After visiting my new grandson my wife and I decided to stop in Chipolte for a meal. Since I am a vegetarian I thought I'd have to get the usual of all non meat products, I.e. I have been to this location too many times to count and it started out ok, but has continually declined over the last two years. There have been many times they do not have certain meats or many meats. The other times they have meat they are poor quality where they are either full of gristle or completely under cooked. I have gotten sick twice after eating there and I cannot prove it, but I am certain it was from undercooked meat. This chipotle pretty much sucks. They are always out of something and there is always someone who has gloves on, touching their hair or something else. Idk but I've tried it more than a few times because it is the closest and I'm always disappointed. Also, a couple other chipotles I go to seem to have the same employees. I've been to this Chipotle many times and each time I go I get more and more disappointed in the service to the point I will now go out of my way to go to another location. The last time my order was put together it was cold before they even wrapped it and they always skimp on the portions. It wasn't that crowded they were too slow and spent more time preparing online orders in front of the customers who are physically waiting for their tacos or burritos to be completed and letting them get cold before anything is finished. This is an issue at all chipotles but always worse at this location. In fact all the Chipotles should have a separate line for all phone and Internet orders to be completed so the people standing in line can actually get a hot meal. read more

should of went somewhere else.. maybe they should take lessons from Chick-fil-A worse customer service... yes i know they have the mask rule but when asked if my buddy if he could just order then leave store since he didn't have mask they tell us no.. mind you another gentleman standing to the side had no mask on the whole time.Even picked up food at counter with no mask. So my buddy leaves i order for him but sad to say ordered things on the bowl he didn't like.. finished half of it. Then as we are sitting outside a young girl comes out to empty trash can i ask if i can give her ours, you would think I asked the impossible. Chipotle probably the CLEANEST restaurant out there, I always enjoy eating there. Guacamole is delicious there. Yum.

We picked a bad time to eat there tonight. they ran low on most of the meat ingredients so we made the best of it. The staff were very apologetic (they must have gotten SLAMMED with business before we arrived). They did comp my wife's order (their call) and the manager came to our table, apologized again, "IT was a perfect storm" she explained as she handed us a buy one get one free card, that was unexpected. We will be back because this was an out of the ordinary experience. We have always had good, courteous service and excellent food. I wish had got the names of both the young lad who prepared our food and the female manager, they made the best of a bad situation for us all. Golf claps!!! read more

Before today I would have given this place 3 to 5 stars but today I will be finding another Chipotle location. The service and management has been sliding downhill the past 6 months. Today we got half the meat we usually do on our bowls. My husband asked about getting a little more and was told he would get charged for double meat. They did not have forks and when I asked the cashier Samantha if we could get forks she said "we are out of them". I asked her if I was supposed to eat a salad with a spoon and she shrugged and looked annoyed. No apology. No customer service. They could use some basic PR training. And a good manager. read more

I usually get the vegetarian burrito, which is great. I do see how others who have reviewed here may not be happy with what they get, especially if they order meat. For awhile there was a really annoying guy working behind the counter & at register who was so repellant I stopped going. Now I do not see that guy, & am usually happy with the service & food I get here. You do kind of need to watch them to make sure you get what you want, how you want it. I also think that without getting the veggie burrito it is kind of a rip off to get the guacamole too. Could be better, could be much worse. Definitely filling, & a much healthier alternative to some nearby places trying to compete like del taco, Taco Bell & filibertos. read more

Normally, I like Chipotle. My daughter goes here all the time. I used the convenience of ordering online because I was busy at the house and she was already out. She gets home, and no side orders of guacamole. I had ordered 2. Called Chipotle and just asked for a refund since I ordered online and paid with a credit card. Oh, they can't do that. You have to come into the store. Well, if I have to go back to the store, what is the convenience of ordering online? And even though I'm out $4 for the sides, it's not worth going back. In fact, I will NEVER go back now. How hard is this to screw up??? It's literally written down for you. No human to screw it up. And to top it off, the food was not as good as it normally is!!! not bad, but not all good either. ordered the carne asada burrito with black beans and rice. meat was a bit dry and chewy. The burrito was wrapped like a giant ball......kind of strange. a bit pricey as well. burrito and a small drink almost 10 bucks. YIKES! After my lunch I thought I would use the mens room to clean up before returning to work. OMG the bathroom was dirty and had a stinch like it was backing up. It had a very bad fowl smell and almost made me vomit....no lie! May return but not to this location. Would suggest to take your own beverage to save a couple of bucks. Oh, one more thing was not to crowed but the ambiance was cold and noisy inside. Music was very loud and the crowd noise even though it was not to crowed was fairly loud as well.
