Our recent visit to this location was our first. We were surprised by the dining area footprint, as it seemed much smaller than any other location we've been too. They have a few high top tables that seat 6 and a few lower tables that seat 4. The space gets crowded when there's a line of guests waiting to order. The staff members we interacted with were very friendly and personable and the portion sizes/scoops of bowl fillings and toppings were very generous compared to other locations. 12/21 -- came into the store and got two chicken bowls. Was charged for double chicken when I didn't get double chicken. I did not notice until I got home and checked the receipt. I attempted to call the number provided on the receipt after 20 minutes on hold I was asked to leave a message. I'm not driving 10 minutes back to the store to either get a refund or a side of extra chicken. This will be my last time at this chipotle location. Never a good experience from being underserved portions to being overcharged and having to request a refund I wouldn't recommend dining at this location if you want to feel you're getting a fair meal for your hard earned money. If you like to over pay and get less THIS IS the place for you. There's a new location less than 10 miles away my suggestion is try that one. Good luck. read more

I work solo a lot so naturally, I order a lot of burritos. I also work in different areas of Pittsburgh, so I get to try a number of different Chipotle's. This location is hands down the best one. The rice is never crunchy (Allison Park) and you can tell it's currently well managed. Keep up the great work, I'll be ordering today! read more

I ordered this steak burrito from the new Monaca location and it was delivered. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bag and found this burrito that is about the size of a small baked potato. I could hold it in the palm of my hand. Have you ever seen such a TINY burrito? Taco Bell's burritos are bigger and way cheaper. This one was much more pricey. You cannot get a live person to speak with. I don't drive or I would have taken it back. This leaves me speechless! read more

My daughter ate at the Monaca Chipotle and got food poisoning! New location, you would think that things would be well managed. DOH is in their future. If you don't hold food at a safe temperature you can get very sick. CCT 40-140 degrees holding temperature will cause food borne illnesses. I wish food chains had more frequent inspections. read more

This location is terrible. Every time we go, they are stingy with EVERYTHING. And half the time, they dont have half of what they should. This time, they screwed up my order by missing 3 items, and the carnitas weren't shredded or cut up at all. I had a palm sized chunk that i had to cut. Raw onions with no peppers, corn salsa with nothing but corn, the mild pico was nothing but tomato. White instead of brown rice....it was ridiculous. I dont know how they managed to screw up so much. And most of the time the crew is awfully rude. I hate to have to travel 25 - 30 minutes out of my way just to enjoy my food more, when it should be consistent at every location. read more

ALWAYS OUT OF MEAT! I have been to this location multiple times. They are always out of chicken and steak. The workers proceed to tell me it's a 20 minute wait. We did a pick up lane. They forgot to give us our drinks and there were missing sides for the kiddos meal. When I called the store, they said I had to call their corporate office for a refund . They gave me two "free" drinks and kiddie meal on our next visit. They are not free! I paid for those!! From the missing drink and sides from my order so that is not free! Worst Chipolte in the area. Employees are rude, give customers dirty looks, and literally throw your bowl down the line. They constantly wait until they are completely out of meat to ask for more to be made, so customers are forced to either wait 20 minutes for food, or leave. Terrible service. Line moves super slow compared to other locations. Tall white kid with glasses on the front line is the worst I've ever seen. He's slow and knows nothing about allergies. I told him I have a dairy allergy. He looks at me puzzled. He asks of queso has dairy in it...get real and get actual employees. The gm is garbage in all of my interactions and skimpy on food. Thought we would try this chipotle on a weeknight, since it just opened and weekends have been very crowded. One problem we encountered was the restaurant is poorly staffed. There was only one person putting together meals, during the dinner rush. After we waited close to 20 minutes with only 6 people ahead of us, we were told they were out of beef proteins. I ordered the Sofritas, which was extremely hot and spicy. They told us the steak would be out shortly, but that took another 15 minutes. During the wait, I asked for some sour cream to cut some of the heat in the Sofritas. The associate argued with me that the Sofritas was not hot and it was probably the salsa, which I did not order. This Chipotle definitely has to work out some kinks before we'd go again. read more

One star is being generous. Ordered for pick up NEVER again. I've been to a lot of chipotle restaurants but never have I been shorted on the actual dish x the 5 dishes I ordered. The burritos were puny. I mean Taco Bell sized. The burrito bowl you could have picked up the entire contents with your hand. What a slap to the face!! Manager needs trained and the employees preparing the food need trained. Chipotle I sure hope you see these comments. I am not the only one and I've tried twice since opening. We did go back. Burrito still tiny. Drink half filled. Count your days. We as pistoff beaver countians, will run this location into the ground if you do not fix asap.
