This is the worst Chipotle in the world. They consistently refuse to listen to our orders because they make zero eye contact to engage and pay attention to the customers. On top of that most of the employees are rude teenagers who give everyone an attitude as they're ordering and act like we are inconveniencing them. Most of the time we get our lunch from here the food is over seasoned and too salty compared to the other chipotles and the guacamole is usually brown. It's a shame this place is so awful because it's close to where we live but we won't ever be back __*****UPDATE*****__ So we DID go back to see if there were any changes - for a couple weeks things were MUCH better!! Everyone was way nicer, the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. HOWEVER today things went back to the old ways... the server didn't listen to us, the food wasn't edible because it was so salty (we had to sadly throw it out, waste of money) and the napkin and fork area was dirty and there was no plastic ware to take home with our meal. Looks like the managers need to make another visit. read more

Have to say I was disappointed with my experience ordering online from this Chipotle location this week. The online order said it would be ready at noon which I did not think was realistic and it was not. I waited at least ten minutes. I could have ordered in person and received my food faster. The other issue was that they could not find my order in the system even though I told them my name. They needed me to go back to the car to grab my phone so I could give them the confirmation code. I was impressed that the cashier offered me a soda while I waited. That was a nice gesture. The food was typical Chipotle. A couple of disappointments, my wrap was not wrapped very tight and my daughter's fruit was a nasty clementine (see attached picture). I don't know how anyone could think it was a good idea to give that out. For a chain that is struggling they are going to need to step it up for us to be regular customers. read more

I can honestly say that I was very disappointed​ by this chipotle. ​For starters, they were very skimpy on the amount that they give you of each selection​. They definitely​ did not give you a full serving so I kept having to tell them to add more. And lastly,​​ the restaurant​​t was completely dirty. How hard is to put salad dressing in the bag when you order salad??? I've been 3 times to this store ( 6/6/19 @12:45-1:00) and three times they've forgotten to put the salad dressing in the bag. Last 2 times I've patiently waited until I've paid to see if they will do it, nope, didn't even offer dressing to me and when I ask, the young girl (same girl last 2 times) she doesn't look at me, doesn't make any apologies, just drops the dressing in the bag, then turns away with an exaggerated eye role. This review is specific only to the Chipotle at King's Island/I-71 in Mason- My family loves Chipotle but they are not all created equal. This was the worst Chipotle experience ever. Many times in a review it's someone complaining about an employee who was rude or some other one issue problem. The entire experience was bad at this place. 1. The hand sanitizer in the line didn't work. 2. The employee seemed bothered that I was there when going through the line. 3. The food was completely bland. I seriously think they forgot salt in the salsa, guac and meat. 4. There were no forks- had to ask to refill. 5. Soda water was flat. 6. Chips were stale. 7. The place is dirty. I would avoid this place. The only thing it has going for it is location in proximity to I71 and King's Island. read more

Avoid at all costs. Closes without warning, while saying it is open online. You can put your order in even when the store is closed. Once put my order in for pickup to arrive and find 10 people waiting for online orders. I have 30 minutes to eat lunch, could have just ordered in line and gotten it quicker. Like most things, the app has destroyed this place. They aren't staffed apparently for the extra business the app now brings. I don't blame the staff as obviously Chipotle reaps huge revenues at their expense. I waited 15 minutes and only saw two online orders come out. Somehow those didn't belong to any of the 10 people waiting for an order. Gave up, couldn't be bothered to get my refund since my lunch break was up. I used to like this location and drove 20 minutes out of my way to go there to find them with temporarily closed signs and locked doors after ordering on the app. The chat service gave me a refund but claimed they were open. They can say whatever they want but it was closed. read more

This location has been in a pattern of decline for some time and my visit last week was the last straw for me. When I arrives the lane was about 20 people deep, so shouldn't take too long normally. I thought the line was moving very slowly only to notice there was only one person working the entire food line and also checking everyone out customers at the cash register. Then all of the uber eats, door dash people had to ask him questions about their orders and also customer carry out. It took 45 minutes to serve 20 people which is really good for one person, but really bad for the customers. You could feel the tension in the room with the people needing to leave because they didn't have time during their lunch hour. The guy hurriedly dumped food into bowls, burritos and others and short changing them because he had to hurry. Simply put, stay away and go to another location or why don't they just close it and allow the other locations (2 within a mile) flourish. Won't be going back! read more

Terrible service, cashier was angry whole time helping us! The burrito was subpar, they were out of everything. Then cashier had the nerve to tell me " next time tell me you want chips and salsa so I don't have to walk back to line to fill salsa cup." The three feet he has to walk was really tough. he was completely rude about it and didn't even bag our stuff just threw chips on counter! Their lack of preparation and ability to have a decent staff is their downfall. I've been to a lot of Chipotles and they usually are stocked with ingredients and items to put on the food, but this one always seems to have things missing. I originally asked for "steak and white rice" which they failed to have even an ounce of, so instead I got a bowl that I wouldn't give to my dogs. I highly don't recommend this one, save your money and get mcdonald's across the street. read more

Disgusting. Chipotle is a staple of my life, but this store was the worst of train wrecks. Trash everywhere, tables and floor filthy. Horribly long (not uncommon) and SLOW line. Then we got up to order my wife asked for a bowl and got a burrito. I guess that's not a big deal, and as long as we'd been in line, she let it go. Then they were out of lime-rice. Whatever. But when my 6-year old went to the bathroom, and the toilet was out of toilet paper, I asked the cashier and she informed me that the entire place was out of toilet paper. What!!? Are you kidding me? Combine all of these things with the attitude of absolute indifference of the staff and I was appalled. Reading my own review, it sounds almost too bad to be true, but I assure you it is a 100% accurate review. After all that, we still ate there, and the food still tasted good, but we joked about getting food poisoning the entire time if that makes a difference. Asked for salsa on the side because I wanted to control how much I put in my bowl. And I got charged for the side of salsa. So after looking at receipt I went back and asked why I got charged for the salsa and that I never get charged for it. And if that's the case I'll stop asking for it on the side. And the man who was running the cashier simply said "ITS LIKE 40 CENTS ITS NOT A BIG DEAL" and actually it was more than that sir. I don't like the fact that he was telling me I should be ok with being charged for that just because its "cheap". He handled this incorrectly and I never got my refund. He simply said "sorry nothing I can do but it's cheap so it shouldn't matter" this is the worst customer service. Get someone who knows how to ring the items in properly. read more

We stopped at this location after visiting Kings Island. The restaurant was quite empty. They had signs posted on the door: No guac - due to a national shortage / No romaine- due to the E-Coli outbreak. I have not heard of a national shortage but well.. ok. No romaine is understandable. The restaurant was quite dirty. None of the tables where wiped down, stacks of dishes where sitting at the return station, drink and utensil station was dirty. Floors dirty. Many of the crew members where bored standing around next and behind the counter. Obviously no one felt responsible to clean up. Buckets with mop and broom where leaning against a wall in the restaurant with no one making use of it. We where hungry and had already ordered so we decided to stay but honestly- I will not go back to this location. A filthy restaurant is not my cup of tea. I would recommend to go to another eatery in the area and skip this Chipotle. read more

So bad. I've had multiple pickup orders messed up at this location (and they're always later than promised times) and have submitted reviews with no response or resolution. Their employees are slow and lines get backed up if you wait in. Pickup customers will complain about orders not being ready and associates will stop helping the customers in line to go take care of that food, which further delays the lines. Just poorly operated all around. It's such a prime location. Shame to have such poor customer experience and zero care or concern from management. read more

I would never come back here again. I always order for a group of about 10 people at my work and the order is always incorrect or very late. We tend to use the app to order ahead to make it easier on the employees but instead we usually have to wait 30 minutes for the food be finished after when it is supposed to be done and picked up. This time around we waited in line and we asked the employees at chipotle to put names on top of every single burrito bowl to make it easier. By the time we got to the cash register they didn't ask about names for the bowls and didn't want to do it. When we got back to the office with most the food incorrect. Most of the burrito bowls either had things missing like lettuce or cheese or weren't even edible because I cannot eat dairy and they put sour cream all over my bowl. This might be good for small groups but if you plan on ordering for a party or for work I would NEVER come back here. read more

Super day at chipotle today! The line was long and the place hopping We stopped in today to pick up our 2 free entrees for buying tofu last week. The meal was freshly made. The service was quick and we moved through fast. The manager walked around asking about our food and quality of service. We told him about the large amount of crumbs in the nacho sack. He insisted that he fix the problem. We were full and said not to worry. He said okay and walked away. Meanwhile, the cashier stopped by and asked how we are doing. I thanked her for being the second person to ask about our experience. She said it was their task to engage the customers. I had some poor experiences with chipotle in the past and this was welcomed customer service for me! I give a good review for chipotle: hot food, two hard working female line workers, and great customer service! And finally, I thank the manager for coming back to our table and fixing the crumb filled nacho sack even when we said not to. read more

Wow. It's been a few months since I've been to the Kings Mills location and I must say it has gone from one of my favorite locations to absolute worst. The employees are rude and rushy, the guac was brown and looked disgusting. Very very skimpy on the toppings. I got as much barbacoa on my two bowls as I usually get on just one bowl.
