I have no serious complaints. It's chipotle. Food is usually good. Service is usually good. And the price is just great. I've been going here for a very long time. Probbaly once a month for 5+ years???(However long they've been there really) The only serious issue I've had is when they close down orders in person, but I believe this happens when they are extremely short staffed. Closing down the in person ordering is just inconvenient - they force you to order it online. Which is completely understandable because a lot of restaurants are suffering staffing issues due to the pandemic. Staff changes all the time as well as the prices but the menu and food quality generally remains the same. Overall it's pretty good. The first time I came here was for pick up. I ordered 2 bowls and there were so light. When I tell you they were skimping... omg. I never had bowls so small before from Chipotle. I decided to give it a second visit because maybe if i was there, they wouldn't skimp that bad in front of me. I asked for a protein cup of the chicken and it wasn't even a full scoop - it didn't even fill the cup. Why would I pay for that? I was so annoyed. I changed my order to a bowl, and the employee proceeded to give me an attitude, then continued to skimp on the scoops. I don't know what her problem is. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Chipotle makes claims that their servings are "X" grams of protein, BUT locations like this are why we don't believe in that marketing bs. By far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. One person working the line and no one ringing anybody up for 5 minutes like a busy brothel where the receptionists to take a client. Food was awful, wet, mushy, bland and looks like wet dog food. Half of the restaurant was closed off so there was no room for seating as if we are quarantined away from the bathroom. One of the incompetent employees must've blown up the bathroom from their own concoctions whipped up in a burrito bowl. The employee in the back hand cranked over 4 tubs of shredded cheese instead of helping the line move forward. And when I say tubs I mean TUBS. Not just what they put in the line but 3x the size of those, 4 of them. He must've just milked a cow with the shear amount of dairy he was producing. He looked me dead in the eyes and didn't want to help with the whole process of check out. Edit: Chris how about you don't auto generate a review and respond like a man. I probably should have read the reviews before coming here, but I mean, it's Chipotle. So, yeah, no one here is wrong. Smallest portions I've ever gotten at a Chipotle (and we travel all over); but that's not enough to get me to write a review. The attitude of the gentleman that made our bowl and burrito was fascinating. I'm not sure if maybe his earring was too tight or his socks were itchy or his dog ate his homework - but he really could not be bothered. He acted like he'd rather my son and I go play in the road than ask for chips and guac. I was genuinely confused, but hey people have bad days. But then, when my son asked for a cup for water because I didn't want him to have soda, Employee Happy Pants said: yeah, we don't do water cups and stared like we had somehow offended him. Alrighty then! We'll just go ... because never have I ever been denied hydration at any Chipotle. Two stars for the food quality (def not quantity). If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I would. I have been to a fair share amount chipotle's in my life and this is by far the worst one. The workers here are incompetent and the portion sizes are minuscule. They denied me when I asked for a cup of water so I was dying of thirst while forcing down the dry chicken. Hands down the rudest chipotle I've been to. It was 8pm (they close at 10pm) and they were shutting down. We were not the only people in the store but they acted like we were an inconvenience. One of them was a manager or supervisor- so rude. Not one of them smiled or even looked us in the face. They were short and clearly annoyed we were there. They had half the restaurant closed down and were cleaning it 2 hours before close. We couldn't access the restrooms. And they refused to give me a water cup. I have never been to a chipotle that won't give water cups- and I've been to chipotle in many different cities. Such a disappointment for a place we frequent so often. read more

I ordered 4 tacos with "extra" chicken and when they charged me full price for extra chicken on the 4th taco, the manager told me that was the only way they could do it. Probably the worst service i've ever received at a chipotle. Manager was SO RUDE! She needs to be fired or something with the way she treats the customers. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I went into Chipotle not thinking anything of it and was so excited to get my bowl. Everything was fine until I realized that the lady making my bowl did not hear me right and put the wrong protein and when I asked nicely if they could make me a new one the manger got so angry and she told me "What is wrong with you why would you wait until she was done with the bowl" Mind you I didn't realize because the meat she put on and the meat I asked for look similar. She also proceeded to yell at me saying "This is the only time we are going to fix your bowl, next time we are not fixing anything for you" I am very sensitive and her yelling at me made me cry in front of everyone. She also did not say anything to her worker and took everything out on me. I will not be returning to this chipotle and I will make sure to let my friends and family know about this incident. So make sure to talk to these mangers you're hiring unless you want to keep losing customers for your horrible customer service. read more

Hi I am a regular at this location 1-2x per week for lunch. Today was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. We ordered ahead and received notification that our order was ready so we went in to get it and it wasn't ready. We were met with a negative attitude and our question was dismissed. We waited for a few minutes and then I was asked to show proof of the order, which I did, then the woman concluded that someone had taken our order and she said that they would have to remake it. I was then told that I was not allowed to stand where I was standing, even though I was not in someone's way, and it was not busy. Then the workers purposefully did not expedite our order. I believe that this female employee would benefit from some coaching with costumer service. We were met with a negative attitude that only escalated with every intersection. I frequent the Chipotle at Boston Post Td. 01752 for lunch at least 3 times a week, I buy a bottle of lemonade and ask for a cup of ice. They refuse stating that they don't provide cups of ice. I called the corporate office who stated they a cup of ice should NOT be an issue at all. This Chipotle is the worst location I have ever been to! The staff is rude, tables all dirty and they try to skimp on everything they put in your bowl or burrito. Tiny spoons of chicken just a pinch of cheese! Hardly anyone speaks decent English and when you ask for a water cup they tell you they don't have any! Water is free but we don't have any cups! Wow. Just wow. And another Wow. After ordering our food and being served, we quietly went to the seats to eat and was rudely told by an employee that we could not sit there as "this side of the resturant is closed". As it was later that night and having experience working in a restaurants for years, I understood that this very well could be the case and moved quietly to the other side of the restaurant. It was then that the sh@t storm began. As we sat next to another dinner the night manager or assistant nighttime manager told us that this side was closed as well. I politely asked where I should eat if both sides were closed and he told me that we have to eat outside or in our car. Before I went to this Chipotle I checked online to see that it closed at 10:00 pm and not 9:30 pm. We were served at 9:25 pm. I asked if we could just quickly eat our kids meals, as I was with a child, and pointed out that another person was still eating. Also I noted , again from experience running a deli and some restaurants over the years that there was at least 30 minutes of cleaning that needed to happen in the back before anyone could go anywhere, ie dishes and pan etc. This is where the teenage emo girl who was trying to clean a grill with a paint scraper angrily turned around and asked me " why would I EVEN come out to eat at a resturant when I should just eat the food at home!!" That was one of the stupidest things that I had ever heard that it was just amazing to hear. Why would i want to go out to a resturant said the resturant worker. i did not engage after this stupidity and just asked again how was it that we had to leave the resturant less than 2 minutes after receiving our food and the diner directly next to us was not even half way though his meal? The assistant teenage night manager erupted with a fury and the full force of his authority to scream and berate myself, and yes I i did have a child with me, to leave or he was calling the police. I told him that it was clear that he did not even understand the basics of customer service and left. At this point it became clear to me that the person truly managing this branch has not trained their staff in any customer service training at all and very clearly could care less about the people that walk their door to pay for a decent meal. I would not eat here. every staff member that interacted with myself and my child were hostile and abusive. i ended up giving back my food and just walking away, even after paying, as i would never be able to enjoy that food after that abuse, nor would i want to even put that kind of abusive energy anywhere around me, much less inside me as food! Hey Chipotle, I wish you gave a sh@t, but it's clear that you don't. Keep collecting those one star reviews, it'll all turn out just fine. I paid money to NOT eat your food! chipotle has truly declined the last several years. the food itself isn't as good and overall quality control is horrible. Stopped at this Chipotle to pick up a quick lunch for my family. The outside of this building is extremely old and outdated, the parking lot is riddled with potholes. The employees and customer service were even worse. I order the same meal at every Chipotle I've ever been throughout the US. I get a steak burrito bowl, with a vinaigrette with three hard shell tacos on the side in a separate bowl. I put the content of the burrito bowl inside of the hardshell taco and layer guacamole on the outside. It's perfect. Per usual, I decided to place the same order I place at every other Chipotle and the "GM" told me that it was "illegal" to order. Illegal. I communicated to the "GM" and her pale white ginger lap dog that I order the same thing at every Chipotle and have never had a problem before. She started raising her voice at me and telling me that they couldn't provide me with the hard shell tacos (think side tortillas to go with your burrito bowl...same thing here). I told her that she could then charge me for three hardshell steak tacos instead of the burrito bowl or charge me for the cost of the three hard tacos. She refused to do that as well. She was trying to push me through the line and make me pay for food that wasn't made to the specifications I requested. So I stood at the register and asked for her to provide me with three hard shell tacos. She raised her voice with me and was extremely rude. Every time I attempted to communicate with her, she spoke over me and cut me off. Then she had her team of minimum wage workers join with her in trying to push me through the line and seemingly try to disprove my experiences with every other Chipotle I've ever been to. Then, she had her pale ginger lap dog call the cops on me and refused to serve me and my family. I had a delightful conversation with the police to explain with them what happened and then left and took my business elsewhere. All because a "GM's" ego was too big to admit that they were wrong or they are too cheap to honor Chipotles commitment to its customers. A simple Google search "Can I get three hard shell tacos with ny hurrito bowl at chipotle?" will yield hits from USA Today, Delish, Cosmopolitan and Reddit to name a few all confirming that three hard shell tacos come on the side for free with a burrito bowl. It's probably best we didn't stay and eat, wouldn't want to contribute to an organization that has a Class Action for mistreatment of its employees AND countless cases of food poisoning. She said "Chipotle didn't teach me to do this", I ended the conversation by communicating to her that "Chipotle didn't teach her to teach customers like trash either." If you're ever in this area, stay FAR away from this dumpster fire of a Chipotle. read more

My husband and I walked over for lunch from the local convention center. Walked in and it turns out it was online only. I understand that the staff cannot turn off their online system, which is just absurd. The harassment the employees received from people who couldn't pull out their phone and order was ridiculous. The staff was friendly and courteous and there was an obvious language barrier, but that is not their fault and people did not give them a chance.
