50% of the time I order takeout at this location the order is completely wrong. Often a different order (wrong protein and add-ons) . Most of the times it seems not busy, so I do not think that is a factor. It seems new staff are working takeout. Super frustrating to pickup an order, get back to work, bite into it to realize it is the wrong order. I stopped going here to solve the problem. read more

Stopped in to Chipotle a few Sundays ago after church. We arrived a few minutes after opening time. The employees were very friendly. The dining area and restrooms looked very clean. My steak bowl was hot and fresh as was the burrito that my husband ordered. I like being able to choose my own toppings such as lettuce, seasoned corn, onions, tomatoes, peppers, kale, brown rice, jasmine rice, and black beans. Portion size is generous so I had leftovers to take home with me for later. read more

So much salt I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle lakeworth steak in my was overly salty, making it almost inedible.As someone who's mindful of their sodium intake, I was shocked by the excessive salt content. By by far, hands-down, the best chipotle in the area. One thing I don't like about most other chipotles is the place is always dirty, especially the bathrooms. Every time I go to a Chipotle, it seems like they are trying to cut down on the serving sizes more and more. How expensive can rice be? Each scoop that they give is only about 3/4 full. Especially when you are paying for guac, you would at least expect to get a full scoop. Instead, it's scooped, then hit onto the metal food pan so that it's perfectly level with the spoon and of course, half of it doesn't transfer off when being slapped into your bowl. read more

I have driven by this location so many times and never stopped in to grab some to-go until last night. It was definitely a fail on my part that I waited so long. I have had Chipotle before and it's some great Mexican food. Things have remained the same since. The chicken bowl is one of my favorites. I got it with rice, black beans, sour cream, shredded cheese, and guacamole. My husband got the same bowl, but with pico de gallo and corn. My son got a cheese quesadilla with rice and beans along with a side of chips and guacamole for his meal. All of us were pretty damn happy after stuffing our faces with the food. The service was quick and friendly. The line moved rather quickly and the staff was on the move with getting us what we wanted in a short amount of time. Plus, it's a good idea to have some healthy food from a fast food joint. A win win for all. I'm sure I'll be back more since we'll be right around the corner in a couple months full time ;) read more

Not only did my food come out cold, but they also forgot to add double meat, which I paid extra for. I shelled out $30 for what was supposed to be a satisfying dinner for my wife & i. I usually order on the app because I don't like ordering in the line, but tonight I decided to go in the line for the first time in awhile. I know Chipotle has been giving less portions so I didn't want to order on the app. There was no line, only 1 person behind me. The girl making my food was rushing me the whole time like it was busy when it wasn't. I got a burrito and a bowl. I asked for sour cream only on the bowl and she rushes to put it on both the burrito and the bowl. Okay whatever I'm not gonna have them remake it just for that, but she shouldn't have been rushing because that's how mistakes happen. Then at the end at checkout I asked for two sides of queso because I forgot to ask before since I was overwhelmed from being rushed, and the girl making the food made a face like she was so mad. When I opened up my burrito, it wasn't even a burrito anymore. She barely wrapped it and it all fell apart. I should've gotten a bowl at that point. This is more of a lump review of a few restaurants during the quarantine doing delivery and curbside pick up..I apologize to Chipotle, but I believe they were the worst.Taco Tuesday,My kids talked me into Chipotle,not a big fan to begin with.First of all,when we called the first time,we get a message to leave a message,and they would call us back.15 min.later no call back,we decided to call until someone picked up.Eventually they did,we placed 4 orders,mine was 3 tacos,steak,beef,and pork,and we ordered extra chips and salsa.Delivery Dudes brings our order,leaves it at the door,since we already tipped him,and leaves.My 3 tacos,were not in the bags,and no extra chips.Trying to call back took another 20 minutes.We had to re order with the credit card again,hoping my first order was refunded.Now we do not know if its a delivery dude mistake or a Chipotle mistake,and apparently neither did the guy who took our order. So we re ordered , then watched the delivery guy thru the phone drive right past us and drive to Wellington. We live 5 minutes away.My daughter calls the delivery guy and says he has other orders to deliver,OK,but you literally drove right past our house,maybe because we did not tip him,the order guy said we did not have to,IDK.So 45 minutes later I get my cold ,soggy ,soft tacos.I obviously know whats going on,and these workers are heroes ,just getting us food,but come on.We have ordered 5 times from places 5 min.away,so it would be easier for everybody.So far the only one we have not had a problem with is Lindburgers. Outback menu is very limited and burgers arrived with very soggy buns.We even tried curbside pickup from Tijuana Flats,thought that may eliminate a problem.Ordered 3 chimichangas ,one bowl.extra toppings,I curbside pickup , and leave them a 10 spot. All 3 chimichangas were wrong,and no extra toppings,zero,as a matter of fact no toppings. If this was the first time ordering,from Tijuana Flats,I would never go back,it's a good thing we love them,and you can't beat the smack my ass sauce.It's frustrating to see so many of you,getting awesome meals delivered,with no problems,and I get the support our local restaurants,but if you can't get an order of 3 chimichangas right,or make sure the delivery guy has everything,well I am truly sorry. We will stock up with meat whenever available ,and eat home whenever possible. Go here at LEAST once a week to order my usual, two bowls, + guac, large drink, and large chips. Always comes out to about $22. Can't complain about the portion because this is one of the few locations in which they give us the most in portion. Now, what I will tell you is that there are certain employees who do give too little of a portion, but if you ask for another scoop, they'll be more than happy to add some more. I don't see the issue with people asking a sentence like that: "Can I get another scoop?". Anyways, it's usually the same times that I go in: 12:00pm-2:00 pm. Never busy at that time, no joke. The busiest times are in the afternoon, after 4:00 pm. Now, the location itself is one of the best locations around. Boynton Beach is pretty good, food wise but there are some employees there who have been rude. I tend to be one of those who brush it off and don't say much, but for those of you out there who really care much about that kind of stuff, please do expect that. Another thing with that location is that they tend to close early. I walked in there a couple times at around 30 minutes before closing and they were all out of pretty much half of the things I order because they were closing up shop already. Back to this review, I see the complete opposite. I've been there 10 minutes before closing to rush to grab some food after a long drive from North Florida, and they were happy to serve me with everything as usual. If you're eating come back when you're done. I had placed a Togo order here previously so I decided yesterday to order one for delivery. I got it. Food looked good it was a veggies bowl. After about 1.5 hrs of eating I start to feel the need to puke. Once it started I couldn't stop I had to leave work and go home. This was the only thing I had eaten all day. Then at around 7 pm I started with uncontrollable diarrhea. I have lost a day and a half of work do to this. I placed my order super early before 11 am so it could also be that they gave me the left overs from the night before. Or they are so busy they don't wash everything properly. The manager and someone from corporate spoke to me and refunded me my money but at the end of the conversation I still didn't feel safe ever returning to a chipotle again. Chipotle has had a pretty difficult 2015 and 2016. The E-coli stuff has definitely not helped and even though i usually go to Moe's more than chipotle i don't have a preference for either. My significant other definitely likes Chipotle better and we usually share their veggie bowl. I can't even eat half of it usually but regardless of the problems they have had the food is usually pretty good and healthy compared to other fast food places. This location is on the corner of jog and lantana in a shopping plaza next to a Petco across from the mobil gas station. It is usually pretty busy and the staff is always on the move. They keep the dining area pretty clean and refreshed and the ordering line moves pretty quickly. If you want you can order online and than pick up at the counter if you don't want to stand in line. This is definitely one feature that i like about panera and chipotle which helps if you have a busy schedule. read more

I swung by here to meet my parents, and it was an average, quick, inexpensive meal. I had a burrito bowl, and it was fine. There was not a ton of chicken in it, but apparently you CAN get double chicken, which I didn't know! "A-OK" is the most perfect description for my meal here.
