The employees were very impatient with every customer and were rushing to the point that I was unable to finish giving my order and the staff put the lid on my bowl and kept pushing it ahead before I was finished. I asked the girl if she could put lettuce INSIDE my bowl, since I didn't have a chance to complete my order, and she put it in this small side cup. I'm very disappointed in this service since usually I don't have issues here. STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION. Placed on online order (Highly recommend you don't do that either) and had my roommate go pick it up with my credit card. First off, when you place an order, you can only do a group order with an account and I didn't want to do that. From my vantage point, it is an above average Chipotle. Why? Nobody ahead of you. On a Friday night at 6 o'clock, there were a total of 4 patrons, none on line. Sorry to say, I can't imagine this Chipotle staying in business very long. Apparently the competition in a mostly hispanic town is too great. Like opening a Panda Express in LA's China Town. Not the best business model. I tried the soon to be gone, brisket today. A brisket salad, with no drink, no guacamole, no extra beef, was $11.09. I come to this Chipotle often. 9 times out of 10 the service is great; I rarely get a negative/rude crew member. 9/10 the food is great; every once in a while the chips may be stale or the steak chewy. I have a very particular order when I come here. Bowl to go brown rice, black beans, steak, the green salsa just the juice and very little, sour cream, extra cheese, and chips. The only time I get a little annoyed is if the crew member doesn't listen about the salsa and just globs it on. I am currently in love with their Carne Asada very tender and delish. 9/10 the restuarant is clean. Most of the time I walk in after they mop. The dining area seats 30. There is out door seating for about 10. I have personally never been here when its crowded and I usually take my order to. Overall one of my go to places in Merced. read more

I always come to this Chipotle and I always had great experiences but yesterday and today were terrible. Yesterday I came to Chipotle and they didn't even have Barbacoa like come on and I asked if they would be making some later on the day and they denied why would you not be making Barbacoa? You guys know that many people come here to eat for lunch? It just doesn't make sense and it wasn't even late it was just 12. And today I decided to come again to Chipotle to check if they would even have Barbacoa and they did but very little and I got like barely any and the lady there was extremely rude. She put barely Barbacoa on my plate then she proceeded to get mad when I asked for more even after she had asked me if I wanted more then she proceeded to that they didn't have more like if you didn't have more than why would you be asking me it just doesn't make sense. She got so mad at me and started yelling at me which is unacceptable. You guys have to look into the details before hiring people like those I was just trying to have a nice lunch, but it was absolutely ruined with her attitude, not also to mention that she threw my quesadilla and it got all over the place including the sour cream.
