It's been a while, but Chipotle has not lost their touch. I arrived to this location, around 8pm. There was lots of options, for parking. The restaurant mainly had pickup orders, so the line wasn't long. The employees worked effortlessly to complete orders and quickly took my order. The music in the restaurant has always been my favorite. The ambiance was very peaceful. I ordered a chicken and steak bowl (protein protein and more protein). My food was hot and ready. Their guacamole is one of the best, I've ever had. The pricing hasn't changed too much and their fountain machine area was clean. It was refreshing to rekindle my love for Chipotle. I ordered ahead for pickup and arrived 2 minutes before my scheduled time, yet still waited at least 10 minutes (and that's being generous). An employee asked my name, disappeared into the back for a solid 6-8 minutes, and then finally returned with my order. I paid over $21 for a salad with double meat. There was no double meat, and worse--everything was ice cold. Not "room temperature" cold. Not "sat for a minute" cold. This was refrigerator-level, almost frozen cold. I've been ordering the exact same Chipotle order for 15 years, and I have never been served anything like this. I'm genuinely confused about what I'm eating because it doesn't resemble a Chipotle salad in any way I recognize. I have frequented this location many times in the past (pre-Covid). I honestly haven't been here in over two years. I decided to order pickup to take to my parents on my visit. I ordered online right as they were opening. It was easy to order and when I arrived, my food was ready for pickup as promised. I didn't like that no one greeted me when I arrived. No one was at the counter, but I could see three employees clearly at or right near the door that leads to the back. The pickup area is in plain sight of this area and I looked there way and they just looked at me. I went into the bag to make sure everything was there and I could feel them staring at me. So, I gave them a quick thanks and still just stares. I left and went on my way. The food was prepared as I ordered and everything was fresh and the bowl was full. My parents raved about how good it was. If the employees were more personable I would have given this a higher rating. And sorry there's no pic, but it was delicious. read more

We have gone twice now and ordered EXTRA fajita veggies on the app. Each time the worker put NO fajita veggies at all. It's our favorite part of chipotle and every time we order they can't seem to read "extra" and interpret it as "none". Extremely frustrating. Chipotle is usually really good but this location just doesn't do it for me. They never cut their quesadillas. My fiancée asked for lettuce in her quesadilla and they informed her they aren't allowed to do that because they have to put it in a press (she does this at every other chipotle). After seeing the off putting lettuce they had to offer today, she was glad she didn't add it and I was upset I did! It was tough and some pieces were not edible. A Chipotle is a Chipotle so you should know their food is fresh, and they have a variety of options including tacos, salad, burrito, burrito bowl with plenty of meat options chicken, steak, pork, tofu etc. Also, guac is always extra $$ but it is quite tasty. This specific Chipotle had quite slow customer service. They looked to be fully staffed on a Saturday but the line was barely moving. I don't mind waiting but Chipotle is know to be pretty fast and it probably took me about 15 min from arriving to paying for my order. Now don't get me wrong, chipotle is probably my favorite compared to the moes and other fast Mexican grills. Once this location improves their service, then more stars for them. read more

Disclaimer: The only other restaurant this style I have visited is Moe's, and unfortunately, them being within a mile of each other factors a ton into my pick of where to go... Chipotle definitely has amazing rice and meat in their burrito bowls. I feel like the ambience just isn't there - it felt like the building started modern renovations and just never finished. I'm not a fan of the giant community table either - I like to be able to spread out and have room to wave my arms while talking, not worry about the guy next to me spilling his burrito on me. Also, chipotle doesn't have plain tomatoes or queso on their bar. While their menu is super simple and seems to be fresh, I don't want onions and peppers all over my meal in order to have tomatoes. Compared to Moe's, Chipotle was a little more expensive, chips weren't included, and they didn't have a Coke Freestyle machine (Cherry Fanta is hard to come by these days!) Since Chipotle and Moes are so close together where I am, my default continues to be Moe's. Chipotle is not a bad choice if you don't have another fast food tex mex option, though.
