Also, the sour cream tastes good. I am fussy about sour cream, and it seems that many places are using stuff that has an off smell and taste to me. The only sour cream I can tolerate and buy for home use is Breakstones. I don't know if that is what they use, but whatever it is, it tastes like that, clean and rich, and with no strange aftertaste. Just a detail, but if anyone else notices that all sour cream is not the same and is grossed out by the change that has happened in the last year or two, try it at Salsa Fresca.
