The food is the worst Chipotle I've ever had. Practically saltless. Very disappointed. I expect more from a chain like this.

Fast effective service. Delicious food as always. Nice spot to stop for lunch. Staff were curteous.

I love Chipotle and I visit often but I cannot say that this is a good location. I have never had such a negative experience with the employees running the burrito line before. The girl filling my bowl was giving half scoops of everything, I normally receive full scoops from other Chipotle locations so this was very frustrating. I then asked for more rice and was sneered at by the same girl before she followed through with the request. I will not be coming back soon and I hope this location can improve upon their customer service. read more

The Chipotle team was fast and friendly! Food was great. There were a few drawbacks for me. First, there is no child option for a burrito bowl. I had to order a full size for my son because he doesn't eat either of the two child menu options. There was no accommodation and he ate about 1/4 of it. Second, $1.95 for a scoop of guacamole seems steep. Third, I ordered chips and salsa and the bag of chips was filled a little less than halfway. I probably could have asked for more but shouldn't have to. I enjoyed my food but these things would potentially lead me to another option next time. read more

I come here once or more a week and I've always loved everything about this location.. The portions were great and the staff was friendly.. My favorite part was the military discount. It was a big thank you for serving and always made me happy to go there.. Today i just left and the portions have been cut in half so now it's a small burrito and they said they no longer will give a military discount.. I guess the new management doesn't care for the ones that serve their country. Other Chipotles happily offer a military discount and until this week this location did.. I guess it cuts into his profits to much.. So unless you want a small portion and you want to support a management staff that doesn't care for veterans i suggest getting something different for lunch. I know i will be.. read more

This chipotle is a great place to get a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere is cool, and fun. The only thing I'll let you know would be. Make sure you go when it is not busy. Because when it is busy, the quality of food, and the quality of service tends to drop pretty dramatically. read more

I use to stop in here all the time but over the last four months it seems different. Did they get new management? The crew was rude. I watched an employee itch his butt and then put gloves on to make my food. The bathrooms were soooo nasty. The food was ok but the lettuce looked out of date. It's just not the same anymore. This location stays pretty busy. I haven't had any bad experiences here which is the main focus in fast food. The staff is quick enough to keep the line moving and the line is stocked consistently. I believe the design is more recent and trendy with interesting chairs and lighting. I prefer this design layout over the more vanilla designs of the past, so I'd choose this location over others. read more

The last two times I've gotten catering here for large parties, the quantity of food for the price has been unacceptable. They also no longer give you the complete setup like they used to, but the price remains the same. For a 25 person party we got enough food for about half that. This meant, unfortunately, half my guests didn't get to eat. Instead of the convenient stands and chafing trays, the food now comes in small plastic containers that only get about half filled. Not sure if this is a corporate mandate or this location's management, but I won't be back either way. read more

{Edited on 4/21/11: We went here for dinner on Saturday night at about 9pm...and they were out of GUACAMOLE! :( I am understanding of things happening like that...I work in food, and sometimes things are out of your control and it sucks...but it's just how it is. My only problem with it was that there wasn't an apology for it. At all. It was just kind of like, "Meh. We're out of Guac." We love their guacamole...it's a pretty big part of why we eat there...take that out, and don't apologize for the inconvenience...and well, that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. :( Instead of the good one when it's filled with guac. So...I took off a star. Just apologize when something is wrong...it goes along way when you act like you CARE.} :) My husband and I are huge fans of Chipotle...we can't understand why anyone would go anywhere else for a burrito. I mean, have you ever HAD one of their burritos??! They are so fat and flavorful. I've never tasted a better burrito. :) We were overjoyed to the max when we found out that one was opening in the Kings Mills area, not far from us in SoLeb. Like, within 5 minutes. Eeeee!!! Needless to say, we've visited quite a few times. And I have to say, this is probably my favorite Chipotle! The decor is so cool. The tables look like they might not be comfortable (not sure how to explain that...high top tables, and really low tables, as well as regular tables), but they are! It's very minimalist and modern, more so than your typical Chipotle. And the music at this location is great...we're alt-rock people (like new alt-rock) and we're always hearing something fun and familiar here. Makes me happy. The people who work here are stellar. Everyone is SO friendly...friendly enough that I want to recruit a few of them to work @ my place of business! (Chick-fil-A!) They are just very smiley and always genuine. Love that. The service is quick, even when the line stretches to the door. And if I haven't said enough about the food already...THE FOOD. I always get a steak burrito (or bowl...burrito without the tortilla in a bowl), no rice or beans, green salsa, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Then my husband and I split chips and guacamole. Their chips are so wonderful...crisp and crunchy, with salt and a hint of lime. The guacamole is just divine. I'm not super fond of cilantro (I don't know why...I'm just not!), so as long as the cilantro chunks aren't too huge in the guac, I am all over it. We tend to fight over it, hehe. :) I crave Chipotle on the reg, so it's nice to know that I'm only a stone's throw away from fulfilling my longing. Thanks for coming to the area, Chipotle!!! I am a long time fan of Chipotle. I have it multiple times a month. First time at this location. I was VERY disappointed. Quality was far from what I am use to. Chicken was primarily fat not meat and very little in quantity. Chips were soggy and threw away. A sad Chipotle dinner night. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love chipotle and will enjoy it at least once a week. However this location is not great. Not many seats, always a long line due I slow service and hundreds if fax orders. Employes are less than friendly. If you are craving chipotle and there's a location besides this drive to it instead!!!! read more

Very rude workers. Rushed me through the line, didn't put on things that I asked for them were annoyed when I asked again and they had to go back on the line to grab it, paid double meat price for less than what most locations give me for a single serving. Asked for chips twice at the register and again they were annoyed that they had to go grab them. People clearly hate their jobs there. read more

The rudest people I have ever met. The lady was rushing me the whole time and just grabbing stuff out of the other employees hands. When I talked to the manager all he said was it's because of the line and that's it. That's not how you correctly deal with something like that by just saying it's because of the line. Consistently the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. There is no sense of urgency with the workers here and it always seems like they're high. There always seems to be a spice or something missing in their food...I've definitely been to better chipotle locations. Last time, the line was to the door and right as I was about to order, I read a sign that said there were no more tortillas LOL! Honestly it would be quicker for me to go to the Chipotle an extra 15 minutes away than this one. read more

My family and I love going to Chipotle, but this particular location is always out of stuff! Twice I've gone and have been told they were completely out of rice. I went there in search of the legendary "Quesarito". Immediately after I ordered there were hushed whispers followed by a call in the back for a woman named, "Danny". She came out and asked, "if I was the one who ordered the Quesarito". I replied, "that I was". She then proceed to make my Quesarito with the entire staff huddled around her. Felt like a boss. As usual at Chipotle, the food was great. It was the service here that left a bad taste in my mouth! The staff was aloof, & loudly complaining that they'd have to be there past closing in order to take care of the customers coming in from Kings Island. Management should prepare their staff for the fact that since the nearby theme park closes at 10pm, they'll likely have some late night guests. read more

Very rough experience last night with the quality of food. Pinto beans were not cooked properly. Tortilla tasted old and stale. Chicken was over cooked. A majority of my burrito was beans... very little chicken. I was also told that there was no shredded lettuce because apparently there is a National lettuce shortage. This was very entertaining to hear... luckily my mask covered up my expression... unreal... "National lettuce shortage"....Get out of here kid... you are Chipotle... pretty sure you can find some lettuce lol. The Guacamole tasted very bland... Overall this was by far the worst experience I have had at a Chipotle. Management needs to tell their employees to slow down and focus on quality of what their delivering rather than getting everyone in and out. I understand turnaround is important but you still need to be efficient... so many errors. I felt like I was in a race to get me out the door... also note there was only 1 other person in the building... so it wasn't busy. Hopefully they get things turned around. I enjoy eating Chipotle normally. It's one of my favorite places to stop in at in eat a burrito or a burrito bowl. I took a huge break Chipotle when I became a vegan until they got the Sofritas. This location itself rarely has anything in stock after 12pm. They are prepping for dinner and you can tell the line hasn't been changed all day. Also the tables and chairs are usually dirty or poorly clean. The staff has some people who aren't rude, but there might be a few people on the crew that might ruin it. Also they can't hold the same staff so new people always seem to be working the line. The price of Chipotle is fair for what it is and I enjoy the quality of the food, but I would recommend you drive to a different location if you are willing. This Chipotle is mediocre at best. read more

Terrible counter service attitude as she clearly wanted to close early (11 minutes until closing time). And, as typical at this specific location, many basic items were out of stock (corn taco shells, medium salsa, guacamole). I've never seen a franchise run so poorly. The 1 server could be an anomaly, but the consistent out of stocks should prompt a major logistical intervention. read more

stopped here on a roadtrip and was greeted to some truly disgusting bathrooms. there was old semi-dry urine on the base of the toilet. my girlfriend confirmed that the women's bathroom was just as bad. the food was up to Chipotle standards though. but they need to overhaul their cleanliness. read more

The only reason I come here is that there isn't another one near where I live. I love chipotle. When I workout I sometimes treat myself to some tacos. So today I went and was excited to get my favorite food. The woman getting my rice and such started was super sweet, may have been new. I only assumed she was new because her fellow employee was rudely CORRECTING her over things she was doing RIGHT. I can only imagine the embarrassment she felt when she was getting called out in front of the 6 o clock rush by a rude little troll. The unkind girl looked at me rudely, didnt seem to care less if I fell off the face of the earth. I always get veggie three pointer tacos. Because sometimes I dont feel like having meat on my food. Big deal. Well, when I went to the register to pay, she said, "the tacos are veggie three pointers, I DONT KNOW WHY." she said it in a really mean tone. It hurt. I didnt know what was wrong with my choice of food. In all my years of going to chipotle, or even any food establishment, have I ever been treated like that. Something needs to be done. I understand if people have bad days, but that was beyond. I unfortunately dont have her name, but she was ungodly rude to her fellow employees and customers. I was so impressed with this Chipotle when I went for lunch today! I told them I couldn't eat gluten and not only did they change their gloves, but they put new spoons in the containers of everything I was getting (rice, beans, salsa) and took fresh lettuce and cheese out that hadn't been used yet for the day. I didn't even ask for them to do that! They were very kind and weren't bothered at all. For anyone who has Celiac disease or any medical issues when eating gluten you know what a big deal this is! I know everyone's sensitivity to gluten is different, but for me it was a great lunch and made even better by their awareness and happiness to serve me. Thank you, I'll be back! read more
