John Anthony (the only Anthony there I think) is always super friendly and helpful! He's helped me out a few times and is always hustling when it's busy but still makes sure that my orders are correct. Overall, he's just really nice and seems to take pride in what he does. The ambiance is that of a regular chipotle but there are a lot of other shops around, so that's fun. I'm plant based and cross-contamination has happened in the past but honestly, that's not the restaurants fault necessarily. They make no claims that cross-contamination will not happen and it's to be expected at fast food restaurants - I've even had issues of cc at the burger place across from here. I only mention this bc I noticed others were complaining about that. It's a risk you take eating at any non-plant-based or allergy-specific place! They shouldn't be dinged a star for that. read more

Honestly I wasn't going to leave a review because they were really busy but I am. The girl working right now 06/13/26 @2:20pm is extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for a simple cup for water. They were busy but the girl was packing online orders not taking any in person orders, when I asked for the cup of water she told me to "hold on" as she was finishing up with an order. The girl proceeded to ignore me and help 2 door dashers that came in after me, and packed their orders right in front of my face as they were not even ready yet. So I'm standing waiting to see when she is just going to reach over and grab a cup that was in arms distance. What is happening to our youth?!!! Gen Zs have been raised on social media with no interpersonal skills! The lack of tact, disrespectful mannerisms, grandiose entitlement and an inability to take accountability for their actions is going to rule this world. I have been coming here for years. Despite the negative comments on here, I've had decent experience, but NOT this time. The multiple disrespectful and rude comments along with a very condescending tone, led me to leave without my food. First, there was no smile from this little girl, second she did not do what I asked, and when I repeated myself, she said "I heard you the first time.WHAT?? And then when the attitude continued, and I addressed it, she repeatedly stated "I did not give you attitude. I did not give you attitude. I did not give you attitude." This was said with a condescending and rude tone. First, her perception of reality is completely skewed. Second, her perception does not really matter in this case, it is my perception, and if I am disrespected then you need to apologize! I am a customer!! She was putting the food on my plate like a skater at the Olympics. Entirely too fast. Quality does not come with speed, it comes with attention to detail and positive attitude. The kicker was that her manager was standing right next to her, heard and observed everything that was going on, and she did not care, rather continued to talk under her breath, as I was addressing her behavior with the manager, as if there was no respect towards him at all also . I feel for him. He was kind and apologetic. But I am deeply concerned and disappointed with the level of customer service that I received. My foot will never step into this establishment ever again. I finally came to this Chipotle here after like 5 years of not visiting a Chipotle store. My wife and I came here for lunch today because we wanted something different. We already ate at all the other food places in the plaza where this Chipotle is at so it was finally time to cross off the last food place we haven't been to. We came a little before lunch so they were not busy at all. We parked toward the back of the plaza because there more parking spot. I already knew ahead of time that they likely don't give you big portions here. So I went with the chicken burritos with light white rice, extra salsa and red sauce. My wife went with the chicken bowl. The workers here are very polite and friendly, one of the worker even give me compliments on my Call of Duty hoodie. We decided to eat our food inside of the place. I thought my burrito was good, the chicken portion isn't that big but the extra salsa help filled me up. Food is alright, service is mediocre. I asked David "the service manager" for half and half chicken and barbacoa. He gave me half chicken, there clearly was no barbacoa in the plate. He scooped some sauce and poured the sauce in my plate. I asked him for more barbacoa and he said, "I already gave you some". I visited the Chipotle in Mission Hills today around 5:15 PM today, and for the first time, I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant and the lack of food in the food trays. Customer service wasn't friendly at all. While standing in line, I noticed that the food prepping table behind the counter was filthy. It looked like the table hadn't been cleaned for some time. Old food remnants were on the table and no one cleaned it as long as I was in line and leaving the restaurant. The heated food trays were almost empty and there was no brown rice or vegetables. White rice was spilling over onto the counter, and no one cleaned that up while I was there. The area near the soft drink machine was dirty and it looked like no one cleaned that area for sometime either. The soda counter was sticky and unclean. This is the second time in two weeks they are out of food items. Today Sunday, 4:32pm they ran out of salsa. They were not planning on replenishing the salsa as they are all out. Therefore our 2 chicken bowls did not have any salsa. As much as we wanted to buy chips we had no choice but not to since there was no salsa. Last week Tuesday they were out of lettuce at 1:37pm. This was lunch time and during summer.
