    Margarita delicioso !

It's a little weird when the flashing happy hour sign says Mondays- $3.00 Tacos, but the bartender tells me "thats on Thursdays!" Seems they decided to change the rules but didn't change the sign ! I call " foul play" The food here is ok, but I'd prefer to go to Agave's, but I literally live around the corner from this place. I wonder how long it will take to change the sign (?)

I hope I caught them on an off night because this is usually one of my favorite spots for a quick, satisfying meal. I ordered the taco dinner, but it just didn't hit the mark this time. The beans were really watery and lacked flavor, and the rice was similarly disappointing--overly wet and bland. The chips were far greasier than usual, and the tacos themselves were just ok... Service was a bit hectic as well. Our server was juggling five tables at once and did their best, but 3/5 tables ended up getting up and paying at the front because our server abandoned us unfortunately. What brought me in this time was the festive Christmas decorations--they did not disappoint! Despite the underwhelming food and service tonight, Santis still had a great vibe.

Service was prompt, friendly and very efficient. Definitely a good value. It was solid, Mexican food. My wife, daughter, and I went there for dinner one evening. It was bustling and busy, but we were promptly given a table. A server came to the table with chips and salsa and quickly asked for our drinks. Throughout the evening, the service was attentive and efficient. This food was served promptly. It's good, standard Mexican fair. It was fresh and tasty. The servings were relatively generous, and we all took home leftovers. Good selection of beer, mixed drinks, and margaritas. They do go for more of a mass quantity as my mango margarita was premixed. That's fine, especially on a hot afternoon. We've been there twice and it was very consistent. we will probably be regulars as we've moved into this area.

Santi's always delivers a delicious fulfilling meal! Got my usual fried Chimichanga served with rice and beans! My dining partner had the combo 2 which consisted of a stuffed poblamo pepper, enchilada and chicken taco, also searved rice and beans. We shared a appetizer of shrimp stuffed avocado, equally delicious

Not it. Do not come here. The food was not good. The cheese wasn't melted- and also had a weird texture to it. The meal looked absolutely disgusting. I had no problem with the drink but with the cup itself- it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Overall the staff was nice, but the quality of the restaurant was not good.

Chips and salsa, excellent salsa and thick crunchy chips

I would say, good not great. The chips were thick and crunchy and the salsa was fresh and tasty, some of the better chips I've gotten. The entree portions were very big but a bit lacking in flavor. The service was very prompt and the prices very reasonable, the experience was akin to a home cooked meal more so than a restaurant meal which isn't always a bad thing.

    Mmm mmm good.

Love this place. The food is fresh. Homemade chips and salsa all fresh. Texas Grand Marnier Margaritas unbelievable. AlaCarte Shrimp Tacos on corn tortillas. Edgar the bartender is the best !!

Uber eats review: Okay food- not outstanding by any means but not bad and good size portion. I got the mole chicken and it was a TON of chicken. Unfortunately the rice and beans were quite lacking and the mole spilled out of the container so my bag was pretty soaked. The chips were tasty and I thought the portion of salsa and chips was very generous. Overall, not thrilled by the experience but not terribly disappointed. Honestly just a mixed bag!

Waitress tried to take out order while standing in side the restaurant insisting she didn't know who our server was and that she would find out. We made her come back to table so we could order like normal customers. She came back took all the orders at once and only came to check on us only when dropping something off. Food was alright, charged for an extra dressing and bread was as soggy as your first ex wife. For the inconvenience she offered us a free cookie which she brought out still wrapped not even warmed or on a plate. Funny thing is I was paying with a gift card from a previous messed up order where we picked up and they forgot to add the extra protein on all of our salads then when they remade the order they somehow did it again. The drinks we got were gross but she didn't ask and at this point we were over it. 71 dollars for a mediocre meal and bad service with a waitress who could care less if we lived or died. Funny after already having to give this place another shot from the previous mishap. Oh, the table next us was being served, got their food and drink before us and left before us as well. Not sure what happened there.

She proceeded to take us to our table and pointed in a corner to the "coffee bar". Code for "get your own coffee cuz I'm too busy to get it for you". That shocks me this establishment would have that sort of set up with the number of elderly peeps in the Charleston area. While we were there, a wheelchair bound individual was dining. Do you think she appreciated the "coffee bar"? My husband ordered a farmhouse omelet with a side of bacon. I had the bacon-chorizo eggs benedict. Both were very good. I was disappointed that the spinach and tomatoes that topped the benedict were not sauteed-they were raw. It was still a good dish. The highlight was the cup of fruit I ordered. I don't know if it was just cuz I've been stuck in Ohio without "good fruit", but it was freaking yummy. It was a combo of blueberries, blk raspberries, kiwi, fresh pineapple, strawberries, and an orange slice! All tasty. I had to chuckle to myself while eating. The wall adjacent to where we were eating had some "black board" messages on it. One of the postings was to rent the room area for your next party. As I sat eating my lunch, I noticed that every ceiling tile was sagging horribly from the ceiling and many were stained. Do restaurant owners not realize that ceiling tiles are pretty darn cheap?? These could be changed easily after hours. This place in particular closes at 3 pm. All in all, our lunch was very good, but some details of the operations and ambience detracted from a 5 star review.

OMG! How did I just discover this place?…read more We stopped by Mozzo Deli in Mount Pleasant for lunch on a Friday, expecting it to be busy, and it definitely was. It's located in a shopping center at the end of a strip of restaurants, so it looks pretty unassuming from the outside. There were about four people ahead of us in line, and it took around 10 minutes to place our order. After paying at the cashier, we found a table, and our food arrived about 10 minutes later, which felt reasonable for the lunch rush. The employee who brought our food confirmed our order and later checked back to see how everything was. The food was the highlight of the visit. The coleslaw was delicious, the tortellini salad was good, and my husband really enjoyed his Cuban sandwich. My burger (the rock), though, was one of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly juicy and flavorful, especially considering it was cooked on a griddle instead of a grill. Meals come with the main item, and you can order sides separately if you want them. The menu is extensive, with burgers, sandwiches, salads, build-your-own options, and even breakfast items. The only downside is that if you come during the lunch rush, you may have to wait for a table. Even so, the food made it well worth the visit, and I'd definitely go back for that burger.

If possible, I would recommend calling in ahead of time if it's around a busy time of day. I got the Turkey Bacon Griller sandwich, which was turkey, bacon, swiss, tomatoes, and mayo on rye. It came with a bag of chips, and it was quite tasty. I'd say a full sandwich with chips wasn't as filling as I would hope, so I would recommend adding a salad or soup with a sandwich. I also tried the Chicken Noodle Soup, which was way too salty. I couldn't taste much besides the salt, and had to add some water to the soup to make it palatable for me. Overall, I liked the setting, everything seemed very clean, but the wait for my food was unfortunately quite long and while the sandwich tasted good, the soup was too salty. For food, I tried the fried catfish entree and Green apple-cauliflower soup. Both dishes were good. The fish was very tender and juicy. The butter bean succutash, which I never had before, contained butter beans, black eyed peas, corns, green and red peppers and red onions. It was delicious but since beans are of high FODMAP, I only had a little. The fish was topped with tomato jam made with crushed tomatoes, onions and sugar. It was served chilled. Paired well with the fish and succutash. The soup was creamy, silky, and full of flavor from cauliflower. The pistachio added some crunchiness to it. The taste of "green apple" was not obvious; in fact I was expecting there to be some apple slices, which could add extra texture and sourness to this rich soup. I also asked for a side of sourdough. A bit too salty for me. The service was kinda slow, except that food came out in reasonable amoutn of time **after I placed the order**, that is, I waited quite a while to order my food. The same for doing the check. I guess it was because there were not many staff at lunchtime, and most of them were senior thus could move as fast as young ppl.
