I had an excellent meal here the other night. I ordered a salad with steak, black beans, fajita veggies, corn salsa, and pico salsa. My bowl came out hot and more importantly, fresh. All of the ingredients were cooked correctly and seasoned perfectly. Chipotle truly does fast food, fresh! I always enjoy coming here because I know it's a great healthy option for eating out. Website says walk in to the pickup shelf and get my food at 8:10. I wait and go in at the right time and guy behind the counter says they've been closing early and there's no order for me. Then I had to spend 20 minutes with customer service online to get a refund. They should change the sign on the door to say that they've been closing early and not to order the website. A horrendous bad experience. Plenty of other places to get food other than Chipotle. I won't be going back. read more

Chipotle in Malvern sucked this afternoon. I got there around 12:18 pm and one of the employees said they were closed until 12:30. I went back around 12:45 pm hoping they had plenty of time to do whatever they had to do and they still were not ready for customers. A different employee this time came up to the front and said they were not exactly ready but she could serve what they had out. There were 4 people in line. There was 1 employee up front working all 3 stations and 4 other employees in the back talking. The food was ok I guess. No chicken available, no onions and peppers available. If you're in a rush (and there is a girl in front of you) and guy behind the counter is short with a gross patchy beard you might as well leave. Even if you are the only people in the store it will still take ten minutes to get to the register. His manager needs to tell him to stop being a creep and flirting and just make burritos (especially when the girl is FaceTiming with a guy). I work in the area and ever since we have been back from the pandemic full time; my visit has always be underwhelming. The employees who work at the station preparing your meal does not even give you the appropriate portion(s). It's to the point I be hesitant to ask for more sauce because they will get a attitude (not verbally but passively through their movements). Like geeez does it come out your check or something. This is probably a blessing in disguise, saving me from the standard Chipotle tummy aches but.... Its National Burrito Day so I thought i'd give it one more try and the Malvern PA location isnt taking doordash orders?!! And it almost 3pm, safely past the lunch rush hour. Doordash says they are closed. I called Chipotle to double check and the first attempt the phone was picked up, no greeting, a series of keypad beeps and then they hung up. Called back and was greeted by a live person. I asked if they were open and taking doordash orders because doordash said they were closed. She said "thats not right, i dunno nufin' bout dat' and hung up. I understand that they may kill delivery orders if they are too slammed but this has been the case since 11am. The last time I was at this location in person I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before getting in line. It looked worse than a rundown truck stop bathroom. That was a sign to make a prompt exit. I went to the smashburger next door for lunch instead. It paste the bathroom litmus test lol. And I had an excellent Cowboy Burger. The state of a dining establishments bathrooms are a true reflection of how much the management cares, or doesnt care. Tighten up the ship Chiptole. Things should'nt be like that. read more

I think the person who opened this place needs to be there to MANAGE. It's young kids managing and working in this place, and it's super slow. They work as slow as possible. And my online order was missing all sorts of things. It's quite miserable in there and they look like they hate being there. I also asked for vinaigrette because the online order didn't let me add it. The one guy is so lazy, he said "we don't have any" just to avoid getting it, then another slow employee walks over to the another station where they do online orders to get it. It NEEDS a MANAGER. I went in yesterday.Imagine my delight when I saw they offer a military discount. I always appreciate a restaurant who respects our servicemen and women. The food was its usual amazing quality. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It is absolutely one of our favorite places to eat, and the fact that there are so many low carb options makes it that much better. the food is good but the overall experience of that place is genuinely traumatizing. it's always so crowded with weirdos and this is a very bias review from a teenage girl but the amount of creepy people/men that are constantly in that restaurant and staring at me/other people is terrifying. the staff is chill ive never really had a genuine experience because i always do a mobile order, but also my mobile order bag is rarely on the mobile order shelf and i have to ask for it. like i said, the place is always crowded so i would have to interrupt the line selfishly to get my order or wait in a 20 person queue for a meal that is already prepared and paid for and ready for me. ive never left a chipotle without tears in my eyes bc of how awful the experience was, also for this specific store pls put a fucking sign on the door indicating if it's push or pull bc i'm sobbing in my car now after trying to pull the pull handle on the push door which makes so sense and is so stupid and embarrassing i hate the store but the food is a solid 9/10 read more

5 Star Place. I have ordered a couple of times from this location and never had an issue. Service was good, no complaints but nothing to write home to mom about. On this visit, I had an issue! I order food and someone picked it up for me. When it got back to me it was missing my guac. You know you have to pay extra for guac and it really makes my meal so I was bummed out. I called and spoke with someone who apologized for the issue and told me to come back into store whenever I got a chance and they would take care of me. I went back right away because, after all, I needed that quac to complete my meal. I walked in and was made whole again. I got my guac, a refund, and a coupon for a meal the next time I came in, which was great since I had to use up some of my lunch time to drive back. They made it all worth while. Placed an order for delivery, a bowl, with steak, came with sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce that I didn't order and missing a bag of chips and salsa that I paid for. I spoke with two managers, Jaz and Neal....absolutely no help at all. Had to call twice because the "manager" Jaz hung up on me after putting me on hold for about 5 minutes. I used to enjoy coming here. But literally the second to last time and now this LAST time I came there, my burrito was rolled as if it was a burrito bowl instead. I spited you and finished my burrito, covered in guac, sauce, etc. I didn't let you win, as I was making sure to finish both my burrito and the food all over my hands. Went to this newly opened site in Malvern. Picked up my online / to go order. Got the bag and it was stapled together to go, hence one would assume it would have napkin and plastic fork inside or something to eat with. Get to my car to eat lunch during middle of workday. No napkin, nothing at all in bag to eat with. Was so hungry, so I had to eat a bit of this drippy salad with my fingers - gross. This is also first time I ever went to any Chipotle. The food flavor was mediocre at best on my salad that had beans, veges, and some type of meat and guacamole. I would call the taste "boring." I will not bother to eat at any chipotle again, especially knowing their food made people sick not too long ago. The one positive is that the worker at the counter was very friendly. read more
