Really good burgers and we loved the hand cut fries! The tenderloin sandwich was really good too. Restaurant is clean and can seat a lot of people. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Omaha.

Best fast food burger! Their fries are fried in beef tallow and are so good. They always give you so many!!

A must go every time I'm in town. The food has been the same for the last 30 years. Took my 2 year old granddaughter for the first time and she devoured her burger!

I grew up on Bronco's and it still hits the spot. Can't go wrong with the Big Bronco Burger, it's like a home town big mac. Fries are greasey, but it's to be expected. The fry crumbs are a little treat at the end of your meal. I come back time and time again, and enjoy it every time!

Bronco's has been an Omaha staple for decades, and it's easy to see why! It's the most iconic greasy spoon burger joint, slinging burgers and fries, you could ever imagine. I have eaten there many times via drive through and ordering/eating inside. And I definitely recommend eating inside so it's fresh and hot. The second it gets lukewarm or cold in the car on the way home, it loses all the fresh gooey tastiness. The ambiance inside is very diner-ish with grey, white, and red booths and tables. It's also great for kids, as they have a wall of pinball machines from the likes of Dr. No, The Mandalorian, and Hot Wheels. The drive-through is a 3/5 and the dine-in quality is a 5/5, which I will detail now. You place your order at the front counter and they call your number/name when it's your time to grab your food. The service is pretty good, but they are so busy usually that it can get crazy and they are pretty rushed in the order taking (but we've never had an issue with the order being incorrect) We always get the Double Cheeseburger with no onions, and add Bronco Sauce. I cannot stress this enough - get the Bronco Sauce ON the burger, if you want that, so it all melds together and gets warm on there with the other ingredients. You can get Bronco Sauce on the side for dipping fries, but absolutely get it ON the burger. The Bronco Sauce is pretty similar to Thousand Island dressing. The sauce, and melted American cheese, and pickles all work together so well. The Big Bronco burger is similar to a McDonald's Big Mac - with the special sauce, lettuce, and tomato. But the Bronco's version is a little better, in my opinion, because it feels more "real" like a burger your dad would make at a family gathering LOL We also have ordered the Garlic Toast randomly a few times, because that's one of my husband's favorite items ever. It is like Texas Toast style, but not very garlicky, and actually more buttery flavored. They have a Facebook liker counter on the front counter top, and you can see it change as likes come in (we did it and watched change LOL). That counter was at 13,730 when we were there last, so that tells you how popular they are in the Omaha menagerie of restaurants. So if you're looking for a classic burger in Omaha, stop into Bronco's, but only if you have time to eat inside and experience it in all its greasy glory.

The burger was paper thin and cold.

This is a burger and small fry for 7.10 ! What happened to Bronco's?!? The burger was wafer thin and cold.

Was hopefully optimistic this place was going to be good and well, it just wasn't. Wanted to try the Omaha staple while on a road trip and unfortunately just had a more expensive than it should be grease fest. Burgers were very average and the pork tenderloin sandwich was extremely dry. Fries (both regular and Laredo (waffle)) were 100% soggy and as you can see by the bag with grease soaking through, execution was definitely lacking here. Cute inside atmosphere and staff was nice, but all in all not a great experience unfortunately.

To drink, I ordered the Açaí Cosmopolitan, which was refreshing and well-balanced. For dinner, we shared the crab and sweet corn croquettes, braised short ribs, and scallops. It's always nice to find a restaurant that delivers both great food and a meaningful purpose. First, our entrées arrived only about five minutes after the appetizer, even though we had not finished it yet. Second, both entrées arrived cold. I ordered the chicken lasagna, and it tasted reheated and was still cold. My girlfriend's short ribs were the same. We sent both dishes back and ordered burgers instead. I asked for mine medium, but it arrived well-done. What disappointed us the most was that neither the manager nor the chef came to the table to apologize or address the situation. Unfortunately for them, we have both worked in the restaurant industry for years, and we know the proper protocol. At the very least, a manager should approach the table when a guest sends a dish back. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

It was a pretty busy evening so we waited a bit for our seats but, for a new restaurant, it was hoppin' and I was glad to see people out and about even on a hot day! Once we were seated our waitress handed us the menu and gave us a moment to look it over. We were seated adjacent to the bar in a long booth. The booth was comfortable and spacious, also a short distance to the bathroom! We all decided on drinks and I went with the Sparkly-berry lemon drink. It was refreshing and had a great balance of the lemon and berry. As I scanned over the menu I loved that they offer gluten free options and a great variety of dishes to satisfy almost any palate! I ultimately chose the Chicken Avo club and went with grilled chicken. I was intrigued that it's served on a croissant bun and had a bunch of my favorite foods in it. It's served with bacon, avocado, chicken, Swiss cheese, tomato, napa slaw, honey, mustard, and garlic aioli. it was excellent! Albeit messy, it was well worth it! Served with a side of fries, which is what my heart truly desired, the whole meal looked as if it would been easy to finish each bite. But the portion size was perfect enough that I actually couldn't finish the whole sandwich. The fries were perfectly crisp and quenched my fries thirst. The four of really enjoyed our time here. We got to catch up and enjoy a great meal at a new to us place where all of us ate something we would come back for. Our server was great! She was quick, friendly, professional, and answered any questions we had. I definitely will come back here again if I'm on this side of town!

My wife and I both ordered the Everett's #2 with pulled chicken, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce. Everything just worked together perfectly. The chicken was tender, the slaw added the right crunch, and the bun tied it all together. It was one of those sandwiches where after the first bite you just look at each other and know you made the right choice. We also ordered the Saucy Rossy wings and they were the perfect heat level for both of us. Not so mild that they're boring and not so hot that you're suffering. Pro tip: get them fried and grilled. The extra texture and flavor are absolutely worth it. My wife is a total Brussels sprouts snob and she was absolutely in love with theirs. The funny part is that I'm usually not much of a Brussels sprouts person, but I kept asking for more off her plate. That alone should tell you how good they were. The fries were okay. Nothing that stole the show, but nothing to complain about either. The service wasn't the best during our visit, but they also had a 30-person table they were dealing with, so it was completely understandable. Even with that, the food was so good that it's already a top 3 meal for my wife. We'll definitely be thinking about those sandwiches, wings, and Brussels sprouts until we're back, and I don't think that'll take very long.

Our waitress was great the entire evening - appropriately checking in on us while also cognizant that we were having a meeting. I started off the with zero proof spritzer and that was very good! Reminiscent of an Aperol spritz, but NA. Our table got the seasonal grilled flatbread and the curry fries to share. The flatbread was excellent, best thing I had there all night. The curry fries on its own was very bland! Not sure I could taste salt much less curry. But dipped in truffle aioli and spicy mayo made it very good. There were no vegetarian entrees (not even a token one) on the menu, but they did have a Mac and cheese side. I asked our waitress if I could get that as an entree and she was very sweet and confirmed with her manager and kitchen that this was possible. Well... the Mac and cheese had bacon in it... I was told that they don't put bacon in it usually, so I'm not entirely sure what happened. I had also ordered the house salad with a sun dried tomato vinaigrette and that was fine. Not bad, but nothing stellar either. They were nice enough to comp the mac and cheese (that was taken back after I had two bites) the salad, and the fries, which was very nice of them. They did also offer to make me something else, but again - a pretty limited vegetarian menu, so I declined. I did get the chocolate cake to go and it was very grainy. I love chocolate cake, I'll eat it in almost any form but this tasted stale and had such an odd texture. It reminded me of grocery store cake. Overall a disappointing meal and I won't be back willingly, but two stars for our stellar waitress who was clearly very sorry about the bacon and the flatbread that was very good!

It was kind of cool to see it very empty, because we could admire all the goat accents around the interior and the cool bar, without a million people around it. There was a brunch menu at that early hour, but we decided to stick with the normal menu. Our server was great, and definitely very attentive since we were the only party in the place the entire time we were there. I had just had dental surgery so there were only a few things I could eat. I got the Meatballs appetizer (to cut up and have some meat in my stomach) and the French Onion Soup, which was the soup of the day. The French Onion Soup was super creamy and delicious. I'm used to there being just sort of darker brown with the cream and cheese on top only. This was totally cream colored and hearty. It came with a few pieces of bread points too that were good to dip/soak in the soup. My more substantial part of my meal, the meatballs, were a little less appetizing though. First off they came in a bowl, so they are not easy to cut at all (being giant meatballs, I would think anyone would want to cut them a little). And secondly, the meatballs themselves were kind of flavorless. There was some marina style sauce in the bowl with them, but the meat of the meatballs themselves had no seasoning or flavor. My husband got the caesar salad with chicken, and he was not a huge fan. It was way too heavily dressed that the salad leaves were almost wilty, and the chicken that was in the salad was cut in huge pieces - not easily eaten without sawing at the huge bits. So the food was not the star at this visit (except for the side of French onion soup), but the service and atmosphere were still great. I would return to Stokin' Goat but maybe choose some other items next time, when I can eat more substantial food.
