We always come to the tequilas in Wakefield but tried this one out and it was just as good! Their inside was open and clean. The server was friendly too. We only got the queso and poblano soup because it was a quick trip. The poblano soup was bigger at this location and so so delicious

This place had a long wait for almost 30-45 mins. The drinks were decent but not very great. Liked the fried tacos. The service was very good.

I am in town visiting my daughter and son-in-law and we decided to try Tequila's. Being from Southern California I am very familiar with Mexican food and consider myself an aficionado, not a snob. Well, Tequila's didn't disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member ho seated us immediately. By the time we reached our table, servers were placing chips and homemade salsa, queso, and water on our table. Before a few minutes could pass, our drink orders arrived along with table side guacamole. We no all ordered familiar dishes we were accustomed to from Los Angeles and the food did not disappoint. We pleasantly pleased with everything. The added bonus was the strolling marrichi's. marrichi's can be loud, abrasive, and quite frankly annoying, but these guys were pretty good. All in all, Tequila's was a fantastic dining experience.

Omg. Been here a few times and cannot recommend it enough. #1 if you are into social media this place is GORGEOUS for your posts. That's not my thing but it was my first thought when we walked in the first time. It's stunning. #2 The chips and triple dipping sauces when you sit YUMMMMM. #3 The drinks. The drinks. Oh yea the drinks. Not a bad one in the bunch and the bartenders are funny, quick and engaging. #3 The f@cking food is good. Not only will it photograph it well it will taste so good. I have one picture because my family is always on the hunt for good birria tacos and in this place I found the birria quesadilla and I was sold. Go and try it on a date night. Take your whole family and go sit in one of the beautifully decorated side rooms. It's good for everyone.

Tequila's was fantastic. From the atmosphere to the service to the food, we found nothing lacking. Being an Oklahoma girl, where we have amazing Tex-Mex as well as authentic Mexican restaurants, I've struggled to find flavorful Mexican food in New England. This hit the spot. If you're in the area, I absolutely recommend checking this place out.

Plantains were also yummy, wings were pretty good, and I recently tried the churros which were not too sweet and I liked them too. I wish they were open earlier so we could order for lunch! Taco gato shares space with Medusa brewing company so there are also craft beers and fun activities like trivia night and music bingo too. The second time we came here it took a while to get our food, but it was also taco Tuesday so they were a little busy.

They are a nice sized portion and layered so that every bite has great homemade tortillas and a full pile of toppings. There isn't any melted cheese and that's a GOOD thing! While I love cheese, this makes for a more flavorful experience without the oil. One of our close friends from NYC is eager to come here wherever she's in town just for those nachos! I don't drink, but most of the people we bring here do and they always appreciate Medusa's extensive beer selection. They particularly enjoy the sampler flight so get them acquainted with the options. Having live music is a nice plus. Indoor and outdoor (depending on season), it adds energy to the experience.

It was a weekday afternoon, so it was just my and my friend, with one other party there. Since the weather was nice, we decided to sit at their outdoor tables - both indoor and outdoor spaces are big with lots of tables. Some of the tables are in the sun and others in the shade so there are options. They had some lunch specials and a taco Tuesday special so we shared a chimichanga, and two tacos. We had their al pastor and carne asada tacos. To change it up, we went with the chicken chimichanga. While we waited, our waitress brought out some complimentary chips and salsa to munch on. The tacos were tasty, although the meat was a little dry. The tacos were on the smaller end, but also only $2 each. The chimichanga I was not a fan of. The plate looked big, but in reality it wasn't too much food. It did come with beans and rice which I was not expecting, but also, the chimichanga was only filled with shredded chicken, so this must have been the rest of the filling. The chicken, rice, and beans were very bland, and there was too much tortilla (as a result of only being slightly stuffed). Also, it was not deep fried like it should be. Our waitress was nice, and took good care of us.

I think they were ultimates seemed like everyone was enjoying their time - the food all looked good I was hoping that I'd find a new salty Chips and salsa, but that wasn't the case.- hot sauce didn't compliment Kind of mellow taste With a tip I was just under $70.00 $32.00 for 2 Margaritas

Mexican music plays in the background but not loud. The restaurant is clean and has a fun Mexican theme. The bathroom is very small but clean, also decorated in a Mexican theme. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us right away. The waiter came over almost immediately and got us our drinks. My daughter got the homemade sangria and said it was very good. Naco chips came out right away with some spicy salsa. I ordered the seafood burrito and my daughter orders the burrito mole. My seafood burrito was absolutely stuffed with seafood and it was delicious. I would definitely get it again. I asked for the tomatillo sauce on the side in case it was going to be spicy, but it had the right amount of heat and was very flavorful. Mixing the rice with the black beans and the tomatillo sauce made a really tasty bite. My daughter enjoyed her mole burrito and cleaned her plate. We didn't get dessert. We were too stuffed! The price for each meal was $17.99, which I found to be an extremely good value for such a quality meal. I took their takeout menu. We're definitely coming back and will order takeout.

Our drinks weren't refilled at all during our visit. And we had to try to flag a few people down for our check. For food, chips and salsa were store bought. Salsa tasted like the jarred salsas you get at the grocery store. I ordered the black bean soup that tasted ok but was lukewarm. I tried to flag someone down to heat it up but gave up because I was hungry. We also ordered the beef fajitas. Beef wasn't tender and had some sinew bites. It was also in some marinade instead of a dry rub seasoning which I prefer. Floors felt greasy and the part of the restaurant we sat in wasn't very air conditioned (it was a 90 degree day). For some reason, the Stars didn't align with us for this place. Wouldn't return.
