When I walked in there was a line of maybe 4 people ahead of me. The line was moving fast and everyone knew what they wanted. I didn't feel a pressure to rush from anyone, including myself. The only issue was the customer service. When it was my turn I said " I would like a veg-", and was immediately cut off to let me know there is no pastor left. I said I'm vegetarian so that's okay. The lady behind me in line left to order on the app to avoid being spoken to that way. The entire time I was filling my bowl it felt like I was bothering her. I was willing to pay for add ons like queso and the new cilantro lime sauce. The food is great and I always cater from Chipotle for work or order online delivery, so it makes me sad to be treated this way in person. 1 Star Very unprofessional hiring experience at this Chipotle location. I had a scheduled interview and arrived on time, expecting a basic level of professionalism and respect for my time. Instead, I was left waiting for an extended period without any communication from management. No one acknowledged the delay, offered an explanation, or attempted to update me about the status of the interview. After waiting far longer than what would be considered reasonable for a scheduled appointment, I had no choice but to leave. Interviews go both ways -- employers expect candidates to be punctual and prepared, but that same respect should be shown in return. This experience gave the impression of poor management and disorganization. If this is how potential employees are treated before even being hired, it raises serious concerns about the professionalism and leadership at this location. It has been over a year since I visited this location, and I return to see no improvements. I've made this complaint before--poor customer service, weak communication, and an overall lack of professionalism being displayed by the employees. My arrival time is before 7pm. I ordered chicken to go into my burrito bowl and was told bluntly that it was "the last of it." What this worker insisted on giving me was the last dry/overcooked pieces of chicken, and not even a full scoop. It prompted me to switched my choice of protein, and I could visibly tell this irritated the young man. Another worker completed making my order and as I'm heading toward the cashier, I witnessed someone else bringing out freshly cooked chicken. A simple statement such as, "More will be out shortly," would have demonstrated basic courtesy and transparency. Instead, the interaction felt careless and misleading. The only partially redeeming moment was when the female employee at least offered a smile and said "You're welcome," showing the bare minimum of customer service. Without that, I might have requested a chat with a supervisor. This falls FAR BELOW Chipotle's expected standards and should be examined before it ruins other customer experiences. Ate inside this restaurant after 2 years absence from any Chipotle sites. Very disappointed as the restaurant was not very clean and female service attendants extremely rude. Nobody was in line except for a friend and myself. We literally stood in front of the counter, about 3 ft away from several food counter staff before one female gruffly asked for my order. I went to this location to redeem my teacher appreciation meal. The inside looks very nice and well kept. They were confused about it but once I showed what seemed to be the manager are informed me that I needed to do it online. That was a bit frustrating because I feel like when you order online they don't put effort into your meal. Which is exactly what happened too. I ordered my bowl and tell me why it was a soupy mess at the bottom. Where did all the liquid come from? Which made me question did they not drain something properly. One time I went I asked for chicken the young lady did a scoop and a half I never asked for that she took it upon herself to fix my bowl I get to the cashier and another lady tries to charge me for double meat I said ma'am I didn't ask for double meat. She appeared to want a confrontation so I just paid for my meal. Then I go back like 3 weeks later and I get the steak I get home and the steak was undercooked and ruined my whole meal. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this Chipotle. Keep in mind, this is my neighborhood Chipotle that I've been loyal to for 3 years and have experienced great customer service from Diego, the dark skinned African manager and everything. But tonight was different - I originally placed a mobile order for 8:30 p.m., but I arrived earlier than expected around 7:20 p.m. I politely asked if my order could be made sooner, and I even apologized in advance if that was inconvenient. The manager on duty (seen in the picture, light skinned, wears glasses, had braids) immediately rolled her eyes, scoffed, and gave me attitude...which unfortunately wasn't the first time I've noticed this behavior from her for zero apparent reason. After sitting and waiting over 20 minutes (after I saw her complete 2 other orders that were before me which was fine) but then stood around talking and going to the back, and watching her say they were running out of white rice for the mobile orders and chicken. So, I asked if it would be easier for me to just order through the regular line. She snapped back rudely, saying "you're good," and rolled her eyes again. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable having her prepare my food, especially given her attitude, behavior and the way she was handling food between the back and front areas. So I kindly told another team member with her (the manager) in ear shot that I would prefer to order a fresh bowl through the regular line, which I did. Despite this, she later had someone come out to my car accusing me of stealing food even though she knew I had already placed and paid for my mobile order and ordered the exact same meal again at the counter (I have the receipt). It was humiliating, completely unprofessional, and made me feel very uncomfortable. This manager's attitude and behavior were unacceptable. I've attached her photo in my report to the general manager Orienthia, but I hope management takes this review seriously. No paying customer deserves to be treated with that kind of disrespect. read more

Went today (3/13/26) at about 4:30ish? It was SUPER busy, but the crew was handling it so well and so quickly!!! I was very surprised. Apparently they had a BOGO deal today that the ladies kindly explained to me. My daughter and I were so happy because everyone loves a BOGO. There was quite a few staff members, but we mostly interacted with the female staff on the actual line, and I believe a manager named Rin, please forgive me if I misspelled your beautiful name. Everyone was so kind and helpful, one the ladies let me try a piece of the new pastor chicken in case it was too spicy for me. Also, I'm not sure why soamy people are complaining about the portions. Especially in a bowl, it's huge. It was delicious btw, and so were the fresh lemonades! I personally was obsessed with the watermelon limeade but my daughter enjoyed the mandarin one and said it tasted like HC orange. Last but not least, I have to say for as busy as it was the dining area was super tidy. All in all, this location was great today and I hope y'all acknowledge that towards the team on duty today! Shocking corporate greed. Went in today for a burrito, but the the tortilla machine didn't work (which is ridiculous in and of itself) so I order a bowl instead and asked for a tortilla on the side (it was cold but I can easily warm it up) get to the register and they charge me for the tortilla, I say that's not right since their machine was broken, I came for a burrito, and the tortilla wasn't ever heated up. I go back and forth for a minute with them and the cashier finally says "I'll take it off".. what I didn't realize until I got back was that them "taking it off" was simply them not giving it to me... which means they threw it away instead of just giving it to me, they'd rather waste food than treat their customers fairly when THEIR equipment broke. Of course the tortilla is only $.50, but it's the principle of a company with $13 billion in annual revenue nickel and diming customers especially in this situation. Unbelievable.. I live and work within 5 minutes of this location and will never step foot into it again, really hope that $.50 tortilla was worth it Chipotle management. read more

I stopped in today cause I was craving tacos. I usually get 3 veggie tacos with beans on the side. My order is pretty simple and no way to mess it up honestly . I used to get the vegan option with the tofu (sofritos) but I'm not a fan of the texture so I just get simple veggie tacos (vegetarian). I don't eat Chipotle too often but it's great when I don't want to cook because it's quick and fast. They offer chicken, beef and pork options for those who eat meat. We've been to this location several times now - both takeout and dining in. It is a smaller space, but there is a lot of indoor seating (bar seating and tables). When we went most recently, I had to clean crumbs off the table we sat at - so not the tidiest, but not significantly worse than expected. This location gets swamped by online orders in the evenings. My husband has been a couple times to pick up takeout for dinner. The line is usually long, and they are usually short staffed. We avoid getting dinner here for that reason (we just feel bad for the staff!). Other than that - the food/service is good and same as what we expect from other Chipotle branches! read more

I haven't been to a Chipotle in years. And not much has changed. But I do understand the appeal, with the appearance of "healthy" options. My wife ordered a bowl and I ordered a burrito. We were pleased to see they offer brown rice with no upcharge (Chinese Restaurants should take note). One thing I noticed was we didn't have the usual chips and salsa with our lunch. Maybe because we usually get that included at our Tex-Mex restaurants. Eureka! Now we know why the brown rice is included. In all, the food was fresh and tasty. But I didn't feel comfortable with their social distancing policies. They put signs on tables for distancing, but guests ignored the signs and sat wherever they wanted. No-one from the store even tried to enforce the policy. Then there was the standard crowd at the soda machine. And people just standing around waiting to place their order. Finally, as it was lunch time and they were slammed, no-one was assigned table clean up or sanitizing tables between guests. Chipotle isn't cheap. The food is decent, but until COVID-19 gets under control, I wouldn't think of returning. read more

Didn't even get my food. I first went to the chipotle on Eldridge and westheimer and was told they were only taking cash. Didn't have cash and we were really craving chipotle so we drove to this location instead. As they were making our bowl & get to the meat they informed us they were out of chicken and it would be a 15min wait. We already drove from one to another and were starving. They offered the other chicken as an option instead so we got that. When we got to the register I noticed a price difference from when we normally go and asked the cashier Melony Ramirez to honor the price of the regular chicken since that's what we wanted anyways and weren't told there was a price difference for the other kind of chicken. We had 2 extra chipotle honey chicken bowls and I asked if she could honor the price of the 2 extra regular chicken bowls for the inconvenience and she flat out told me no. I informed her that we were told it would be over 15 mins for the other chicken and we weren't even aware the other chicken costed more and she didn't care. She actually said she wasn't the cook and it didn't have anything to do with her. I asked to speak with a manager as this didn't seem right to me and she informed me she was the manager with a big grin on her face... so how does this have nothing to do with you?? I told her I used to work at chipotle and we would NEVER give that kind of customer service and informed her corporate would not go for this. She then said "call them then" I said "wow you want me to call corporate?" And she said YES and gave me her full name. The way Melony the "manager" handled the issue was super disrespectful and disgusting. Not only was she not trying to make the issue right by charging me the regular double chicken but then they tell me they don't even have any chips. I told her if she couldn't honor the price of the regular chicken I didn't want it and she told us to go ahead and leave. I drove to 2 different chipotles and left with no food from BOTH. This is ridiculous and makes me NEVER want to go back getting treated like this as a loyal customer and previous employee. And to throw away the 2 double chicken bowls instead of just charging us for the regular double chicken we wanted?? I mean come on now. No way that's a smart business move. As I'm sitting here waiting on fresh chicken . It's almost as the manager is testing temperature of food. She's not washing it off she's using a paper towel and the same one at that. This location has it all. At least all that you can expect from a Chipotle. Good location - check. Friendly service - check. Delicious fresh food - check. Portion sizes aren't always consistent but they don't skimp on the meat period. I have ordered online 3 times and each time my order was perfect. I highly recommend ordering online if you are in a rush. Your order will be in a bag on the shelf at the front waiting on you. You don't have to get in line or talk to anyone. If there is a new item on the menu this location is one of the first to roll it out. They consistently keep food stocked during the lunch rush so there are no long waits while the next batch of chicken is on the grill. My favorite item hands down are the crispy tacos ( 1 steak, 1 chicken, 1 barbacoa plus a side of chipotle vinegarette). I just wish they didn't get soggy so quickly. If I'm not dining in ( I usually don't) I request my salsa, sour cream and guac on the side. The salad is my second choice. The third is the burrito bowl. Rarely do I eat a burrito. They now offer a new super green salad with kale mix that I will try. The carne asada is really tender and much more seasoned than the regular steak for an upcharge. I'm not sure if it's worth it tho because the regular steak is good. read more

The only problem I have with this location is the simple portion sizes. This is the only issue I find myself to have every single time I dine in this location. I always have to ask for another scoop because it seems that they are rationing with everything they have to offer. Today I had to ask for another scoop of everything 3 Times. That is pathetic. I placed my order through UberEats and received the incorrect order. My order consisted of chicken plus extra portion. I have already disputed those issues with the third party, however I attempted to rectify the order with the restaurant location I ordered from. Upon arrival I entered the restaurant and witnessed a long line of customers awaiting to place orders. I approached the cashier and showed my proof of receipt that I was missing my protein. I didn't have the bowl present because I didn't think they would need the physical bowl but I did have pictures. I was rudely interrupted by JOHN FRANCIS, who claimed to be the manager. I was advised to inconvenience myself for a 3rd time to return home and bring the bowl. As I attempted to show pictures, he said that would not suffice. Now why on earth would a customer come up to the restaurant that had previously order through a delivery service if said order wasn't correct???? I am very displeased with the service and behavior of the manager. That is not how you treat paying customers nor totally dismiss their concerns. I said no just a drink. While my card was being charged I watched her put chips in my bag. So I reminded her that I didn't want chips. Again no communication, nothing spoken from her to me. After the refund which I hope she did she handed me the bag with the chips still in it. Then threw attitude at me with shaking her head. I retuned the chips to them.
