We have given this Chipotle two chances recently, and both times they were out of several staple items: lettuce, taco shells, chips, and even guac. It's frustrating to walk in and find so many basics unavailable. They also wouldn't give my daughter double meat, even though I was able to get it. Her meat pan was nearly empty, mine was full, and it was clear they were rationing because of the line. The cleanliness was another issue, the dining area, prep area, and drink station were all noticeably dirty. This location really needs attention. read more

This location gave me the completely wrong order. Not even someone else's order, oh no, it was labeled with my name and exactly what I had ordered but inside the packaging the food was completely wrong. It was the wrong meat, meat which I am unable to eat, and the wrong ingredients, everything; but since it was labeled incorrectly there was no way to know it' was wrong until I was alll the way at home and actually opened the container. Instead of even offering a refund they just automatically give you EXPIRING coupons for your next purchase and then close your case. They give you no recourse. This is literal theft, but we're SOL since legally they don't have to do anything. This is the worst customer care I have ever experienced from a fast casual food establishment. I visited this chipotle Thursday night with some colleagues from university , considering this location is right near my campus. It was an awesome burrito, one of the best, very tremendous. The burrito tasted as it always does but the main reasoning behind my happiness is the size of the burrito I consumed. I go to chipotles quite often, but this was my first time at this location. Staff seemed friendly and efficient, but perhaps too efficient. While my bowl was good, the chips were a bit stale, and the guacamole was brown around the edges. My visit was toward the end of the lunch rush, so this did not makes sense to me. Perhaps they need to be a little less efficient and not prepare the chips and guacamole quite so far ahead. Otherwise good experience. read more

I believe the service was so bad at this location because of the person working in the first position. That person kept talking with other employees and ignored the customers as they hit the front of the line. Borderline rude. She was wasting so much time on doing NOTHING. On a Wednesday night, it took way more than 30 minutes to get through. I have never had that kind of horrid service in any Chipotle. I was not going to say anything but the owner needs to know. I just came back from the Dover Chipotle and it was the complete opposite. The expeditor was really on the ball. Major difference. This is a Saturday night, not mid week and there was a long line that moved in record time. I really feel bad because my experience Wednesday night must have been the same for every customer and that would never have happened if a manager or owner had been there, Your location needs a good expeditor. This is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. The last two times my coworkers and I have gone here the potions look like they're for a kids meal at Chili's. I went today and had to ask for more protein because of the insanely small portions I was given, and the staff could not have been more rude. First of all horrible customer service i don't think i've ever seen an employee throw a guac at a customer because the white rice was completely stale. I had a burrito with brown rice which was good but my friends got white rice and they might as well of been eating bricks. It was a super busy night for the entire staff & one of the main ingredient of our meals (rice) wasn't fully cooked and crunchy and while that's really disheartening as we felt Chipotle was one of the last fast food chains where you didn't have to double check the quality before leaving the establishment during pickup... Funny thing is that I always told everyone that I didn't like Chipotle because I wasn't a huge fan of burritos and last time I ate there and just didn't get what all the hype was about this place. Another thing I didn't like was the seemingly always long lines they had. Well today I was out shopping for a rain jacket before today's scheduled all day rain. After I found a jacket, I decided to get some lunch before work and I was right outside a Chipotle so I figured I just try my luck again and hopefully my experience was better than last time. I entered the store and surprisingly there wasn't much of a line and I could order honestly before I was ready to. I asked for a salad, then instantly changed my mind to the burrito and confused the girl a bit. I got brown rice, refried beans, queso, carnitas, guac, and everything else they offered and I watched the guy try to contain all the ingredients in the burrito shell. I wondered if I could even eat it all as the burrito was FAT! I got some medium salsa on the side and I was out. Back at my hotel, I remember thinking there's no way i was finishing this thing. One bite in I changed my mind as it was really, really good! I ended up finishing the whole burrito and the eating the salsa as well which was way too mild for my liking but it was tasty. So I guess I have to say I changed my mind and maybe I think I need to continue to get everything on the burrito to make it to my liking. I am done with this Chipotle location. I should have learned last time when they gave me spoiled guacamole. Yesterday I went in ready to order for 4 people. There was a piece of paper taped to the counter that said, "Online Orders Only". I asked what this meant and was told that their system just came back up and they were only doing online orders until they got caught up, around 5 - 10 minutes. I sat down to wait and tried the Chipotle app on my phone - every time I logged in it kicked me right back out. I sat there for 20 minutes while they filled orders and called out names - many for DoorDash. I'm pretty sure they were filling new orders that came in on their screen. When I asked what the ETA was for them to take my order, I was told another 20 minutes. It seems they had prioritized the online orders over walk-ins. I understand system outages and the havoc they can cause. But there was a management decision at this location also. They chose to ignore me when there was nothing stopping them from taking my order. There were only a handful of other people waiting - none longer than me. In my old location the Chipotle consistently had lines out the door and around the building, and they moved along quickly. This location gave no indication that they valued my business, so they have lost it. read more

Update: So I did the below review on the Door Dash. App. When I go to submit my review, it requires a photo to submit the review. Where I work, we don't get time to eat and we eat in between customers and activities. In my review I stated it was cold when it was received as well there was only 4 pieces of meat inside. What should I do, open up the food before I eat it in case there is an issue with it? Come on Man! I ordered the extra cost Carnitas Asada for an extra $3.50. Not only did I receive a cold burrito with a stale wrap, but I had 4 pieces of meat! This seems to be a norm for take out orders that I've done and our delivery location from the store is literally 1.5 miles up the road. As of Covid the size of the burrito is a third the size as well and just not a good value any longer and along with the poor quality and lack of ingredients, makes it quite difficult to order delivery. I don't usually have an issue when I go in store but delivery for me moving forward is out. My bowl was made correctly. Everything I requested was on it. The portion was actually really large. I wasn't hungry when I was done. My chips were good and crisp. And not just pure salt.
