The parking lot is shared with the likes of Chili's, Cavender Boot City, and Planet Fitness. Pro tip: if you're coming the Stratford High School area, avoid the traffic on Dairy Ashford and take Tully. It will spit you out into the Whataburger parking lot right before you hit I-10. OK, so on a weekday before work I decided to stop by this Whataburger location. Instead of mobile ordering which is my usual MO, I decided to test ordering at the counter. There was no line to order (though about 10 people were waiting for their food), service was fine - not extra nice but nothing rubbed me the wrong way either. From order to getting my food (a honey butter chicken biscuit with hot black coffee), it was 7 minutes. Not bad considering it was pretty busy. I dined in so I could take a photo and write this review in peace. From my experience, the dine in area was very empty and the vast majority of customers were taking their food to-go or using the drive through. The restaurant was decently clean though there were some random used napkins lying around. As a good citizen, I cleaned it up. The food itself - heavenly! We came here today for breakfast, specifically for the honey butter chicken biscuit, since we don't have Whataburger where we live in Michigan and it's a favorite of mine. It was about $13 for two people which is reasonable. I ordered orange juice with mine so that was a slight upcharge, I believe. A honey butter chicken biscuit combo comes with the biscuit, hash browns, and then coffee, a soft drink, or orange juice. I used the bathroom while here as well and for the most part it was clean. Okay so I eat here pretty frequently, have been eating here for the past 8 years, let me just say their food is not all that good. I'm just going to come out and say it, the fries are cold and stale, the people on taking your order are okay. There is a Manager at this location named Irma. She has no customer service skills and should not be in any sort of management position. Irma is very rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. She doesn't need to work with the public. She charged me for the wrong item and then gave me attitude when I addressed it but didn't fix the issue. This is not the first time we have had issues with her. Whataburger needs to do better and remove managers with such attitudes, if you don't like you job, leave, simple as that. I come every morning for breakfast (A coke and a cinnamon roll) . These items require ZERO preparation and should be easy to handle. Sometimes I go through the Drive thru and sometimes I go inside if the drive thru is busy. When I go inside, the counter lady is SO SLOW and makes me wait anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes JUST for a damn cinnamon roll. When I go through the Drive thru, its just as slow. These people need to put a pep in their step and start moving! Park some people that are waiting on food, kept he drive thru moving.
