Surprisingly, this time around my food was really good! Everything was fresh and just came off the grill. I ordered a chicken burrito with barracuda, white rice, half-and-half beans, fajita veggies, cheese, Ginna, green, and red sauce. I placed a larger order for work. 4 people didn't get their lunch. I talked to customer service (because you can't call the actual restaurant). Explained that 4 meals were missing and was told I could get a refund on those and I would need to reorder. The next delivery was missing 1 of the 4 meals that I reordered!!! Checked my account and I was refunded $12.00...for 4 missing meals. What a joke. I will not return to this location. Customer service the other is always rude, or they seem annoyed. Probably the worst chipotle in town that I've been to honestly. I'm very disappointed because it is the closest to us. They seem to be a very busy location and every time I go the trashes are overflowing and the drink station is always super dirty. Well I guess after reading recent reviews our experience was no different but no excuse for the disgusting lack of cleanliness and poor service. Chipotle was always a staple for me, I love it. The problem is the company has become greedy. Their CEO publicly made mention that so far they have not noticed much price sensitivity to raising costs. This roughly translates into: "We can still squeeze more money out of our customers, so we're going to keep increasing prices". Their food is good, but lacks consistency at this location. I've had many orders that are wrong. I've noted the increased/inflated pricing per menu item for delivery. Working that into the menu price is sneaky and deceptive. I'll no longer eat at Chipotle. Here are the top reasons I will not go back: - Continued price increases, passing on "inflation" to the end user - Many pickup orders wrong - Ordering online usually means I am waiting in the restaurant for 15 minutes while I watch others walk in and order and walk out. - The drive-through window they put in often is not staffed, I have had no one show, and one time someone asked my name and then never came back I've been going to Chipotle for at least the last 20 years. I went to the Liberty Missouri location and if I could give it zero stars I would, given that the customer service was nonexistent. I normally love Chipotle, but when I got there tonight I was told that they were out of chicken and would not be cooking more since they were only going to be open another hour. Pretty gross, really. I was there at almost 2pm, well after the lunch rush. Place was empty except for me and maybe 2 other customers, and not a single clean table. Apparently wiping tables down is not a high priority for the four seemingly 16-year olds running the place. Puddles of water and trash, straw wrappers, etc, littered around the soft drink machine and on the dirty tables. The store will not answer the phone, I sent two separate messages; one to corporate and one to what I thought was the store. Not a single word. I ordered a brisket burrito with light white rice and extra black beans. As you can see, there are so few beans you can literally count them. There is so much rice it makes me think they did two scoops. You may also notice there is no meat. The $4 more than chicken option is completely missing. I would have cancelled the payment at this point but I paid with a gift card. This is also not the first time this store has done this. This location is in desperate need of a secret shopper. The staff members are visibly miserable, and it seems they are micro managed on every aspect in the front line. The workers spend more time shaking the rice, beans and meat off the spoon in fear of over portioning that the line moves at a snail pace. Do not even think about questioning the skimpy portions, or you will receive attitude from the workers that sold their soul to corporate, and you can forget about getting cheese and sour cream. The only thing that lacks any management in this location is the dining area. The tables appear to be wiped only during closing duties. Do yourself a favor and visit a different location. read more

I arrived on SATURDAY March 25th. It was a disaster I was waiting for 30 minutes on a online but eventually had to cancel. NO ONE was running this disaster. There was no ice in the ice dispenser, no napkins too, the trash was overflowing. the batrooms were filthy. I guess employees didn't show up for work neither did any management I guess since its a Saturday they can't be bothered. Is what a complete disaster the place was trash. Luckily my mom and I went here after the rush hour after dinner. The line wasn't as pack and the food was just made freshly when it was our turn. Friendly staff and the place is decent and clean. Food can be better if the chicken wasn't too char other than that... everything came out great. Would go here back again. I like getting their burrito bowl to go with a side of tortilla. This has probably got to be the slowest, busiest location in Kansas City. This will be about order ahead mostly: They never have order ahead food ready by the time you arrive. You walk in head up to to front and check the shelf for your food and it's not there major let down. Then they ask you what your name is and they walk into the back and came back up front and say it being worked on. So annoying. Meanwhile the line in the restaurant is giant the employees don't really say anything to you except "White or Brown Rice" or "Black or Pinto Beans". The shove your food down the line. That is if you can get that far usually there is some "nice" person who fees they need to order 10 items all by their lonesome while staring at a piece of paper with barely legible handwriting. Usually the excuse I hear here is that they are short staffed. Um hire more people? I don't know? read more
