Such a joke of an establishment. The laziest staff and service I have ever seen. The dinning space is always disgusting - never cleaned or restocked. The food quality is barely average. And there has been multiple circumstances where there is a printed out sign on the door that says "online orders only"... how is that allowed? To me that just speaks lazy. This is a review for the Chipotle location in Mount Pleasant. It is a great cheap fast food like in all other Chipotles. This particular branch is specially great because of the outdoor patio which I prefer during COVID times; something about eating al fresco adds to the experience. I love chipotle, it is by far my favorite chain in the "fast casual" dining space. But this location is by far the worst I've ever seen. I live around the corner from it and there are no other locations within a 10 minute drive, so I go all the time. 75% of the time that I order for pick up, at least one part of my order is wrong. The line is always long, but it's not due to a ton of traffic coming thru, it just moves really slowly. There's usually only 4 people working there which has got to be extremely understaffed. It's just disappointing. They are clearly making tons of money, why can't this location run properly? read more

I went for the bogo deal today that they have been advertising. I waited in a line to the door to get up to the front to order and they aren't doing it. I ordered a bowl and they were out of most of the meat and had no fajita veggies at all apparently. The lettuce was brown and they put basically no meat in my bowl. The steak was extremely chewy. I took two bites of the bowl and threw it away. I also got chips, queso, and a fountain drink. The chips were stale and none of the soda machines worked. There was one lemonade fountain that had anything in it but there was mold all over it!!!! There was food all over the ground and extremely disgusting. The people working there were extremely rude!! It took two people took check me out and they were clearly on drugs. I am never going back to a chipotle this location and experience ruined it. Don't go here!!! The store looked closed at 8:30pm. I asked and they said they were open. I wanted a veggie bowl. They had no lettuce and no onions and bell pepper. They rushed to make the food and you could tell because of how the food area looked when I arrived. The bathroom was clean and had the essentials. Was first time going to Chipolte. Went to get the Honey Chicken they are advertising on TV like crazy. Walked in, place was not clean! Tables, floor and entire area just seemed grimy! The first time, the store was closed in the middle of the day and they only accepted mobile orders. I placed an online order an hour and a half in advance, giving staff plenty of time to prepare. When I arrived, my order wasn't in the pick up area so I had to wait in line for the next 15 minutes to ask an employee where it was. I was told the order was not placed under my name and it never came through. I had to show proof of my order on my phone before he looked through the computer screen again, only to realize they never made my order. There was only one guy working the line, so I watched him rush through my order and of course he forgot the $3 guac, veggies, and included about four pieces of chicken in my bowl. A complete rip off. The facility also had all the chairs up on the tables so you couldn't sit down to eat. It was 9pm.. they close at 11pm. Something is up with corporate. Def the worst chipotle experience ever. I'm a BIG fan of chipotle but this loc just was NOT it. The chips were v greasy and soggy (not to mention the already tiny amount was all broken chips). But the biggest issue was that the staff was so rude. This younger girl was rushing my boyfriend and i through the payment and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience that we asked for drinks and that she had to wait for us to pay. She didn't give us a receipt or push our food towards us or anything to indicate we were good to go, so we didn't think the charge went through so we tried again and she very rudely told us it went through the first time. read more

To begin, I'd like to point out that the food quality at this location is absolutely on point. I visit this location often and I have never once had an issue with the food. So, on a positive note, if you're looking to get takeout then this is an amazing location to do so. However, the restaurant itself is in no similar realm. There's rarely ever a clean table. As I write this, I'm sitting outside at a dirty table because the chairs inside are up on most of the tables. The available seating is extremely dirty. The trash cans are overflowing with trash on top of the shelf above. The prep station is covered with dirty dishes. The service is extremely slow, which I could understand if someone was busy cleaning the restaurant but they were not. The drink station is a disaster with zero napkins available. The people preparing for the customers have AirPods in. I write this because I'd like to see improvement; not because I want the restaurant to look bad. The food is SO great here as I've stated before. I just wish the dining experience matched. Chipotle is frickin awesome. Keep it that way. read more

I love chipotle and it is by far my favorite "fast food" chain. This chipotle however is the worse chipotle I've ever experienced and does not change. The order counter is absolutely disgusting with food everywhere, the kitchen is an absolute mess and the dining area is out right unsanitary. I visit this location once every couple of weeks and I have never had a okay experience. For example today the staff was unnecessarily rude, slow and had absolutely no work ethic. The first lady gave me a tortilla that was so crunchy it broke it half and when it came time to put salsa, guac, cheese etc the second lady working let my burrito sit on the counter for over 2 minutes while she did other things. It was cold by the time I got home and I only live 3 minutes away. They were also out of cheese today as well but when I looked at the TOGO area there were 2 buckets. Lay they will randomly say online orders only then when you place your order online and it says it'll be ready in 10 you'll end up sitting in the restaurant for over an hour waiting. What sense does this make? Turn customers away because they are in person, and not ordering online? Is it to hide how they make the food? Is it to avoid the incredibly rude staff?
