This was my first time at Chipotle and I was very impressed. The food was fresh and tasty and offered great value for the price. Decor is nice but I found the chairs to be a little uncomfortable. This has been one of the worst chipotle's I've ever been to, I still love the food so I consistently go there but almost every time it takes at least 20 minutes to get my meal. Today they were out of most of the things I ordered and it took 45 min longer than it was supposed to. 2 weeks I also put in an online order and the store randomly closed early and I have still not been refunded my $30. Hardly the first incident we've had... hair in our meals, wrong ingredients, missing components of our order... just a horrendous experience almost every time... their allegedly fresh and organic ingredients are hardly enough to make up for it. Having never been to a Chipotle before, at the urging of my 15 yr old and 25 yr old sons, we ate here yesterday. There was no line when we were there, however, that was the only good part of this restaurant. Except for the first girl at the food line (who actually smiled at us) all the other servers were rude and acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us what we asked for. Also, I did not like the food here. If you like a huge mixture of rice and beans with tough steak all crammed into a 'burrito' that falls all over you as you try to eat it, then this is the place for you. Terrible. read more

I'm quite surprised to see such negative reviews about this directive location. So far I've had a good/average experience here, but definitely not horrible. I usually come to this location for my monthly dose of Chipotle and the food always tastes the same-delicious! The staff are friendly but yes, there are some days where you will encounter unwelcoming staff. One time, they served such a small portion of everything that my burrito bowl was literally half the size of what it usually was. I was so upset that I wrote to Chipotle and they sent me a free Chipotle meal card for 4 people. So the next time we went, we noticed there were different staff who served bigger portions! Other issues about this location is that they run out of ingredients. A couple of times they didn't have guacamole, and another time they didn't have sour cream. My recommendation to everyone is write a complaint to Chipotle whenever you have a bad experience and hopefully they'll compensate you in some way. read more

I ordered cauliflower rice at Chipotle for the first time and I felt I was eating watery mushy rice. I asked for lettuce and I could count the number of lettuce shreds in my bowl. I've given them several chances thinking they would get better but they are sloppy and always make your orders wrong. Manager needs to step up! Not planning on returning anytime soon. read more

The items I ordered were good as expected. This visit was at approx. 6 pm Friday night. Total check $40.52 However, this particular visit was an experience to say the least. My family and I usually visit the Franklin Location. I wish we had kept driving to Franklin. It was my idea to stop at a different location. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. Food was all over the floor. They were out of Chicken which they eventually caught up with. No napkins( scratchy paper towels , no lids for cups, no trays?? There weren't any trays, anywhere. Metal trays, where are they? I've noticed after visiting many locations over the northeast that Chipotle seems to be a victim of their own success. They can't keep up with the flow of patrons and keep an organized and clean restaurant. It can be done but Chipotle apparently hasn't learn this lesson. Maybe I should lower my expectations? Running out of basic items= poor management. Even if you had a rush as I was told. Maybe its because of the Deutsche Bank Championship nearby but that could have been planned for. Most of the items may be small and insignificant but IMO a high traffic establishment shouldn't be running out of anything unless it's a special item not usually on the menu or some sort of catastrophic event i.e. Armageddon. Place is Terrible - always out of something, always the skinny pale kid who looks like death or the girl with the gothic ass lipstick looking lost and taking forever. I get it's a fast food job you can't expect the world, but you should be able to expect a clean place and not some handwritten sign on the door like "Out of chips". read more

First time visiting this location in 6 months due to the lack of competence by not only the workers but the company as a whole, i have ordered online and have been made to wait 30 minutes in store for my food when i had ordered an hour ahead on both occasions, also on these occasions i had ordered chips thru the online order and upon getting there was told there was no chips left and i would have to call customer support if i wanted a refund for it. I will not make the mistake of ordering online again. So today i went in. Got my food before the other 20 people in the restraint waiting for there online orders z i saw that they had chips and asked i i could get a bag. Which they then said "chips are only for online orders" this location is horrendous and every single worker that works there is incompetent. I Will be sure to tell my friends and relatives, that in the past 4 visitations to this location soemthing has gone wrong every. Single. Time. read more

We had a mediocre experience. The food was OK, but didn't taste fresh. The portions were small, as if the people serving and scooping were trying to save money. There was no salsa with the chips and salsa side we ordered. The chips were stale. The space didn't feel clean. For a National Food Chain - Chipotle Mexican Grill has a simple menu and is always packed. Offering a choice of Salad, Wrap, Bowl, Taco or Burrito - with choice of Pork, Beef, Chicken, Special Vegan Tofu option - two bean choices, white or brown rice - and all the traditional fixens - you get a basic meal that will leave you satisfied. Only negative is - I have gone there multiple times and it really depends on who is on the line if you get a good portion, small portion or just crazy portion that could feed two people. The food is very consistent in flavor - but the serving portions can greatly vary based who is on the line. Besides that - the servers are very good about letting you select the items and sneak an extra ingredient in (like grilled vegetables) in you bowl or burrito. You taste the grilled flavor in all of the food and you don't have a meal that is overwhelmed by any one ingredient - it all melts together beautifully. I can see why it's a popular choice for college students and the younger crowd. A good meal for a fair price. They also offer a great option for kids - they have special trays that have the items separated and let's the kid mix and match as they want. The tiny chips bag is so cute! You have to pay extra for chips and salsa's come in small containers - but Chipotle stays focused on the core menu options and don't expand into other meal items like soups, quesadilla's, re-fried beans, and other menu items that other places offer. Drink options - other than the soda fountain - focus on water, Nantucket nectors, vitamin water, and milk. Expect to be in a line - but it moves well - place is always busy. Good news is there is plenty of seating inside and out at the Mansfield, MA location. Parking can be a little tricky - it shares a lot with other businesses and there are not too many places. Many people double park on the side of the building making it trickier to navigate. read more

Wish I could give this place less than 1 star. Worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle (or a restaurant in general). And I've been to chipotle over 500 times. Walked in with two friends to get chipotle at 820pm last night. Asked for two bowls and 1 burrito. I asked for black beans on my bowl and the server there (young short brunette girl) started scraping a few black beans from a clearly empty black bean bowl for a good minute. I politely asked if she had more black beans as it was clearly not enough and we had two of my friends who wanted black beans as well (one of them also having a dietary restriction to pinto beans) and she said no and that they are closing (mind you they close at 9pm and black beans is a very common thing). She did not even ask any of the employees. No problem but it was frustrating. My friends got pinto beans instead. Then as they were getting the pinto beans, a whole new thing of black beans gets put out. Which shows how great that customer service is there. She then asks if I want more black beans and some guy in the back said "or a black eye" (I did not hear this, which he is lucky for.. my friend told me after). My friend also asks to get his bowl with rice and pinto beans remade to rice and black beans instead and the girl comes with attitude and says "you want me to remake it?" In the most non friendly way. Also my friend got a veggie bowl and the girl put the smallest amount of guac I've ever seen out of spite. Action needs to be taken here as it was the worst experience I have EVER had. Just a very passive aggressive and awkward dinner experience. I will be following up with this. read more

This used to be my favorite location but lately they have been getting a little cheap with the food. The past few times I noticed I have to ask for double of whatever meat I choose. They used to at least five you a whole spoon full and give you your money's worth but the past few times I've felt shorted. The food has never let me down but the staff don't seem to know what's going on. There is always a ton of staff behind the counter but the line is low as molasses and the tables and floor are always filthy. Worst ever! This place is dirty and slow. The staff is a bunch of teenagers who find it more important to stand around and socialize then serve customers. They are ALWAYS out of steak. The corn is often so cold it borders on frozen. The staff only half listens to your orders so things come out messed up. If you can avoid this place you should. This is an ok place if you like strip mall food served with a condescending attitude. Standing in line here was miserable. Long long long. At the serving line we weren't greeted in any way.The staff had the " I could be working at Starbucks" attitude. Our orders were filled but we were never even acknowledged by the staff. They were aloof to the point of rudeness.At the check out there was no dialogue except for the total. One of the servers had a beard so long that I was afraid that it might dip into the salsa. The food itself was bland and tasted like leftover taco bell. The seating is mostly at high tables so that you are at eye level with the people waiting in the long line. Thank goodness they all were glued to snapchat and didn't notice me barf after tasting the food. I would say that this is gross and a waste of money. read more

I went to Chipotle the other day to get a burrito, and was disappointed to see that they only stock Cilantro-Lime rice...because I hate Cilantro. I promptly went directly across the street to Q'Doba. Unfortunately, they too only have that kind of rice. But I managed to get a burrito with many more add-ons, such as fajita vegetables, than I would have at Chipotle. I was surprised by Chipotle's lack of options. It was also more expensive than Q'Doba considering the lack of options! I also found the Chipotle dining area to be pretty cold and sterile. read more

I'm a huge fan of this place. I absolutely love their burritos. They do give you a lot of rice, so if you don't want a lot you may want to ask for half the amount. The food is extremely tasty and I often walk in and see them cooking more. The place gets busy around the typical lunch times. I have been to Q'Doba and do pick Chipolte over them. I enjoy getting a chicken one and adding jalepeno tabasco sauce on top. It's delicious They do give you a lot of food, but trust me if you fall in love with it you wont want to throw it away; even though you'll leave feeling sick from eating. read more

I have probably eaten hundreds of meals here and I find it to be consistently good. depending on the staff the food can go either way and my only complaint is that they are somewhat inconsistent. My daughter and I love Chipotle. We go all the time in our hometown. When we were in Mansfield for a concert, we stopped here for dinner. It was NOT a positive experience. The cashier was sooooo slooooow. There was a line of burritos, bowls, and other menu items lined up on the counter waiting to be rung up, and of course this made the line of customers even longer. Bags of chips weren't pre-made, so we had to wait for the cashier to bag chips for someone who ordered them as part of a to-go order. Put the gloves on, open the bag, put the chips in the bag, hand the customer the chips, take off the gloves, ring up the next customer. Kind of ridiculous when there was a girl standing in front of the chip area doing nothing. My chicken tasted burnt. But I guess I'm the only one who noticed because they ran out after making my order. No lemons for the soda/iced tea. The restaurant was filthy. Dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty trash can area (I know it's for garbage but at least wipe it down so it doesn't smell), dirty soft drink/cutlery/condiment area. Between the burnt chicken and the filth I didn't finish my dinner. I threw it away and spent the evening praying I wouldn't be stricken with food poisoning. read more

The service is nice and the inside is very nice. Has a cool feel to it inside. The tomatoes in the salsa are not as fresh as Chipotles in California - they don't have any taste. The portions here are huge, they give SOO much guacamole when you order it. The chicken was salty and of poor quality meat...but I think they are all like that. After all, it IS fast food - but a million times more real and better then Taco Bell. read more

If it wasn't for the fact that I have come to have such high expectations of Chipotle meals, I wouldn't have rated this particular Chipotle so low. What this Chipotle has working against it is that their colleagues at other Chipotles are really showing them up with respect to the love and care that they are routinely putting into their burrito assembly. Sadly, the Mansfield Chipotle burrista left both me and my husband dissatisfied, particularly by the measly serving of meat. Both of our burritos tasted like a tortilla full of rice and sauce. I will probably avoid this branch in the future since I will get more protein for my $10 elsewhere. read more

Food was okay very little rice in my bowl. Went to get iced tea they only had one type and doesn't say if it's sweet or not. Got here right after 11 and most of the tables were still dirty from last night I guess. The service was ok until I got to pay lady wasn't ready for me and seemed annoyed to cash me out. The whole reason to use online ordering is to limit the amount of human interaction. So when I get there and have to wait it is an unbearable torture to be around the type of people I absolutely hate.
