I've been here a few times and I've never had any issue. Is the line a little slow while they're learning? Sure. But the staff has always been good to me and talkative. And they have no problem when I ask for extra rice, corn, etc. And with this being their closest location, I'll be back soon. read more

I volunteer at a homeless shelter on Sunday nights because I have to, not because I am compassionate. Tonight my mom surprised me by taking me to this newly opened Chipotle - WOW!! Where to begin? It really turned my butthole inside out. I ordered the burrito with meat and that came out fine. I also ordered a root beer soda and it was cold. My only complaint was that the chips didn't come complete with mashed tomatoes in a cup. I sure hope they GET WITH IT!! read more

If it wasn't for the fact that my family and I love Chipotle, I would give this location zero stars! I've been on a few occasions now and I must say that biggest problem here is the management. I stood in line one day waiting to be served and gentlemen who placed an online order waited at the counter. The order was due to be picked up at 6pm, and the guy was there a few minutes early. He told the cashier that he was there to pick-up his order. The cashier told him they were working on it and it would be ready at 6. After 6 came and went, the gentlemen was a little heated and let them know that. I'm watching the shift manager chop up chicken and totally ignoring the patron at the cashier who was obviously upset that his order wasn't being "worked on" I heard him say "what does he want us to do, we're working on it!" I wanted to interject so bad but I didn't. On a separate occasion, this same manager while the line was baked up to the door, there was only 1 young lady working the line and she was visibly overwhelmed. Instead of lending a hand to push out the crowd, he continued to chop chicken and look at everyone in line like it was ok. I know it's a new spot so I blame the management. They need to work on time management and bring some seasoned vets from another location to help minimize the learning curve and enhance the customers' experience. I just left this place about 5 minutes ago, and let me be clear this place SUCKS!!! I am not greedy, and looking for any types of handouts.. but I honestly do not understand why they are extremely skimpy with almost everything minus the rice. Why they are not on top of there game?? Food not prepped, everyone's running around in circles. Joking and laughing while customers are in line. Complaining to one another about a young ladies larger order. This is not my first time at this location, but this is my last. Honestly my personal recommendation is either shut it down or hire someone with real management skills needs to step in. I don't understand why after all these negative reviews are not being monitored by Chipotle Corp? My 9 years in professional retail sales and customer service, all reviewable sites were monitored by our organization for feedback. Call this a learning experience for whoever working there is "responsible" you need to step your game up again or get someone who can honestly run it. I had a big catering order on July 29. Ram and Michael were so helpful and were able to meet every single one of my many requests. The food was so well prepared, packed nicely and easy to set up. The service and the food at this location is excellent! Highly recommend both for dine in and catering!! read more

Very unimpressed with this Chipotle. We have been here several times and nothing is made correctly or tastes like it's supposed to. They are extremely slow and not very polite. I visited today and the rice isn't even cooked!! I don't know how I'm supposed to eat a burrito bowl with hard rice. Horrible experience. Ordered a very simple burrito bowl... The same one I have for years. We paid the delivery charge and Well it was delivered on time, it was beyond incredibly spicy. It was filled with peppers and both my little girl myself spit it out into the bowl. It was not edible it was so spicy. I called the store and was assured they would make a new one without the spicy component and re-deliver it to my home. After waiting almost an hour and 15 minutes, I called the store and was toldThey thought I was coming in to pick it up. I explained there was no miscommunication that they were going to read deliver it to my home. They then said the one manager had gone home and that no one there could deliver it to my home. She said I would have to go back through the app and re-pay for it again for delivery. Very rude. Customer service was horrid. I don't think will be going back to Lorton Chipotle again. read more

You may want to avoid this location at least for burrito bowels. Eric the server gave one level table spoon of beans, corn, and chicken to lay on top of rice. The management must tell them to hold back on some items for cost savings or they are too lazy to cook more. Rice cold and threw most out. I got it home and measured the tablespoons mentioned so it was no exaggerating at all. Not even a level table spoon of corn, counted 13 curnels. It was generous to even call it a half bowel. Watch out because they do not listen. Wrong salsa. Wrong side cup orders had to ask five times for lettice before they understood. When u ask for sour cream on the side they put it in the bowel to one side not into a cup which must be another controlled inventory method. Only cashier Rose understood the line server was unreasonable and provided me with a discount and customer service. Beware of this place . Sad I did not get it as I should have noticed there was no line for this place. read more

This is a cumulative review of four visits to this location in the past few months. My family and I went to this location last night and while ordering my food, the guy that was in the salsa area of the line, just stopped working on my order, he finished one of my burritos then left the line to go reorganize a stack of dishes that were waiting to be washed. After a few minutes, I had to ask if someone was coming to finish my order. By time I got my order completed and paid for, my food was cold, which my previous visits, the food is usually just lukewarm. This location has been out of menu items on two of my visits, one night it was white rice and black beans. I'm not sure how they run out of these two items since it's something that can be bought in bulk and has a descent shelf life. (This visit was at 8 pm so not sure if they were out or the workers just didn't want to prepare anymore.) The counter where the plasticware, napkins, etc are located is always needing attention, there's usually soda on the counter and napkins just tossed around. But while waiting in line, you can hear the latest gossip about the employees. read more

I went here with my sister to grab dinner really quickly. Our family member told us that it wasn't the best service and food quality when she first came to this Chipotle when it opened in early 2017, but now that it's been about a year, the staff and chefs must have gotten their flow together because the customer service and food quality were pretty good. I've been eating Chipotle for a long time and I will say it wasn't the best in terms of food quality (the beans were a bit watered down), but it most assuredly was not the worst. The staff didn't get upset (like at other Chipotles in the DMV) when I asked for extra rice and extra cheese, and they served us quickly and with a smile. Overall, would definitely recommend at least trying this location for a quick lunch or dinner and see if you like it. Cleanliness is also really good; the food was not spilling into each other in the containers behind the counter and everything was organized and the kitchen in the back looked clean. I would recommend and I give it an adequate rating of three stars. Check it out and hope this helps for all the Chipotle-lovers out there! read more
