They then cleaned and wiped down everything! That employee told the next employee in line and she changed knives and cutting boards to assure that there was no cross contamination. The customer apologized for the inconvenience as the line was very long, but the employees reassured her that her allergy was not her fault and that they didn't want her to get sick. Just because of this experience I will continue to go back!
