Checked our order in the car which we were in a rush to get back to because of our 13 hour drive today. The whole order was wrong. I got chicken instead of double steak. The other order was missing GUAC. I wrote a review on the Chipotle app and they refunded me for the food. I'm a big fan of Chipotle and believe this is probably due to COVID and the lack of available workers. The person that reached out to me was very reasonable and assured me that they would reach out to this locations management to work with them on resolving issues in the future. My biggest suggestion would be that they may need to adjust their wait times for online orders until they have additional staff. read more

This location should be shuttered!!! They're service is none existent, just a bunch of warm bodies standing around. Last evening I visited and the entire bowl was prepared and the staff went into zombie mode. They assumed their positions with cups in hand, wouldn't come near the cash register, and NO ONE WOULD CASH ME OUT!. After they stood their ground for what seemed like 5 minutes, I walked out. I do not typically comment on what's not working at an establishment, and always attempt to start out with the positives-however there are some exceptions. This is one of them. 1st-When I arrives it was beyond the dinner rush, 8pm. 2nd-Everything and I do mean everything looked so dried up! Clearly they needed a redo for all fixins. Since I don't eat the rice I thought the blackbeans would save me. Welp, I was mistaken. 3rd-After ordering my food the young woman needed to replinish some items due to low volume. Last-I am home amd my entire order is COLD. From the chicken down to the sour cream in top! I felt the bottom of the bowl prior to opening it and it was lukewarm. Honestly I havent eaten all day and was hoping for the best. I don't think I want to be a victim of food poisoning. Another person wrote of his issues. I am striking this Chipotle off of the menu. So glad there's a Chipotle in Henry County! Awesome, giant burritos, great salads and tacos. The place is a little spendy but everything tastes so fresh and the portions are huge. Downside is the parking lot is confusing, no fault of Chipotle though since it's not a stand alone building. There is also plenty of places to park which is plus. A lot of other Chipotles don't have much parking. I've had one negative interaction where the line went slowly, they forgot to give us our chips then looked at us like we were trying to steal chips when we asked for them but overall I've received good customer service. I call chipotle to have them remake the food, which they said they will i just have to pick it up. Wow this is sad. I went here last night and I should have left. The owner should be ashamed of this place from the reviews. The restaurant is very unclean and the food is horrible. They had no white rice and pretty much no explanation for it. The chips were old. This location has gone down so bad. The teenagers working in there were out of control. Playing and joking around while people were trying to get orders. Omg the drink station was so nasty and dirty. The outside of the store had trash and cups in the front. Most Chipotle's I go to I go because of the food and service. When this place first opened it was one of the best. The service was quick and the employees were pleasant. The food however is horrendous. The guacamole was stale, off colored and tasteless. The mild salsa was soggy, tasteless and clearly old. The chips were cold and limp. Don't even think about the corn!!! I can pinpoint exactly what's fresh and what's not because I had those items on the side instead of on my meal. First off, I love chipotle. It's always pretty tasty. However, this chipotle is extremely stingy with ingredients. All the chipotles in Atlanta give you an extremely fair amount for your buck. I've been this store numerous times, and my burrito ends up looking like a sad sandwich instead a stuffed burrito. I had it for the first time tonight and I am not satisfied at all. The wait was understandable. A little pricey and not much food for what you're paying. You have to pay for chips and salsa and the mild salsa was not good at all. The problem I have is that all you could taste in the food was onion. We visited this restaurant recently. I was not pleased with what I saw. The grill was charcoaled really bad and the employee did not clean the grill thoroughly after use and watched him place new food on top of that burned food The next employee went to make my order and with her gloves on touched many things including the door to the supplies and then started to make my order. I asked her to change her gloves. Next the employee scraped the bottom of the black bean container instead of getting a fresh order. The beans were burned and I had the employee remake my order. We ordered queso and it was terrible. It was so thick and awful like it had been sitting there all day long. I paid for that too! I will not be visiting this Chipotle restaurant on highway 20 in McDonough. This restaurant has severely declined since it's opening. Want to talk about mask?!! I love chipotle. I've always had great customer service when I've been in this store. I've never been disappointed with anything I've purchased here. I love the chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, cheese, sour cream and guacamole (costs extra). I have tried the steak and I like the flavor but the chicken is my favorite. The guacamole is very good. I don't care for the cilantro in everything (I don't care for the taste) but I try to over look it. I love the Nantucket drinks (bottled) here. read more

If I could give no stars i would. If about to order there dont. All i could think of my experience was... What is going on here?? I walked in at 8:20pm to place an order in store. The workers on service line were slow, unmotivated, station wasn't clean, there were different pieces of different foods/sides in other foods like salsa, cheese & corn in the sour cream (imagine if someone had a food allergy) the work counter was a mess with food on it. I watched them prepare multiple orders before me and peoples food was touching the counter. It was turning me off. Also as things were running out like fijitas, chicken, sour cream & corn instead of seeing it being low and getting more they would just tell people they ran out. I asked one of the workers how long to replace all those items and he turns to everyone online and then says 15/20min when i feel that should have been ready as soon as they were running low like any chipotle. So i waited because i didn't want to burrito bowls with just rice, chicken and lettuce. Then after I waited and food got cold because they put my food aside till those sides were prepared for 15min, i get to the cashier and ask for the quac on the side. She said we are out as i turn to the side of the togo order station they are packed with double everything fully stocked while the guest in store have to deal with items missing. So i asked if they can give me quac from there and she says no thats for our togo/pickup orders. So i paid for my food then went online to order two sides of quac. And wait another 20min. I spent about 45min in chipotle for two bowl ridiculous. Let not mention the to go worker scratching face with gloves as they are prepping peoples food.
