If anyone talks bad about these fish tacos imma drop kick them in the jawbone. Service was friendly and fast. The guac was on point, too. Loved this place.

Can't complain. Tacos were good. Appetizers were good. Service was quick. The location and interior were a bit off but not bad overall.

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the McDonough area. The staff is always super friendly and the service is incredible. I haven't had any food from Tequila Sal y Limon that I haven't liked, it's all delicious! They make great drinks as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for Mexican food.

We went for cinco de Mayo. It was busy, but everyone was nice. I ordered a shrimp fajita bowl. Hubby had tacos. All was well. We had shots and margaritas and there was a dj

One of the coolest Mexican restaurants in McDonough! Went here for the first time after my spa day (mani/pedi) next door and then went here for lunch. As soon as I walked in greeted by the staff , so friendly! I was seated and decided to have some shrimp soup because it was pouring down raining after I came into the restaurant, wanted some good comfort food. I ordered the shrimp soup (big shrimp, rice, tomatoes, good broth, flavorful, plenty of slices of avocado) and of course had to try the homemade Hennessy marg it was strong and good! This is located in the Publix plaza and free parking. I will be back!!!!

I went late on a Sunday night. The service was quick and efficient. The drinks were strong and tasty, the food just as delicious.

Chimichanga plate

Food is delicious. Service was excellent and the ambiance is great. Fish and chimichanga is delicious.

Complimentary tortilla chips and salsa.

We were seated right away and brought out complimentary tortilla chips and salsa which were standard. The staff was very friendly. The pina colada was on point. You can taste the rum definitely. The food was fresh. Rice and beans really good. The ground beef in the enchilada for seasoned well. The tostada was average needed to add taco sauce. It was bland. The seafood enchilada ( not on menu) was was good and seasoned. Overall experience was good. The place was clean, nice Latin music and decor. Will come back again.

Great place to eat with great food and drinks!!!!

Sometimes, a lady just wants a cocktail…read more Summary: Good spot. Would visit again. In this economy, you're going to spend more than you'd like. The strip mall entrance and parking a bit of a challenge. Full review below: I went in Saturday afternoon. It was lightly busy but fully staffed so help/attention came quick. Dining solo so I opted for a seat at the bar. Bartender was super attentive. Didn't have to wait long for a menu or to place my order. Also, she regularly checked in on how everything was. I ordered the Yellow Diamond Martini ($15) and it was delicious. I got the fried green tomatoes (4 pieces) for $11.95. Complimentary very tall cup of water. The tomatoes were a little small so this is definitely an appetizer/light snack...which is A-OK for me. It came out shortly after my martini was ready. Overall, minus tip, it came to $29. Music was playing through a speaker but not too loud. People could comfortably have a conversation. There are multiple tvs throughout. I appreciated that some of them were showing stuff other than sports. One monitor, near the restroom, is devoted to Culturistic Kitchen content, which is smart. I did use the restroom. It's two stalls and two sinks. The non-handicap/ADA stall is tiny. I'm like a medium-sized woman who is 5'7 and even I was like yikes. When the place is busy/packed I could see a wait or a line for the bathroom. The one major downside...which is not Culturistic Kitchen's fault is that the strip mall is not easy to get out of and onto the main road (Jodeco Rd) especially if you're turning left. The parking lots for all the shops, which are great businesses, should be bigger than it is. Don't be surprised if, during peak times, you may have to park 1-2 doors down from the restaurant. Overall, I would go again. I don't go out to eat that often (there's food at the house ) but if I want a good cocktail and a light snack or try some of their regular food items, I would come again. More than likely, I'd choose an off-peak time because I wouldn't want to experience it at near full capacity but that's just me.

I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. I walked in and the place was practically…read morepacked. There were a few tables available and the hostess allowed us to select where we wanted to sit. There is a bar and hookah's are available. The restroom was clean and there was more than one stall. I ordered the Rasta Pasta with shrimp and it was delicious. I was also able to sample the Rasta Pasta with chicken and it was just as good. I personally prefer the shrimp and will try the salmon during my next visit. The pasta doesn't come with a protein. The downside is each protein you add costs an additional $10. The portion was huge. So, if you don't eat a lot, order one serving of Rasta Pasta and add the proteins that the two of you would like to try and it's an inexpensive date!

Not my first time here, but it is my first review for them! This is really good pizza! (Is there…read morebad pizza?) very traditional, thin, Neopolitan style crust. Not huge, but two or three people could enjoy. (6 slices cut) I wanted to try something different so we got two and boxed the rest. Shelby greeted and seated us, and although she lacked a little knowledge on the beer menu, she made up for that with a trip to the bar to investigate our questions on sour beer, and came back with two excellent samples! We settled on a Dr. Robot and the Charcut-a-pie. I loved the toppings and balsamic drizzle. Goat cheese and arugula just go together. A little honey and I was in heaven! The crust on this one was a little well done, which disappointed but, the overall flavor was on point. Next, we sampled the Spicy Italian. I'm usually pretty good with spicy things, and while this was no exception, it did have both of us in a small sweat! If you are averse to spicy, stick with something else. This crust was also cooked and not over done. I'm not sure what McDonoughs' obsession is with vaults, but it seems to be a recurring theme around the square. You'll find vaults or at least doors that look like vaults all over. The rest of the decor inside and outside was well done. Exposed brick gives it immediate rustic charm, while black floors, raw wood art, and leather stools wrap the package nicely. I definitely like their lighting! Oversized bulbs hung around the pizza oven bar (which you can sit at if there's space) and giant hoop rings finish the rest of the space. It isn't that glaring light that spotlights your table, it's just a nice warm ambient light that makes you wanna pour a vintage red into a wine glass over and over. Oh! I almost forgot, they do have an outdoor patio up front, so on those less humid days and nights, I'll definitely be hanging out there!
