Didn't even get food. Ordered at the kiosk but my card wasn't working so I needed to pay at the register for my order to go through. No receipt paper in the kiosk to even print my number (which is normally whatever), then I'm standing at the counter forever. I understand you're busy but to service the drive through and people who paid with cards inside and look me in the eyes over 10 times just to not say a word and ignore me and then another person behind me for 20+ minutes is insane. You'd think they'd never seen a register before. Just left to go to a different location closer to home. Maybe teach somebody to use the register for 1 minutes or have more than two workers on a Friday night next time please. read more

On my way down to North Hampton to visit the Harley-Davidson dealership, I stopped in here for a snack as I had missed lunch. It was about 4:30 pm and there were no other customers inside when I walked in. I ordered the Filet-O-Fish sandwich, no fries or beverage. To my delight, they made the sandwich to order! It was fresh and piping hot when it came out! Meaning the cheese was melted just the way it should be - and combined with the Tartar sauce, made for a tasty snack! read more

this location has a super annoying automated voice rewards program message that plays, which is fine, except that you have to yell louder "no" for the voice to turn off. I've been doing this every time I've come to the Mcdonalds with no problems whatsoever, but for whatever reason today, this woman answered and said "Seriously you do not need to yell at us." again, I was only yelling at the automated voice that comes on before, not the server. This woman was such a rude individual, and I tried to explain that I wasn't yelling at her, but she wouldn't have that answer. Well, what to say? You should pretty much know what you are going to get. It's supposed to be quick and hot and it was. Food is what it is. It's not fancy but gets the job done. I would give 4 stars if the girl at the window didn't have such a bad attitude. Other than that it's acceptable and what I expect from any fast food joint. There is a huge play-land in here if you have kids that need entertaining but I have not been inside so I can't attest to the cleanliness, but I do have a friend who takes her nephew here to play a lot so it must be pretty good. read more

So basically this is McDonald's, how good can it get? Well, my friends and I went into this here McDonald's last Friday night and it was a hoot! The workers there are a riot, especially at 11 o'clock at night. I throughly enjoyed the employees going head to head in a passive aggressive battle of who knows how to work the cash register better. Personally, I do not consume Mcdonald's food because it is essentially placing poison in your veins. However, my friends purchased and enjoyed several "chicken" nuggets with a side of entertainment. McDonalds recently had a facelift that took several months. Unfortunately during that time they forgot to train employees. The guy who took my order at the drive-thru was rude. "What do you want". "What else do you want". "Are you done". Then no joke a 10 minute wait. Clearly people in front of me had special orders and although I thought about just pulling away, I stayed. I got to the window, he spoke the same way to other people ordering-so now I know I am not special. I asked for cheeseburgers without pickles or onions. I wasn't given a receipt so I can't tell you if he put that in the system for the cooks. I do know one came out with a pickle but no onions. The other came out with two pickles and some onions. Gross. And after all that wait, my fries were luke warm at best-as in drive away for 30 seconds and now they are cool. I'm not a frequent visitor, but I ask you McD, when you remodeled and took away the playground, what the heck did you do to the staff? Why can they not communicate-to customers or each other apparently? read more

I took my twins here on early Wednesday morning. It was raining so I thought coffee and yougurt would be good. The service and the drinks were excellent. I brought the twins into the play place and I went ahead to check the stairs and slide tubes to make sure they were safe for their age. They are as long as they don't touch anything. My concern was that all the walls and stairs were full of smears of dirt. The floors had food particles everywhere that looked like they had been there a long time. The tops of the tubes had an inch of incrusted dirt and dust.This was the filthiest place for children I have ever seen. I know Mcdonalds employs a standard in all things but they must be understaffed or something. This place smells and there is a humming noise in the play area from lights or something that was very loud. If this is not cleaned daily does that mean other areas are neglected? I don't know but anyone with any type of training would know this is disgusting and potentially unsafe. I will go back this weekend to take photos. Hope fully this will be resolved. read more

My husband went to pick up a meal for me (mind you this was 2 days after they reopened from a total makeover). It was a cheeseburger, no onions and a small fry. The cheeseburger didn't have the onions which was good but it barely had any ketchup or mustard. Before their make over it always has plenty of each. It was pretty much a dry hamburger with cheese. Don't get me going on the fries which were ice cold. We live less than 2 miles from this location so that can't be used as an excuse. I think we will go to the one in Greenland from now on. I stop at McDonalds occasionally, especially when I travel. (note: I live in Portsmouth) This Lafayette Rd. McDonalds is the worst I've experienced. I don't think I've ever gotten a correct order. My LAST time there my fries were soggy and my burger was dry and tasteless. This was after a 25 minute wait in the drive through line.
