The last time my gf and I went there we were so disgusted at the sheer lack of professionalism by the crew. They were all holding conversations with themselves and not focusing on the customers. They got an online order in the middle of us ordering and stopped us to make the online order. She didn't even make it correctly as she just took my food and added stuff to it, passed it off and had to make mine again. There were also 2 employees throwing stuff at each other from the prep area to the food line. We get to the register and order chips. They tell us they have to bag them up, we say ok and wait. The girl bagging the chips takes her sweet time to bag them up all while talking with the other kids and us standing there already paid looking like idiots. We finally get the chips and I found out all the tables are dirty. I go to get napkins and there are no napkins or forks. I go and ask the 5 people standing at the register talking for napkins and forks. No inkling of management, horrible environment to eat in and a sheer lack of caring by employees makes me not want to return. Oh and didn't I mention? My gf found multiple pieces of raw chicken in her bowl. Gross! read more

Oh how I love this wonderful establishment. I always order the same basic thing: chicken burrito with just the chicken, rice, cheese and lettuce. Simple, low guilt, and delicious. Keeps me full for a solid 5 hours, but not weighed down. Service is always friendly and relaxed. I just wish I had a location a bit closer to home! read more

I have been to this location before and the food is usually good. This time I got a bowl with chicken and the chicken was very fatty and not good quality. The music is also way to loud, we asked them to turn it down slightly and they did not make any adjustment to the volume. Don't think I'm going back. Another satisfied Chipotle customer. read more

Definitely didn't start as a five star rating. I ordered two bowls online last night (which I love doing especially during peak hours) and arrived at my designated time, 7:30pm. It was busy but I've seen worse. I was told my order wasn't ready yet but would be in a few minutes. I noticed two other online orderers waiting to pick up as well. Theirs were prepared and the young man apologized for the extra wait. Then he came to me and apologized again, but they didn't have any sofritas and it would be another 15 minutes to finish making it. I said I could wait although that would be a full 30 minutes past my pick up time. The hustle behind the line - especially by the online order preparer who also seemed to be a manager of some level - was so impressive. I appreciated them trying to make it right, doing it as quickly as possible and genuinely apologizing for the inconvenience. He fully refunded my order which was very unexpected. The food was delicious as always. Hopefully they fix their staffing and supply issues, but in the meantime, they're lucky to have the guy that helped me and the rest of the crew that was focused and positive. read more

Very rude server . First she told me I never placed the order and started to walk away. I had to ask her again to look for it because it was paid for. The order was placed at 7pm and was told it would be ready at 8:15. That seems like a long wait. I WENT IN AT 8:15 and after she first could not find my order then told me that my order woulds be ready at 8:15. I said it was 8:15 and she told me no it was 8:11. If it takes that long to make two items I feel the restaurant is miss managed. read more

My first experience at a Chipotles was awful.I should have known at the door with signs hanging on them saying "Outage" it would have been better if they had just closed .No chicken,no quac,no lettuce,no salsa,no Chips come on .The facility was filthy .The bathrooms so bad we didn't use them .I am still contemplating calling the board of health.The only reason I might give Chipolte another chance ever is my kids have reassured me this is not the norm.Not impressed. read more

Food is good. Place is filthy. Tables are not cleaned , surprised the Board of Health allows them to have such unclean tables. It appears anyone can eat a a table leave a mess and no one cleans after them. Never mind the food left on the tables cold, flu viruses can thrive on the tables. read more

It's OK. Always a super long line that doesn't seem to move. To be fair, they are filling online orders at the same time, so be prepared to spend a minimum of 20 minutes in line. I usually get here evenings during the week, always bunches of high schoolers here. I've never had issues with the staff, but there are times they aren't the brightest bunch. Expect the pepper/onion mix to be burnt to a crisp. read more

I love Chipotle, but this location has gone down hill. I have been going here since they opened and I think they've changed management. The restaurant is filthy and they frequently run out of food. My phone and on-line orders have been so messed up and the manager was less than professional on the phone. Sounded like I was talking to a high school kid pretending to be the manager. Chipotle HQ team needs to clean up the operations of this location... went from very good to very, very bad. read more

Awful overall experience. Slow moving line with only one to two people actually working. Went there two straight days and both days they had no fajita veggies. In for lunch after 2:00. No line which I thought would be nice. I stand at the counter for 5 minutes while they have one guy making a bunch of orders to go. 5 other workers doing a lot besides dealing with customers. But they were all working. Guy making food just looks annoyed and doesn't say a word to me. Cashier can't make food so he is just embarrassed. Food is good though. read more

Visted your location on 5/24/15. What a disater! Had the steak (barley Warm) no ice for soda machine (was told they were out of ice). Not one clean table, and while there tables were wiped and then employee went with same cloth to wipre tables, used the same cloth and wipe each soda nozzel! Saw that and walked never to visit again! read more
