Don't come to this Chipotle. Worst customer service ever. I ordered lunch at 12pm and I'm still waiting on my order and it's 1:16pm. The only reason I'm still here is because I can't stop payment on my debit card. read more

This Chipotle literally will never fail to disappoint me. I waste gas money driving here and they don't even have a sign on the door telling their customers that they're only taking online orders. I applied for a job here and I called multiple times with no response. I came here once around 8pm and they said they were closing due to being short staffed when I had been ignored about a job there. The service is horrible, the staff is disrespectful, and the restaurant is disgusting. Funny thing - I'm a teenager writing this nasty review, this is how you know that this place is literal dog shit. Whoever owns this needs to fire the people the good and higher their standards because what they got going now is horrible. Honestly, y'all should just shut down. read more

Absolutely terrible store. "Completely online" ordering system only is a terrible business practice on the owner. Service inside was terrible as the workers had a rude attitude. read more

Update --- things seem to have stepped up a notch. The food tastes much better (more like its supposed to) and service is generally quick. They have still had some issues with running low on items but given the flavor is better, I'm back to visiting regularly! ---- Sigh - what is going on with this Chipotle? It's far beyond "new location, training wheels" issues. It's time someone from a corporate standpoint steps in and makes some changes. The employees at this location just don't seem to care. No smiles. No enthusiasm or energy. No proactive behaviors. No sense of urgency. All characteristics that I feel are typical of customer service within the Chipotle chain. Lately the quality of food has also declined. I was unable to eat my burrito bowl last week because the carnitas didn't taste right. (I have practically lived off Chipotle carnitas over time so I'm pretty sure I have a good barometer of right versus wrong.) A quick phone call to the restaurant remedied the issue: we were told they would replace it on our next visit. And they did, but having to reiterate what had happened and then feeling like the cashier and manager on duty were judgmental and disbelieving made for an uncomfortable situation. A first for me when it comes to Chipotle experiences. I've always been a big fan of Chipotle and was definitely a cheerleader upon their arrival to Mt P. I'm embarrassed when friends have bad experiences here after all my bragging. I hope they make some changes so they don't miss the opportunity to establish a loyal clientele in our area. read more

Wish I could give a place 0 stars. Horrible customer service, manager was beyond rude and aggressive. Tables and floor were so dirty, and it took about an hour for my order to be ready. Not sure why they wouldn't do in person orders, as it would clear up a lot of the wait. There's probably about 20 people waiting for their orders right now. No reason for this. And absolutely no reason why the manager should be so rude. Things need to be fixed here! read more

Dirty, and no one behind the counter seems to care. Chipotle has really slid in quality over the years but this is the worst chipotle I have ever visited. We will not be back. read more

What a miserable location. The pickup orders are consistently wrong - missing items, wrong items, incorrectly made menu items. The order looks like it was put together by my toddler. The last two times I have been, there literally was a line of people standing waiting to have their orders corrected. I'm done going to this location. When I asked the 'manager' what was going on he told me 'we have new people, and I'm new'. If this is a franchised location, and I assume it is, this whole group needs to be let go and bring in a professional crew to fix this. read more

Ran out of veggies yesterday so had to go somewhere else. Walked in today and they said they were only taking online orders, had to go somewhere else again. Go to Moe's. So much better. read more

Never never never again. Save yourself the pain of this place. I was in here a few months ago and was so unhappy I felt I could not leave a review because surely they were having a bad day. But we tried again today and the situation is absolutely worse. Not only did we get our order after waiting over 30 minutes for it, the employees were obviously ready to go and really could care less that the dining room was full of people waiting on food and the entire store was filthy. I think I could handle the waiting if there was at least some attempt to seem concerned about customer service. But there was absolutely none. They stopped just short of being rude. Just like the last time I was here. My children love Chipotle. But we will not be going to this one ever ever ever again. read more

I love chipotle but this is the worst location on planet earth. Not only are all the tables always dirty, but the kitchen is also disgusting ( I have never seen such a dirty grill, genuinely don't know if it's ever been cleaned). Another thing I would like to point out is it's always closed at the most random times. Get your shit together. read more

All of the reviews are right with 2 stars or less. Very slow and almost always out of things.

Honestly hate leaving such low reviews however this location has messed up my to go order many times once even sending me home with the complete wrong burrito and my husbands burrito was missing items as well. (and every time I go they are only doing online ordering).f read more

Food is good, WHEN THEY HAVE IT! I would say 8 out of 10 times that I come to this location, they are out of chicken Al pastor, steak, or some main ingredient. I understand the lunch and dinner rush, but at 3:00 on a Monday, this is beyond unacceptable. Hire better staff and CONSTANTLY be rotating fresh meat on and off the grill. It is hard to think of a legitimate excuse for this incompetence. Ridiculous. read more

If you order through the app they are going to get it wrong. Every single time I have, it's been wrong. And this time it was a dairy issue and I've been sick ever since. read more

Run away!!! Very disappointed with the service I received today. I ordered 2 steak bowls in person and the line was out of the main toppings I wanted and the response from the employees was a blank stare. It was my problem they were out of the toppings I wanted. There was no "you can wait a few minutes until ready" or any attempt to fix the issue. When I was checking out I noticed there were the items at the takeout station and asked about getting those added to which the cashier said "no." I was charged full price! I regret not walking away. Terrible service!!! read more

This Chipotle is the closest one to my house so I come here often. I'd argue that it is not as busy as some of the other locations around Charleston but it has its moments. At first I wasn't too impressed by this location when they first opened but it's definitely gotten better. They make everything quickly and keep their line moving so you don't usually have to wait too long to get in and out. It's kept very clean. And, aside from one bad experience with an employee I can honestly say I generally have good experiences here. The location is pretty easy to get to from 17 and the parking is ample. I'll keep coming back unless one opens up even closer to my house. read more

This is one of the worst ChIpotle's I have been to. I was promised an order to be picked up at 7:30. And was not ready until a half hour later. This appeared to be the consensus with everybody there waiting. Pretty upsetting that such a successful company does not fix their algorithms for wait times. Also, they were understaffed and the employees that were there seemed to hate their lives, but kudos to them for having to put up with angry customers. Poor management in my opinion. read more

Mount Pleasant SC Chipotle is a dirty restaurant with poor employees and management, but worse...Walk in customers arrive and are told they are only taking online orders and not walk in customer orders ( for unknown reasons). If I could give this place zero stars I would. I would 12 hours in health care. Every time I try and come here after working and it's disgusting and they never have anything thus forcing me to leave because I have been burnt by this place so many times. I ordered my food online for pickup at 7:50 and it took over 30 minutes to prepare it after the pickup time. Seriously??? I'm vegetarian and it's extremely difficult to find ready prepared foods and Chipotle is truly my favorite. I've been vegetarian for well over 16 years and I order chipotle at least once a week. I've been a devoted customer since y'all opened and this location is hands down awful. They never have all of my ingredients (even though I'm vegetarian something is always missing) or it takes forever just to get my food. What is wrong with this location I'm curious? Chipotle do better please. read more

To start, I LOVE CHIPOTLE but this locations customer service is the worst and at least 6 times now that I have ordered for delivery - either the toppings on my burrito bowl are wrong or it looks like half of the actual meal (looks like a kids portion, and 90% of the time they leave my chips out. It is in my "permanent comments" on DoorDash "Please make sure chips are in the bag bc they are ALWAYS left out". If I don't get my chips with my burrito bowl, then it ruins the meal bc I eat the bowl with the chips so I don't even want to eat it, if they chips are left out. I try to call the location EVERY TIME - and you're probably thinking "why do you even order from them if this has happened SO many time?" - and I can never get an actual person on the phone to be able to speak to a manager and of course if you complain through the app, it's "pepper" an AI program that is not even a REAL PERSON and if you call their complaint line, you speak to someone in India who has probably never had the food and the only thing they do is give you a Free chips and queso to use later and that to me is NOT ENOUGH - ESPECIALLY since this has happened soooo many times. I even requested a call from the manager the last time this happened and have yet to get a call from a real life person, in the USA or to be able to get through to the actual store! I would rather drive an additional 15 mins to the next closest location to assure that my order is right and to receive good customer service. I WISH I didn't love Chipotle so much bc I would love to be able to just never go there again and I also believe in second chances but I've now given them at least 5 times and they still can't get it right and I still have yet to receive an apology from the actual store manager! read more

I occasionally stop by this location on my lunch break. Even though the line can back up to the door, the service is usually fast. The staff is friendly. It's a nice place to go to grab a quick bite to eat. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicken tacos - Mexican Near Me - Mt Pleasant, South Carolina

Worst Chipotle I have been to...an I am usually a big fan. It is hard to figure out what to do...order through app or in person. I had been ordering in their app...only to show up and have to wait 20-30 extra minutes for my order to be ready while people who walked in ordered and were out in 5 minutes. Instead, all of us who ordered online are standing around waiting and it is way too crowded given the current situation. Especially with 50% of employees not wearing masks or at least wearing them correctly. This happened at least 3-4 times. So the next time i decided to go and just order in person. Unfortunately I walked up to the counter, only to be told that they were only doing digital at that time...so I left. I wasn't going to order online while i was standing in the store only to wait an hour to get my food. Today is probably the last time I'll go to this location. I ordered through the app this time due to my experience the time before...and we are now back to the first scenario. I place my order 30 min ahead of time, only to show up and wait another 20 minutes while people are walking in and ordering (allowed to order in person again it seems) and in and out in 5 min. I wait and wait...and once my order is ready is see that half of the fountain drinks don't work and their is no ice. No apology, no refund of my drink money. So i leave with my warm drink and go home to eat...only to find a foot long hair in my chips bag. Fantastic. Won't be back. read more

I've been coming to this Chipotle for the last 6 months about every week or so and I can't say I've had a positive experience yet. Prepare to wait your turn in line for 15-30 minutes for a meal. They're grossly understaffed at all times and couldn't operate any slower. They frequently skimp on protein and half of the time don't even have chips. Chipotle is generally my favorite fast food establishment and this one is right by my house, but I would be all of simply terminating this establishment and replacing it with *anything* else. With love, think twice before visiting this restaurant. read more

Only serving online orders, constantly skimping on proteins as usual. Not worth your time.

this place is a pos there was at least 25 people sitting around waiting just for there like a hour

For the past 6 weeks when we have gone to chipotle they are out of drinks (machine down) or guacamole or peppers and onions. There Are typically 4 people prepping and you wait quite awhile for a staff member to work on your order Since they are prepping. I love chipotle food but wish they could get the kinks worked out. It's hard to eat in the store with no beverages. read more

I was very reluctant to try Chipotle because first off, it's a chain & second I assumed the food would be nasty.. well, for a first ever visit I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean & efficient. The staff were helpful & friendly. I got a healthy burrito and I have to say it was delicious but massive. So I had dinner too!! I like how you can choose what you want. Great when one is trying to be healthy. So, if Fast Food is the choice this Chain is a great option. It's located in Wando Crossing where Marshall's, PetsMart & TJMaxx are located. Kind of hard to find but Waze got me there. So if you are on a diet & want some healthy options, give this place a try. read more
