I come here VERY often and there are two workers who work here who I am happy to see when I walk in. Acalia and I don't know the other persons name but he has brown eyes and short black hair and beard. They are always kind to people who are kind to them. The location and interior is ok. For the most part the staff is nice however there is a female manager who is absolutely rude and obnoxious. She will talk in Spanish and make fun of the customers, give half portions and charge the full amount to customers. This manager thinks no one understands Spanish and thinks she can say whatever she wants. Also the trash bins are usually over flowing and the tables are not wiped regularly. This ultimately comes down to poor leadership impacting the entire staff. I've complained many times to corporate about this manager and they send me a standard link to submit a report to. I've sent many reports here and there doesn't seem to be any response back from corporate either. It's a shame that this behavior is tolerated. Is customer service just completely dead? I mean dead dead? The lack of service and the rudeness, back talking, forced attitude is just shocking. I JUST had surgery and can't eat a bowl of mixed food in one so I asked if they could put my food in the kids container. She kept pushing and forcing me to get the quesadilla or tacos and I explained to her that o can't eat that right now and want an adult meal but just in a kids bowl. She goes on with her worst attitude the rest of the way, and I asked for some fajitas to be placed in the empty compartment and it was the biggest deal for her. We can't do that... I'll do it just this once but you can't do that again. Then asked for sides and she's like "I'm charging you extra for all of the sides" I'm like but I'll just pay for an adult meal, why charge extra I know good employees are hard to come by but some of these people are extremely out of line. I tried Chipotle for the 1st time in a long time. The inside is typical set up with 2 doors to enter which is confusing if you enter in the left. Anyway I ordered the chicken bowl. Maybe it's me but it didn't seem like they had as many toppings??? White rice, black beans, chicken, green salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. Taste was okay. Frequented this Chipotle for a while then tonight, my boyfriend and I were both very very sick after eating their food. We both got the chicken but completely different orders so hard to say if it was that. When I called a friend, she stated her and her sister had a similar experience on two different days the week before, at the exact same location. Lately, something has been up with their food. I'm unsure if it's not being kept at the proper temperatures, if it isn't being cooked thoroughly, if there's cross contamination, or what. Something HAS to change. Tonight was the third time they have swapped my online order with someone else's. And of course I didn't realize this until I was all the way home. All three times I went back to get my correct order and never, until tonight asked for them to remake my bowls and give me a refund. They told me they could either remake my 2 bowls OR give me a refund but couldn't do both. That is terrible customer service. I wasted my time driving there and back twice and they would not offer a refund or a discount of any kind. So... I took my son to this location, I looked and the guac seemed fresh so I then decided to order guac on the side. As I said this the lady that was in the front went to the back mixed it with a bigger container . When they brought the guac back it was brown. So they used the one that's been sitting out longer and tried mixing it with the fresh batch as to not waste it. I passed , after seeing it and there was a side assembly for pre order - my son insisted on guac I went over and the same thing. Fresh guac mixed with aged guac. I wouldn't go back. They know how to give portions here. Just kidding, they have zero clue how to give appropriate portions. Half a scoop of rice is not even close to enough. When my wife asked for more they gave an even smaller scoop to the point the rice didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. Went today for the first time with my husband because it is close to home, I usually go to Kingstowne, food good, service fast, however place needs cleaning and need repairs in bench by window. Turned me off, no a soul cleaning tables. Main area tables clean but the ones by the windows and behind were dirty and full of food debris. Will go to a cleaner one next time. read more

Yet again! I tried this location again, as it is convient to my house. What kind of training is provided to the employees. I am very upset with the unprofessional management of this chipotle. I don't understand how every person in line before me and after me is complaining about the amount of food that is being cut back. I was served by the manger Ingrid and you would think I was taking food from her family. She was rude, arrogant and just didn't care about us the customer. Her response to my wife about Salsa was "What is Salsa? Everything is Salsa. Does Chipotle reward this behavior, do the employee's get money for how little the portions are. It is very unsettling that with such a great product it is being degraded and offensive to go in and order. The amount of attitude that comes from the service is embarrassing. If they were paid by tips, the attitude would be better. I will plan to go a little further down the road in hopes that my money, time will be respected. I love Chipotle in general, and have gone to this location a few times due to its convenient location. The staff seems friendly enough, and there isn't the typical super long Chipotle line. However, every time I've gone the quality has been lacking. Most recently I've got a steak bowl, and many of the bites were gristle. Other times I've gone, you can just tell the food is old, usually it's the meat and rice. Maybe part of the problem is because they're not super busy maybe some of the food gets cold. Five stars cause I eat here 5 times a week. But this location has gone down hill. 6 months ago it was one of the best in the area. The last few weeks it has been terrible, consistently. When I order online I get small portions and when I pay for extras (x2 chicken, guac, etc) I barely get any, if at all. Or they leave out other things to fit it all in to the small burrito they want to give me. The rice has been dry and lacking flavor. The chicken has been burnt to a crisp and doesn't have its normal juicy, charred flavor, but instead taste like I'm crunching on charcoal. It's so burnt it hurts the roof of my mouth. Not sure if there was a management change or just new employees that don't know or don't care, but I hope it gets better soon. read more

I am giving a three star review because I really enjoyed Chipotle as a chain, but I have tried this location three times and all three times were not good at all. The most recent visit that I had made I got to burritos to go with chips. The store was extremely busy, which if you love Chipotle, you are used to and it is no big deal to me. I actually don't mind the wait, so I can decide on what I want on my burrito. I got a chicken burrito and steak burrito and both meats were extremely dry and almost inedible. The steak was so incredibly chewy and had so many fat pieces. My and my friend could only stomach 4-5 bites of our burritos before we throw them in the trash. I still really like Chipotle, just not from this location. Take a couple extra minutes and go to the Springfield location right up the street or one of the three locations in Woodbridge, you will be glad you did. read more

I love Chipotle never had a problem until today. I'm disgusted how this food tasted! It wasn't seasoned it was very off. On top of that I paid 20.00 for 2 bowls that only thing I asked for was Queso in it. I never spent 20 dollars for 2 bowls. That crap wasn't worth it! The employees were acting like it was such a bother to make our food; I get it, I worked there ten years ago and sometimes you're having a bad day. But it was everything was an annoyance to them. The worse Chipotle I have ever been too in my life!!! I honestly tried to give them a chance (6 different times) but they always run out of everything and they never make anything right! Tonight I ordered a Chrotizo bowl (and they forgot 2 ingredients) and I ordered a steak burrito that wasn't even wrapped up! They just put the burrito in the bag with tin foil that didn't cover even half burrito!! And on top of that the burrito wasn't completely folded so when I picked it up everything fell on the floor (because it wasn't wrapped in tinfoil!!) This chipotle is a train wreck. The employees argue with each other in the line because apparently brain cells are in short supply at this location. I've never seen a scoop and serve restaurant be so difficult for anyone. The veggies and chicken were sitting in an oil bath in the third pans as well. Not sure why this only happens at this location. The guacamole was basically a soup and ran off of my burrito bowl. For people who love chipotle; you won't even want to order it anymore if this is the closest one to you. Oh, one last thing. Never order online. They can't read receipts apparently.
