It was only 8 pm and they were supposed to be open for 3 more hours. How could they be out? No rice?? Are you kidding me? No beef. The pans containing the food were filthy. They were probably never changed out all day because...dishes. The person who waited on us acted like we were bothering her. When I asked for brisket, the employee who had just put brisket in a pan suddenly took his time bringing it over. I started to ask for chicken instead and he rushed it over then. He dumped the new pan into the dirty old pan. I got scant ingredients except for sour cream. I swear she scooped about 8 ounces into my bowl. If I were the manager of this place, I would be utterly embarrassed and ashamed of myself. This Chipotle is a disgrace to all restaurants everywhere. They always seem to be closed, closing early, or pretending to be closed. I would say that they are probably open for five hours a day (and that's being generous) which contradicts their posted hours. Strangely enough, when they are "closed" during their posted hours, there are always employees inside just hanging out. This was the worst chipotle actually ever. For starters the lady behind the counter was looking at me as if i just beheaded her child in front of her. She also was looking at me with severe confusion ever time she lifted a spoon. There was no chicken and she automatically gave me steak and I did even really want it.
