady if we could place a order or...(was going to ask of it was pickup only) she cut me off and literally looks at me like I am an alien and with a horrible attitude says this is a pickup order only there's a sign out front, I told her there was no sign saying there was no drive-thru, This is my first time at Chipotle how was I supposed to know. I then received the look of "are you really that dumb" before I drove away. Regardless of how good I have heard the food is I will not be returning back to the Hiram location. they should make sure when they hire people that they have a good bedside manner first and foremost. read more

We recently moved into the area. This Chipotle was awesome at first, but after a month or so it seems like playing the lottery to have our order fulfilled correctly. I've had to drive back here so many different times, or circle back through the 15-20 minute drive through to have an order corrected. I'd go inside but the lobby closes early due to covid - which is a good thing in itself don't get me wrong. The last straw was last night, we ordered a bowl, and a quesadilla. I pull through and take my food, glance in the bag and yep - there's a bowl and the box they use for quesadillas. Score. After getting home we realize that they've put the wrong order in our bag, entirely different name on the bowl/quesadilla, with the correct name on our bag. We tried to call several times on our way to the location to have it corrected and were sent directly to voicemail each time. "They're probably just busy so close to closing" we think. Nope. We get there and the place is deserted. Sure, they fixed the order - but it's the repeated incompetency in order fulfillment, and the inability to answer the phone that has lead us to the decision that we will no longer be doing business at this location. Danata - If you're reading this, we're assuming you got our food since we got yours. I hope you liked the steak bowl! read more
