I frequent this location to pick-up lunch and I will say that they always have great customer service and for the most part good portion sizes (no half bowls). But the one thing this location just can't get right is the chips. Whoever is in charge of the chips at this location cooks them way too long every time. Usually chipotle has very good, light, and salted chips. This location always has very brown (overcooked) and minimal salt on their chips. It is the only downfall of this location. I mean, it's chipotle. Me and my guest arrived at 11:30 AM. The service was very fast and maybe even a little too fast. They seem to rush you through the topping selections and at times are lucky with toppings as well as throw the items in the rice bowl. I did get the steak rice bowl and overall it was pretty good. I really enjoyed my visit to chipotle at this location. When I went up to order, I was helped by a young man named Britton. I told him right away that I was gluten-free, and immediately he went into action. He replaced his gloves, removed the serving, spoons, and began prepping the area to keep me safe. I eat at Chipotle a lot, probably too much. I go to them all over the country as I travel for work and they are consistent and pretty much everywhere. That being said, most are good, but some are better than others. I've been to this particular location a handful of times and am always happy. Portions are good, they are quick and friendly and it's in a convenient area. What prompted me to leave a review was the owl I took the picture of. Chipotle is set up much like a Subway, except with burritos instead of sandwiches. You pick the ingredients you want and the people behind the counter assemble your burrito, or if you prefer, tacos or a salad, while you watch. The basic burrito contains rice, pinto or black beans, one of 4 kinds of meat (there's also a vegetarian option), one of 4 types of fresh salsa, cheese and sour cream, wrapped in a large flour tortilla. They also offer a fajita burrito which contains peppers and onions instead of beans. Or you can skip the tortilla and get a burrito bowl. You can also get 3 hard or soft tacos made with meat, salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. And finally, you can opt for a salad topped with beans, meat, salsa, cheese and a chipotle-honey vinaigrette. All items are priced according to the type of meat, with prices running from $5.95 for vegetarian or chicken to $6.35 for steak or pork. Anything extra costs money, and quite a bit of it. A small bag of freshly made chips costs $1.15, plus 50 cents for salsa and another $1.80 if you want guacamole. They serve beer and margaritas, but be prepared to pay through the nose for them. Portions are fairly large if you order a burrito; the one I received was about 5 inches long and 3 inches wide. The tacos, however, seem rather small for the price; just 3 normal-sized tacos for $6 is a bit overpriced. I haven't seen the size of the burrito bowl or salads. If you have ever had Chipotle, you know exactly what to expect. This location is no different than any other location I have ever been to. It is fast casual, so you stand in a line and order your food. I like to think of Chipotle as the Mexican version of Subway where you choose your entree and all of its fixings. My favorite thing to get is the rice bowl. I get half chicken, half steak and it is extremely flavorful. If you have a sensitive palate, don't get the steak as it is a little on the spicy side. My husband likes to get a side of chips and eat his rice bowl as a dip, you get a lot more food that way. As for me, I can barely finish the bowl by itself because it is SO filling. Be sure and try the corn salsa, it gives your meal a bit of the sweet and spicy vibe that we all love so much. read more

The only seat that was available to sit at (busy lunch time) was next to a couple who seemed like they were in a "situationship", who did not have the same expectations of each other. It was absolutely awful, hearing them speak at each other for such a long time. I would have moved, but my bowl of sofrita and guac was so, so delicious. The chips are stale, the guacamole has become very bland, and the prices have gone through the roof. I eat more than I should, and I get a double steak burrito, chips and guac, and a drink. I really like the food here but sometimes the dining room is dirty. By that I mean 3 tables were in use the last time we were there and all the empty tables had food on them from earlier diners. Chairs were pulled out and the floor was disgustingly dirty. One of the employees was outside pulling weeds at the time but he should have been inside cleaning the tables. Half way through our meal it started getting really busy and diners were looking for a clean table. This has happened at least 3 times on a Sunday. Maybe the weekend staff just doesn't c are but from now on I am going to check the condition of the dining area before I order food. I refuse to eat at dirty restaurants. I'd never been to this location, but I was meeting a friend who lives close to this location and she wanted to redeem a coupon. I will say that this location was much cleaner than the one on 72nd & Dodge. Counter-help was nice, friendly. I always get a salad w/chicken, black beans, and guacamole. It was adequate.
