I come to this location often, their customer service is fairly well, they do a good job of keeping it calm when it gets busy. They sandwiches are pretty consistent and taste well. Came in for lunch , a little line , but it always moves quickly. Got my usual , #7 turkey and provolone. Mike's way add avocado. Always a good sandwich, workes were nice and friendly and helpful as usual , my only one complaint was they were out of or had no jalapeño chips !!! Oh well . Worst Jersey Mikes I've been to. As mentioned in the other reviews this place is pure chaos. Last time I ordered online and they gave one of my subs to the wrong customer and they had to remake it. However, they made other online and in store orders before my sub so I did not get my subs until 35 minutes after the pick up time. Needless to say, the other subs that were made "mikes way" were a bit soggy due to the vinegar and oil. Today I decided to give them another chance. They were making several orders which looked promising. Unfortunately, my order was not ready when I arrived at the pick up time. The customer who walked in after me, got in line, ordered a similar order (hot and cold subs) and got their subs and were out the door before me. I don't really understand the point of ordering online with a pick up time if you're just going to be passed up or forgotten. Giving 2 stars as the food tasted good however I wish the service would be up to par with the other jersey mikes in SoCal. read more

Personally I love this location, I feel the meat is always super fresh and they really stack up whatever you order, could be packed sometimes but I've never had an issue with my orders and everyone's always super nice! Around March 3rd I picked up a couple of sandwiches for my kids and I after school. We've always enjoyed the freshness and the quality of the food from here. However, this time, the bread was hard and both sandwiches were really dry. My son even commented that he felt like he was eating cardboard. I provided feedback on the site for Jersey Mike's and a district manager actually reached out to me and thanked me for feedback. The manager apologized for the bad experience and asked for my address to send me some complimentary gift cards to alleviate the issue. Weeks passed by and no gift cards were received. I reached out to the District manager and mentioned that I had not received anything from Jersey Mikes including any gif cards. They mentioned that they would send them by the end of the week but they never came. I reached out one last time to let them know that I never received anything from them and that I was giving up on receiving anything from them but also mentioned to let management know about my service experience so they can improve in their customer service and dining experience. read more

I was spending a lovely day at the ER at Olive View hospital a few days ago. I hadn't eaten since early morning and my daughter said she would bring me something. She totally surprised me with the #5 sub. I waited until I was released and came home to enjoy my sandwich. Even though we had to wait a while in the hospital for my release, when I finally ate it, it was delicious! The sandwich had plenty of meat, the bread was fresh as were the other ingredients. I am a regular customer, I ordered 2 giant #13 and asked for condiments on the side to go. The sandwich preparer on my invoice was named: Jasmine and I asked for the oil and vinegar to go b/c I don't want to get home to a soggy sandwich especially when you don't eat it right away and you have a couple of kids. They gave me 4 little oil and vinegar to go, I politely asked for 1 more and the guy working there Dylan in a slightly unpolite manner said 'WE ONLY GIVE 2 PER GIANTS'. I was set back and appalled. Luckily I was with my son and I didn't want to make a scene in front of him. I got home to find the oils and vinegar halfway filled which upset me. Remember with repeat customers, treat them with kindness and again it was just 1 more oil and vinegar - I didn't ask for the bottles! upset & disappointed customer experience!!! - OH and BTW - the sandwich meats were definitely skimpy, usually a giant #13 will have lots of meat these were very skimpy and not as my usual #13's that I had a couple of weeks ago. This is my 3rd time giving this establishment a chance. Horrendous service. Claimed debit/credit card machine stopped working & employees simply stared at me with ZERO suggestions. When I left to find an ATM machine, I proceeded to pull cash. They consistently get Uber Eats orders wrong. I have ordered quite a few times and often it's incorrect. Most of the time I let it go, but just today I received my order of a sandwich, two soda bottles and chips. The sandwich seemed okay, but they gave two wrong flavors of soda bottles, and wrong chip selection. Although I love this chain in general, If I can count on my full order being correct, will most likely just stop ordering from here.
