I came for the buffet!!! and I will absolutely be back again. Soon!!! The food is fresh, tasty, and plentiful. I can not even remember the last buffet I have been to (2020!!) however, this was great. Lots of meat, veggies, and other toppings to creat your favorite. My main takeaway would be to start with a bowl of toppings to make the best nachos around. Then, whatever you have left, fill the crispy taco shell or use one of the cute little fried tortilla bowls. We are regular customers for lunch and dinner. It was busy today, but they graciously took us to a table of choice ( wife doesn't like high tops. If you're short, your legs dangle). The waiter was cheerful and very efficient. The place is clean, well maintained by friendly staff. We had our drinks right away. Selecting the buffet, it was a "serve yourself" experience. We like this for self selection and repeat refills if so desired. We took advantage of the lunch buffet. It has many selections from Mac and cheese and hot wings to a dozen typical Mexican dishes. The buffet was well stocked and in good order without spills or empty items. It is a little boisterous when busy during the buffet, but was expected. I loved the option to sit outside with the garage doors open and the bar flow between the main dining and outdoor. Service was great - Alex was awesome! He was extremely attentive and friendly. He provided recommendations and was also checking in on our table. My friends ordered a variety of margaritas (frozen and on the rocks - all delicious they said, especially the Pomegranate.) For food, it all came out hot and Alex's recommendations were well received by the table. Everyone spoke very highly of their plates. I had the biggest disappointment with my salad. I asked for a few accommodations but when it came out, it was not what I expected at all (minimal ingredients, barely ANY lettuce). Their food is the best Mexican we've had in this area! I had enchiladas rancheros which were outstanding. The SO had tacos carbon that he raved about. The eye have above average portions, prices are pretty fair because of the size, the music is always loud and fun, drinks are great at the bar, food is always fresh and tasty and they are always super fast with your food. However this time the waitress was less than appealing. Chips, salsa, and drinks were never refilled, I had to ask the food runner for silverware because the waitress took our order and vanished. She never came back to the table until she asked us for a box. Weirdly enough she saw us there because she walked by us a dozen times waiting on the table directly next to us, and we were right by the kitchen door.
