I have been going to this location since I moved to Odessa back in February. On Sunday 7/17, I tasked one of the members of the chipotle team to make a double wrapped burrito with double of almost everything! With my own two eyes I saw her successful wrap it without any errors. Most people have a hard time with it but she did a great job. This staff member was a pro. So shout out to her for the creation! All staff at this Chipotle is always so welcoming and enjoy having a conversation with you instead of some chipotle's I have been to in the past where there rush you in and out of the door. The line has been long sometimes but they make that up with the great staff members they have. The food there is great and I have never had a complaint. This chipotle is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. I used to eat here all the time but in the last 6 months the food and service has been HORRIBLE. They are almost always out of guacamole and their staff is rude and inattentive. I ordered a bowl for dinner and never received my drink which I paid an extra $3 for and didn't get guacamole which I also asked for. I will not be eating here anymore. Frequent chipotle eater here and honestly I almost pulled back out of the parking lot when I saw how busy this store was, but I really wanted chipotle. So I went in, they were surprisingly quick and on top of things. The food was very fresh! Which doesn't seem like it would be an issue, but trust me there are some stores were the meat is fatty and the lettuce doesn't taste as fresh, the guac is not on point... you know what i'm talking about if you are a chipotle fan. Anyways I also ordered a kids cheese quesadilla for my toddler, and I was charged for a large quesadilla, I mean it's really only a few dollars difference but if you think about it the kids meal is $3.95, a single kids quesadilla is $1.50 and the large was $4.25 so it did make a difference. However I didn't even have to go sat anything, the district manager was in the store making sure all the customers were happy and I was like man food is great, but I actually was over charged, he brought out another quesadilla for me and offered my next meal on the house. How awesome! So even though there was a bump, it was handled better than I could have imagined and the food was great! read more

So I just got lunch at this location. I ordered a bowl with steak. The steak wasn't ready and they asked me to wait. No problem. I went to check out and the cashier said it was free because I was inconvenienced and had to wait. I offered to pay again, and he said absolutely not, if the service isn't perfect, you don't pay! Wow. Excellent customer service! ! Kudos Chipotle! You have earned a faithful customer! read more

Food was great along with fantastic service. However, the caveat to this is it was dirty. The floor was full of chip crumbs, straw wrappers, and all kinds of dirt. Multiple employees walked by and not a single one swept or mopped. read more

I went in yesterday on my lunch break to grab a bit to eat. A male employee assisted me and asked what I would like I told me and he did so very quickly. When he asked me about any sauce, I said yes but in a cup. Which I repeated twice but he had already put it in the bowl. I said I asked for the sauce in a cup but that I would take it anyways. The male employee, Pedro, did not listen to my request instead tossed the bowl in the trash and started another very quickly. He told me as he was making me another bowl to say next time "on the side instead of in a cup." Wow!, I thought to myself. I told him politely never mind and asked for his name. Bad customer service! I did not like his tone or his body language. Two of which I'm very familiar with as I'm a nurse. read more

Finally here in Odessa. To my surprise this Chipotle offered a world class experience, from the food to the employees. Amazing customer service at this location, the young girl, I think her name was rebeca, went above and beyond as well as the rest of the crew. Normally whenever I come in "Alex" tends to have a serious attitude. And Continuously approaches my coworker with derogatory comments. However today I came in and had one of the best services ever. Ericka handled my order very professionally and definitely made it quite a wonderful experience. Completely changed my perspective on this specific Chipotle. read more

Just came in from Lubbock, got to say the service there is just on a another level, good energy, the staff has an experienced feel. Odessa's Chipotle, is plagued by what seems to be an area wide standard of uncooperative service that just makes you want to sigh. read more
