I like chipotle but the service here is terrible. I understand it's a new location but aren't you supposed to be trained. Every time I order I get small quantities of each item, not to mention they 3 shreds of cheese they give you. Guac is extra and they can't even put a full scoop on, many other chipotles do. Every chipotle I have been to is very generous with their servings but this one leaves you hungry every time. read more

So I'm happy chipotle opened in kisco but the workers are amateurs. They skimp on the rice and meat and the folding job was terrible for my burrito. The more important issue is hygiene. I took a look into the containers that hold forks and other utensils and to my disgust there was hair and other particles in there. The girl who was cleaning just stopped to refill the utensils and I'm not sure if she had properly sanitized her hands prior to. Do yourself a favor and rinse the spoon/fork out with water at the drink station before using. To the staff: Please wash those utensil containers and please wash hands before refilling them or use gloves. Sorry to the staff for my ocd but the rest of you readers can thank me later. After reading all the terrible reviews we were not going to order but decided to give them a chance to form our own opinion. I'm very glad we did. We had a delivery and the food came reasonably quickly. More important the food was fresh and was delicious. There was a lot said about the guacamole but it was fresh and yummy. It wasn't spicy but if you add a touch of the tomato salsa it will be spicy. Don't hesitate if you want to have some yummy food. read more

My husband and I just came here at 9:50 at night, ten minutes before closing. I asked a young lady who was cleaning if they were still serving and she gave a very definite yes! Then, even though she was clearly tired, she served us dinner and never complained. And when we asked, she said that we could eat in the restaurant. Honestly, I don't know if it's because I was hungry and tired, but the food here tasted a little bit better than the one near where I live. The restaurant was very clean. read more

First there today. Ordered online through their app. Was appalled to find that not all crew members were wearing face masks. With all thats happening now with Covid, you would think they would require all employees to wear protective masks and gloves. Regrettably,I have to agree with the other reviews. I was so excited when I heard Chipotle was coming to Mount Kisco. However, a great disappointment once they opened. This place is just a combination of bad food, and staff that can be quite nasty or display a real lackadaisical attitude. The kitchen also looks unclean. Staff laughs at you when you ask if they plan to bring out fresh food, as you can clearly see that most of the food has been sitting out for hours and its either dried out or cold. Didn't Chipotle get into some trouble some years ago because of this? I work in culinary art school kitchens across Westchester County. This is the type of place where you can clearly see ServSafe and Department of Health violations. This place was bad before COVID 19, I can't imagine it any better after. What a shame to have a place like this in the Mount Kisco/Bedford area. A place known for so many of its great eateries. They should try to get managerial help from the White Plains location (in Greenburgh on Route 119). The quality of their food and service is 10 times better. If not, please bring back Applebee's or something of the like. A Peruvian restaurant would also be nice in this area. :) Thank you. read more

Waited over an hour for a mobile pickup order. Showed the order confirmation 2 times and got told to wait. Had plenty of other customers in and out before anyone even checked up on the order again. Then got told to reorder it after I had already paid. Terrible experience. read more

I ordered a vegetarian salad and I was instead given a rice bowl with CHICKEN. I never asked for dead animals in my salad nor did I ask for rice and beans in my LETTUCE salad. This is insulting, especially to someone who has taken a vow against meat not just for ethical reasons, but for religious reasons. read more

Even something as simple as rice and black beans, a very small container of it, mind you was overly spiced with the most disgusting array of flavors; so much so that it was almost unrecognizable as authentic in any way. It's really quite upsetting when it's the middle of the day and half of the line isn't even set up. Rice and all kinds of meat were completely empty and rather than putting in a new tray, decided to give me the bare bottom which tasted awful. There was no one even making more meat and it wasn't busy at all. The cheese lettuce and quac section was disgusting with remaining pieces scattered all over the counter. Considering I'm allergic to sour cream and it got on half my burrito, it's unacceptable. I usually like going to chipotle but this location is a disgrace. Takes forever to make food. I ordered on door dash 2 hours ago and They still haven't made the food. If you order from the app or store have fun waiting no less than 45 minutes for your food when it says it will take 15 minutes. read more

Do not order online or on the app, you are better off going in as you will most likely be waiting 10 minutes for them to make it even if you show up 10 minutes past the time you asked for it to be ready. This has happened 10+ times, not really sure why I keep going back. read more
