Food was delicious. Got the fajitas (can't remember what kind), but had shrimp, chicken, and steak. Texas margarita was excellent! Caught it right in time for Happy Hour!

I don't know how this place doesn't have more 5 star reviews, it's SO good!! The service is fast, the menu has great unique food selections, and the drinks are made with real ingredients instead of bottled cocktail mix. I wish I lived closer because I'd be here at least once a week.

I would rank this restaurant at the higher end of regular Mexican restaurant's. The food came out fast. They have good selection of items. The staff was friendly. We did have to ask for more water a few times and towards the end of our dinner the restaurant was getting busy and it seemed like our waiter was trying to rush us out a bit...but overall a good experience

They have a great lunch menu and they offer it on the weekends which is awesome! Everything came out hot, fresh, and fast. I sat at the bar and the service was good. The bartender was friendly and despite having a full bar was very attentive. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and their patio was dog friendly which is a plus for me! The environment is fun and lively and family friendly as well.

Heard about a Mexican buffet and had to check it out and as usual with Mexican food, I was NOT disappointed. Everything was SO good. And I honestly was expecting the price to be $20+ considering all you get, but it was only $14.99! How can you beat that? The buffet had everything you can think of, your queso, guacamole, cilantro, all of it for no extra charge. 100% recommended!

It will do. Not awful, but not authentic. Attentive service and they will bring you extra hot salsa if you ask, which is a plus. Convenient location if you're that way. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean restaurant and restrooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For this area, it's a good option.

    Very extensive menu....lots of choices!!

Great food, quick service, loads of tables. This has to be your go-to for lunch in the WA area. I added tons of pictures of the current menu, however.... I came for the buffet!!! and I will absolutely be back again. Soon!!! The food is fresh, tasty, and plentiful. I can not even remember the last buffet I have been to (2020!!) however, this was great. Lots of meat, veggies, and other toppings to creat your favorite. My main takeaway would be to start with a bowl of toppings to make the best nachos around. Then, whatever you have left, fill the crispy taco shell or use one of the cute little fried tortilla bowls. The service was fast and friendly, and they stayed on top of drink refills, clearing plates, and had the bill to is very quickly (without feeling rushed). Can't wait to come again.

We are regular customers for lunch and dinner. It was busy today, but they graciously took us to a table of choice ( wife doesn't like high tops. If you're short, your legs dangle). The waiter was cheerful and very efficient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is clean, well maintained by friendly staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had our drinks right away. Selecting the buffet, it was a "serve yourself" experience. We like this for self selection and repeat refills if so desired. We took advantage of the lunch buffet. It has many selections from Mac and cheese and hot wings to a dozen typical Mexican dishes. The buffet was well stocked and in good order without spills or empty items. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a little boisterous when busy during the buffet, but was expected.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you like good Mexican cuisine, but don't want to spend a fortune, this is the right place. I recommend.

Los Reyes is a great spot for casual Mexican fare. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the attentive staff refilling our drinks and chips without us asking. The shrimp fiesta bowl was a great value with WAY more shrimp than expected!

Went here with my Family for first time server name Angeles S had an awful attitude and I wander why in the world if you dont like to give customer service are you working in a job that requires just that well since we sit down she was trying to make us decide if we were eating buffet or if we were ordering from the menue I reply that we needed more time that it was our first time there and needed to look at the menue the hole time we were therw she has a terrible attitude never refill our drinks but had the nerve to add an unauthorize tip of 38.60 this is wrong I feel that this is the reason they dont care about customer service why worry if they going yo get a great tip without working for it I would be contacting the restaurant and request that unauthorize tip back 100 no Customer service and everytime we wanted to get her attention we were ignor bad place

Ask the Community - Los Reyes Mexican Restaurant

What all is on the buffet? What is the quality of the food on the buffet? What time is the buffet?

The buffet is during lunch and $10. It has a make your own taco salad station (with shell bowls), beans, rice, meats, the fixings to make a burrito or any kind of taco, guac, and cheese dip. No seafood items though.

It definitely has a more upscale feel than most Mexican restaurants I've been to. It's a bit pricey, but honestly, the complimentary salsa bar with perfectly crispy tortilla chips is worth it. I don't know what they put in that green sauce, but I kept going back for more. And yes, another refill of chips, please! I had the chicken fajitas as my main entrée, and that chicken... easily some of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly moist, loaded with flavor, and perfectly cooked. I also got to try the quail from the JJ, and that was definitely the star of the show. So flavorful. I could eat about 10 or more of the quails. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and plenty of reasons to return. Highly recommend!

While the queso and the meat were good (not much of it though), everything else left a lot to be desired. The sauces were not good and kind of ruined the food for me. I'm surprised by how unimpressed we were. It's certainly not awful but wasn't worth $70 for two dinners (no alcohol). I don't recommend it and don't think we'll be back, unfortunately.

To start we ordered the trio: guac, queso, and salsa + chips and the quesadilla. The Trio was good, about what you'd expect for chips and salsa at most places. The quesadilla was quite good as well. I ordered the Lobster roll (forgot complete name) and the Tsunami roll. Both of my rolls were incredible. They were very nice, 10/10 rolls. The fish was fresh, and the flavors were on point. All of my friends also enjoyed the rolls they ordered. I also ordered the fish collar tacos, which is easily the best bang for your buck on the menu. The plate only costs $14 and it comes with 2 fat fish collars, not sure what species, forgot to ask, if I had to guess I would say grouper or cobia. These collars are beautiful fried and loaded with meat. Additionally the plate comes with some lettuce, cilantro, lime, pineapple pico, sauce, and 3 flour tortillas. If you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty to separate the meat from bone, you will get three very very filled fish tacos and have meat to spare. Needless to say, the fish collar tacos were delicious and very well priced. All in all, I had a good time; the service was phenomenal, drinks were constantly being refilled, and there's really nothing to complain about. Great experience!

It's a simple system that makes the whole experience feel effortless. Our group's go-to order is the trio appetizer to share, followed by one or two tacos each. Everything is flavorful and just the right portion size, making it easy to mix and match different tacos each visit. Bartaco is almost always busy, so expect a 10-30 minute wait during peak times.
