I've been to this location multiple times, and the food has always been good. HOWEVER, the reason for this review today was the employees behavior. The boy who made my food was perfectly nice, finished up my food, and sent me in to the cash register. He turns around and starts heading towards the back wall, when his manager intercepts him and starts YELLING at him, at which point the girl at the register starts to JOIN IN, absolutely berating him for not immediately cleaning his station!! He was hardly able to get a word in to point out that he was heading towards the wall to GRAB A CLOTH so that he could clean his station! The fact that this kids manager AND one of his fellow employees would behave this way towards a coworker is absolutely abhorrent to me. As someone who has worked in food service, it makes me not want to go back to this establishment if that how it treats its employees. read more

One star is too generous. This site has management that falls into the same trap that is killing Chipotle. They are cheap and they undercut customers on quantity. I don't usually review fast food type places, but I go here a lot and there are a lot of negative reviews. I can't think of a bad experience that I've had here. The staff is always friendly and they work through the orders pretty quick. They've never messed up my order (that would be hard since you stand there and watch them make it). My wife has an avocado allergy and they always swap out their gloves before making her dish without any attitude or grumbling. It's Chipotle, if you're craving their food just go there. I ordered three tacos with a side of Guacamole and queso blanco. They were ten minutes late with the order, and hadn't put any guacamole or queso blanco in there as sides. They claimed they were already on the tacos. Total BS. I found one small dollop of guac on the middle taco. Their receipts (on line and on paper) are terribly vague in that they just list the things on your order, without breaking down the price for each item. So I couldn't even prove that I had paid extra for the guac and queso. Person behind the counter was unapologetic. They gave me the guac but I had to buy another queso. I recntly visited a Chipotle restaurant in Kansas City, MO off of Flintlock Road at 6:45 pm. This was the WORST experience EVER. With over 4 hours until closing they were out of salad dressing, all of the lemonade dispensers were empty. Tables in the dining room were filthy and the trash was overflowing. Granted, a local football game just got over but a little bit of forethought and this should have been expected. We have been there at opening time and they were out of salad dressing. I've tried it on several occasions and the service is very slow. Today I ordered ahead on line to avoid the always slow moving line. When I got to the store my food was ready and waiting and and since it was a nice day I decided to stay and eat at their patio. The food was good but about halfway through my meal a Chipotle employee sat at the table next to me and started chain smoking cigarettes. This chipotle is a huge disappointment. I understand that the "to-go" orders interfere with the process of quality service, however, this is a severe level of slowness and lack of prioritization. I waited for 10 minutes just in the front waiting for them to take my order because they were busy with online orders. After this, the guy put 2 tiny spoonfuls of rice. I politely asked for more and he put one more tiny scoop in. He acted annoyed that I was a consumer. What should have been a MAYBE 10 minute in and out trip, turned into a 25 minute ordeal. I understand that restaurants tend to put less effort into "to go orders", but this is ridiculous. This has been the fifth burrito in a row that has looked like this over the past two months. Contents spilling out of the tortilla, tinfoil not completely wrapped around the burrito, the inside of the bag is spattered with burrito ingredients. I normally don't leave reviews but this is probably the worst chipotle experience for me ever. Ordered via the app, one burrito and one bowl. Everything was entirely wrong and what was in there seemed to be half portions. 1/2 chicken and 1/2 steak for my bowl included about 5 pieces of steak and no chicken, no fajita veggies even though they were ordered, etc. My wife's bowl didn't have any queso or guac even though it was ordered and paired for. Her burrito had beans when no beans were ordered.. I even doubled checked when I got home that I picked up the right bag which it was the bag with my name on it. If I could give zero stars I would. This location is usually very slow and the quality is nothing compared to other Chipotles. After going during the Covid Pandemic, I am not sure I will be returning. I came around 6:35pm on a Monday (which was today) and there was a line that could have gone out the door; however, it wrapped around inside because who wants to stand outside in the cold? I was probably in line for 10 minutes which gave me a lot of time to decide what to order; in addition, I was able to take notes of the prices on the menu. I didn't bring my DSLR camera nor did I want to take a picture of the menu. There were no tables available; however, as the line started to move, a few tables opened up. I ordered a Steak Burrito ($6.35) along with guacamole ($1.80 additional) and a small drink ($1.55). If you want double meat, then it's $2.25 extra. There were multiple options but the price for the meats were all given on the menu. A Burrito Bowl was $5.95 and that's pretty much what it sounded like. Here are the prices for the other kinds of meat/vegetables. Chicken $5.95 Carnitas $6.35 Barbacoa $6.35 Vegetarian $5.95 The employees seemed okay and nothing stood out to make me say anything else about them. My burrito tasted alright like any of the other Chipotle locations around the country (and by around the country... I really mean California since I've only had Chipotle there). lol I was a little disappointed though because they gave me like the last bits and pieces of steak. I was hoping they would give me some of the new batch they just cooked up but they thought I wanted double meat. That's how I knew the price of it even though I don't think I saw it on their menu. Tonight I wasn't bothered by the barely legible sign on the outside of the front door that communicated the store was out of white rice. I wasn't bothered that the server prioritized a mobile order without looking up to say, "be with you in just a moment." What caused me to step out of line and leave the store without ordering was the disgust of watching the server step out into the dining room and high five a friend with his gloves on. Afterwards he proceeded to head to the back, retrieve several containers from the fridge and transfer them to the front mini fridge underneath the main prep counter with his gloves still on. I observed him touching counters, doors and his own pants before finalizing the to-go orders, handling food containers and preparing the remaining meals all without changing his gloves. It was pretty gross and I completely lost my appetite. I'll wait till the reviews of this location improve before returning. read more

This location constantly messes up my online orders and the wait in line is always ridiculous. But the situation tonight took things to a whole new (and completely) unacceptable level. I ordered online and received a confirmation email and arrival time. When I got here i saw a hand-written note saying the system was down and to speak to a cashier. When I approach the cashier I was asked to write out my order on a piece of receipt paper. We are all now waiting in line with those who ordered in line. First timer here! I have been seeing ads on TV for the new brisket bowl so I decided to take my daughter to the Flintlock location (64157) at 2:45 pm. Only a few people in restaurant probably because of the time of day. We walked up to the counter where we were looking for a menu with prices. All that was posted was a picture of the brisket bowl and a price menu for the extras like guac and chips and queso. I didn't even know they served burritos and other items until I got home and got on the website. So there I stand looking stupid and the food prep peoples staring at me like I know what I'm doing. Anyway we order the bowls and sat down in restaurant to eat it which we were the only people there and this is where the rating comes in. The place was TRASHED, I had to clean off a table just to sit down. There were at least 4 employee's standing around not doing anything. I mean the trash cans overflowing, food on every table, the floors looked like an elementary school cafeteria after a food fight. I am sad because the food was actually good (although) a bit high priced for what you get considering they didn't post the prices for me to make a selection first. I would consider going back but serious improvements to the cleanliness along with having a full price menu will be required for me! read more

I didn't even look up the reviews online I just went to the chipotle site and put in my address as I recently moved here and it was the closest one to me. They messed up my order and I didn't realize until I got home. I literally called them seven times back to back and no one answered. This location is one of the worst Chipotle locations I've ever been to. Every time I've turned in a web order it isn't done on time. Usually they are more than 30 min past the time the order it's supposed to be done. My GF has food allergies and even though we were very specific about the ingredients they still put the wrong things in. We've had this happen multiple times so it's not a one time, fluke thing.
