I was pleasantly surprised with Chipotle. First time ever eating at one. The food was fresh! I got a chicken quesadilla with added corn salsa, it was delicious and grilled perfectly. I like mine nice and crispy not soft and sloppy. I could only finish half of the half. Was stuffed full of cheese and grilled chicken chunks. Come with a bunch of crispy thin tortilla chips. I will definitely be going back to a Chipotle. Also during this pandemic, the employees were all very safe with masks and gloves and behind plexiglass. Bathroom was very clean and had some outdoor tables as well. read more

I support chipotle like no other but I received a rice bowl that was just sad. It was a delivery and the burrito bowl was supposed to be one of those behemoths with extra rice, sour cream, and extra beans along with chicken they are known for making, but ,this thing felt as if it was on life support. The chicken was sad and tasted like straight charcoal, there was a mere scoop of beans and rice in this bowl. I get its delivery but I work in the service industry as well and I fulfill orders to the best of my abilities wether it is for in the restaurant or to go. read more

This is the worst chipotle I've never been to. I strongly believe that all the employees are completely incapable of doing anything. The counters are always extremely dirty and covered in old food. They are over staffed yet can't get any order right. I've given this place 3 chances and the last one (two days ago) was the worst by far. They're open until 10pm but closed the inside at 7pm and made us order online and wait in the pickup drive through. They told us it'll be two more minutes which turned into 15 min, having us hold the whole line up. Nothing in my order was correct expect for the chips and pico de gallo and I had a huge stomach ache after eating it. I saw an employee pull up his pants with his gloves on then touch food. Always out of certain items, food is bad, always closed, 90% of the time they're only digital, the other 10% of the time the workers are fighting. Yasssss! I love me Chipolte. It's so freakin good and the fact that we have one in Leominster, finally, is a problem. I have gone a total of 3 times since they e opened 2 weeks ago and my boyfriend at least 6. This one is new and has some kinks to work out such as on one occasion the rice wasn't fully cooked but they'll get there. This location has a pick up window which is so cool. So excited to have Chipolte and look forward to many many more visits! read more

Recently opened and completely packed out as the new place in town. Was very impressed with the staff handling the crowd. Ordered ahead and was glad that the order was on time and accurate despite the madness of how busy they were. My order has been messed up 3/5 times at other established Chipotles so this was even more impressive! Can't wait to keep coming back. read more

Runs like a well oiled machine! I've been here 3 times now and have yet to be disappointed. Lines can appear long at times, but this is a very efficient operation and the line moves quickly. Unfortunately this location suffers from staffing issues. They can't keep any of their employees and so they have to reduce hours, reduce services (no drive-through or app orders), and sometimes you get some really poor attitude from the workers. I get it, it's a low paid job in the food service industry. I don't know why the vibe is so low besides pandemic exhaustion (that's probably enough), but it seems that this location has a lot of demand and really poor execution. Not sure what to say. If you want a good grilled lunch Grill 101 around the corner is pretty good- you'll spend more than at Chipotle, but you'll have a better experience. Not a lot of decent good options for lunch nearby or in general. Hate to have such a poor review because I love Chipotle and when you get a good spot with just enough rice (but not like a bucket of rice with a sprinkling of protein and toppings-- you know their tendency!) in a bowl with the proteins perfectly grilled with their seasonings and the toppings well put together it's a thing of beauty. Sadly this location is not it. I have been driving 20 minutes to pick up my lunch elsewhere when I want to grab something and the rest of the time I am better off making my own lunch (and it's cheaper). I ordered chipitlane, and waited for 55 minutes from my estimated pick up time. The line barley moved inside or outside and I cannot understand why, because there doesn't seem to be a logical reason for this AND this seems to be a normal issue here. I've driven by many times where the line is down the road, in an unsafe location to have traffic backed up. It blows my mind that they can't find a way to better staff or prepare for this. I've lived in NYC, seen lines way longer than this with foot traffic, and the line FLEW. Get it together, this is unacceptable service. read more

I was very excited when Chipotle was coming to Leominster because I do like the food, however, it has taken a huge decline over time, and it is not due to Covid. Our family will not be dining at this location again nor at the Worcester location. Each visit has become worse. Food is not fresh. I ordered a steak bowl and it tasted like everything had sat for hours. The steak was dried up -that is the few pieces actually in the bowl -the rest tasted old as well. My husband went in to order because the last few takeout orders-something missing every time! We ordered the chips and queso and what was given to us was a rolled up soggy flour tortilla. When my husband asked where the chips were, he was told, oh those are gone by 2:00 so you need to come earlier...What? The response to my husband saying but don't you make them in house? Shouldn't you have someone making them for those customers that come in after 2:00? and the reply was probably. After looking at the receipt-they charged us for the soggy rolled up tortilla! Never again will we eat at this location! Service and food are just horrible! I have to agree with the reviewer Bryanne Z because that review is spot on. Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered online. I go to the pick up window and wait for 10-15 min. The girl spoke to me once and then ignored me for another 10 min. Never gave me an update of what was going on. Someone behind me drove away because he was tired of waiting so he went inside. I decided to do the same so I go inside and wait another 10 min. They tell me they won't charge me but then I go to check my order and they messed it up. I go back in to tell them and I wait another 5 to 10 min. All in all I ordered online to avoid waiting and I waited for a good 30ish min. And the kicker is I go home and check the "fixed" order and they messed it up AGAIN! Once I arrived at the window and asked about my order , which should have been ready at 7pm....the very "kind"employee said it's not ready yet. This is absolutely the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. Ordered a Burrito Bowl and she scrapped the measly bit of rice left in the bottom of the container. The only topping they had was cheese, nothing else. I asked the girl making the bowl if they were going to refill the toppings and she said no. And the girl making the food had zero personality and you could tell she could have cared less about being there. And that same girl made everyone wait three minutes in line while she was playing on her phone. All the tables in the place were filthy. The trash cans were overfilled and there was garbage on the floor. No forks whatsoever and when we asked if they could get some out there I was told they were out. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of this place. The workers truly do not care about the customers, the management if there is any could also care less too. I paid 13 dollars for a shitty burrito bowl with no toppings and a water, ripoff. And this was at 6:30 on a Friday night, they close at ten. No excuse for not having food. I will be sending an email to corporate. This store should be closed. I wish I could give it negative stars. Don't waste your time here. Go to Moes right down the street instead. read more

First (and last) time ordering by delivery at this place. We couldn't have been more disappointed with the food but also with the delivery service. The guacamole had way too much lime in it and the color was questionable and the steak was very tough, but what really irritated us was the phone call from the driver telling us it was RAINING TOO MUCH! I guess that meant we would have to go out there and get it! I went downstairs and the driver was nowhere in sight. Apparently he didn't even want to go around to the back of the building where we lived. I didn't have my phone with me, so went back upstairs and texted him to at least drive around to the back and I would meet him by his car. No sooner than I texted him he was ringing the bell but not without loudly complaining about the rain. Yes it was raining-- pretty badly but I was even going to go to him so he wouldn't have to get out of the damn car, but anyway.... We won't be ordering anything from Chipotle ever again-- their food is subpar and their delivery service is unacceptable. read more
