The Chipotle on 132nd and Center is the absolute dirtiest location I have been to. The line was messy, tables had crumbs and the dining room floor was dirty. Even the guacamole was brown. The people behind the line were dry although their words were polite. If I had driven here instead of taking the bus hungry I would have gone somewhere else at the site of the line. I ordered a salad bowl with Steak when I got home I noticed that over half of the steak was fat and then about 50% percent was tendons and extremely tuff to chew, looks like they are cutting corners again or at least this location is for sure. I frequent this location to pick-up lunch and I will say that they always have great customer service and for the most part good portion sizes (no half bowls). But the one thing this location just can't get right is the chips. Whoever is in charge of the chips at this location cooks them way too long every time. Usually chipotle has very good, light, and salted chips. This location always has very brown (overcooked) and minimal salt on their chips. It is the only downfall of this location. I mean, it's chipotle. Me and my guest arrived at 11:30 AM. The service was very fast and maybe even a little too fast. They seem to rush you through the topping selections and at times are lucky with toppings as well as throw the items in the rice bowl. I did get the steak rice bowl and overall it was pretty good. I eat at Chipotle a lot, probably too much. I go to them all over the country as I travel for work and they are consistent and pretty much everywhere. That being said, most are good, but some are better than others. I've been to this particular location a handful of times and am always happy. Portions are good, they are quick and friendly and it's in a convenient area. What prompted me to leave a review was the owl I took the picture of. Major problems wrapping burritos. Done with this location. Door dash, online order or in person they can't wrap a dang burrito at this location! Moved across Omaha and am now ordering from this one as opposed to 156th and maple. Every burrito I have ordered from this location has completely fallen apart at the slightest unfolding of the foil. EVEN WHEN I ORDERED THE BURRITOS DOUBLE WRAPPED. It is so frustrating!!! Chipotle is set up much like a Subway, except with burritos instead of sandwiches. You pick the ingredients you want and the people behind the counter assemble your burrito, or if you prefer, tacos or a salad, while you watch. The basic burrito contains rice, pinto or black beans, one of 4 kinds of meat (there's also a vegetarian option), one of 4 types of fresh salsa, cheese and sour cream, wrapped in a large flour tortilla. They also offer a fajita burrito which contains peppers and onions instead of beans. Or you can skip the tortilla and get a burrito bowl. You can also get 3 hard or soft tacos made with meat, salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. And finally, you can opt for a salad topped with beans, meat, salsa, cheese and a chipotle-honey vinaigrette. All items are priced according to the type of meat, with prices running from $5.95 for vegetarian or chicken to $6.35 for steak or pork. Anything extra costs money, and quite a bit of it. A small bag of freshly made chips costs $1.15, plus 50 cents for salsa and another $1.80 if you want guacamole. They serve beer and margaritas, but be prepared to pay through the nose for them. Portions are fairly large if you order a burrito; the one I received was about 5 inches long and 3 inches wide. The tacos, however, seem rather small for the price; just 3 normal-sized tacos for $6 is a bit overpriced. I haven't seen the size of the burrito bowl or salads. The food is pretty good, but I'm not sure it's worth $10 for a burrito (which is mostly rice and beans), bag of chips and a drink. It is fast casual, so you stand in a line and order your food. I like to think of Chipotle as the Mexican version of Subway where you choose your entree and all of its fixings. My favorite thing to get is the rice bowl. I get half chicken, half steak and it is extremely flavorful. If you have a sensitive palate, don't get the steak as it is a little on the spicy side. My husband likes to get a side of chips and eat his rice bowl as a dip, you get a lot more food that way. As for me, I can barely finish the bowl by itself because it is SO filling. Be sure and try the corn salsa, it gives your meal a bit of the sweet and spicy vibe that we all love so much. read more

Yes, it was fresh food. Was still very disappointed. There was no salsa as I know it, and certainly none that was mild. The tortilla chips tasted stale and tasteless. I had a 10 year old child with me, not a picky eater, she enjoyed nothing but the sour cream on her taco. Hated the shell, missed having taco sauce, and was very disappointed she couldn't have tomatoes on her tacos without raw onion in them, which greatly disappointed me also as I can't eat raw onions. The only seat that was available to sit at (busy lunch time) was next to a couple who seemed like they were in a "situationship", who did not have the same expectations of each other. It was absolutely awful, hearing them speak at each other for such a long time. I would have moved, but my bowl of sofrita and guac was so, so delicious. The chips are stale, the guacamole has become very bland, and the prices have gone through the roof. I eat more than I should, and I get a double steak burrito, chips and guac, and a drink.
