I love this chipotle, they always have a very nice staff when I go and make the best burritos. They later on just enough of everything that when I take a bite I get everything at once. chipotle is my favorite food and this is the worst location. I work super close so i always try to give them chance after chance and it's always the same problems that i never experience with the ones closer to where i live. Their guac never tastes right, their chips are always always stale or way too over salted. They SKIMP on portion size. Girl always puts literally 8 grains of rice on my tacos i always have to ask for more and they've tried it before with trying to tell me id have to pay double when its not even a single portion to begin with. read more

I was really disappointed with my recent order. I found a hair in my Chipotle bowl, the rice was completely undercooked, and the chicken tasted off. It was honestly not edible. I've never had an experience this bad here, and I expected much better quality control. When I walked into the Orland Park Chipotle, the line was almost at the door. Being said, the crew was very fast, very kind, and their product tastes good. The two table employees were very friendly people, with a lot of character. I spoke with them both briefly, they kept smiles, and definitely pleased myself. The restaurant it self plays music that isn't so loud. The restaurant is kept clean, and they had all utensils, sauces, and napkins restocked. This is a good location, other than its busy small parking lot. To add, the team kept in good communications with one another. "How are we on chicken?" "Do you need more rice?". This location just seems to never get it right. Our family was in a pinch and needed to grab dinner. Typically we drive to Mokena or Homer Glen but took a chance with low expectations to grab quick dinner. The place inside is filthy, garbage is piled up and the didn't have prepared meat for food. Like almost nothing except some little chicken which they skimped on. Our bowl that I got was so little and the kids meals were almost 3/4s filled. Typically the kids are full with their kids meals but they didn't have enough food to serve. Last chance and will continue to skip this location and go to the other near by ones. Let me reorder and I will contact corporate. He starts smiling and said ok. They took two other orders before mine. I had to tell the young girl I would like to place my order. Though I paid $20 dollars via the app I paid again because I was in lunch and it wasn't about the money. They seem to be unbothered when I stated I will contact corporate. Staff seemed incompetent. They were pretty unsure of how tacos work. I think they were all new, which is fine, except when every time I come in the staff has all been replaced and is new again. Came in tonight around 10pm and placed an online order through the express lane. I ordered and paid for a Double chicken, extra rice, and extra beans bowl. I drove home to eat my bowl only to see that not even half the bowl was full. I was actually surprised by how little food was in the bowl. I'm disappointed, in the past I've never had issues like this here but recently it seems like a regular issue. Not to mention the 20 minute wait I had when I was the only car in the queue. This was a nice Chipotle outlet at the corner of 151st and LaGrange ... one of a number of restaurants built in the old Toys R' Us corner lot. The older Chipotle used to be located around 153rd and LaGrange on the west side of LaGrange right next to the Whole Foods Store in a strip mall. This new location is a stand alone lot on the east side of LaGrange and, while parking is pretty tough unless you park in back, it is still a much better site. The food is exactly what you'd expect at a Chipotle outlet. The food here was good and fresh, and the staff was very accommodating. The restaurant itself was clean and airy. Seating inside was varied among low tables, high tables and a short bar like counter, but was also limited. It seems this outlet is set up for mostly drive-in business. But all-in-all, if you like Chipotle food you will like this one. Try it. read more

Tables were filthy. They are cheap on the ingredients and now they charge more for guacamole and cheese. Music is too loud to hear customers speak their orders. Toilet didn't flush and it was dirty in there too. Update- went to the website to discuss the matter and the chat was rude. Need a receipt to get anything done. Wasted two sets of points on soggy chips both times could not contact anybody to complain not getting my business again

My recent visit to Chipotle left me incredibly disappointed. Despite paying for a meal, I received barely any food on my plate. The portion sizes were shockingly small, making me feel like I was being cheated. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to be so stingy with their servings, especially considering the prices they charge. I left feeling hungry and unsatisfied, with no intention of ever returning. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Also I've gone to plenty of diffrent chipotles but this one in particular stands out as THE WORST CHIPOTLE. To sum it up: They are stingy Bad service Don't recommend. Go to a different establishment if u can, there's a few Chipotles maybe 5-10 min from this one. read more

I ordered food from Chipotle on Wednesday and have been experiencing stomach pains ever since. I have since vomited three times and have been unable to keep food down since eating their food. I called the restaurant to complain that the order of chips was damaged; all but six chips were broken into small pieces and they were excessively salted. I explained that a physical condition prevented me from returning the chips that day but that I would do so the following day if allowed to do so at the drive through window. I was told that this would not be an option. I was told that I would need to return the chips that day along with the receipt. Worst Chipotle Ever!!!! Per the employees, They were running low on proteins, so they were giving customers half a spoonful. If you wanted a full spoonful (the portion that you're supposed to get) then they charge you for extra meat. I had to pay an extra $5 for a regular portion of chicken. Like the other reviewers mentioned, they like to go back & forth with the customers, knowing they are wrong. I'm someone who eats chipotle 3 times a week, at least. One of the better Chipotle's we've visited. Everything was fresh and hot. We did an online drive thru order due to COVID and it was perfect. Workers were friendly and safe and happy to help us our. Will definitely come back to this location. Not sure why the other reviewer gave it one star, or how he has omniscience to know they throw away fresh food all the time. You know what's wrong with thr younger generation today? They're entitled. They think they don't need to work hard and deserve everything and anything. I came in today November 26th at around 6:00pm. There was a line of about 3-4 people ahead of me. I had no problem waiting because I had nowhere I was rushing to be. Just grabbing a bite to eat after a day at work. There were two younger boys working the register. Not sure why the register requires two people. One of them must have not been able to read and needed the help of his friend to press two buttons. And one younger gentleman working the line all by himself. The gentleman running the line himself asked the two at the cash register multiple times for help and they just laughed and continue talking amongst each other. Where's the fucking manager? Don't mean to sound like I'm entitled to something. But damn. These kids are gonna learn one day what the real world is like. Nothing like working the register at Chipotle unless that's your career choice. Best of luck smelling like beef barbacoa for the rest of your life. Kudos to the guy working the line by himself. He was working efficiently and making sure to do his very best getting the food out to the customers. Chipotle in Orland. Do better. Watch your cameras. This is literally the worst Chipotle of all time. I stupidly keep giving it another chance, but I'm disappointed literally every time. The first time, it took almost 40 minutes in the drive-thru with literally only one person ahead of me. I let it slide because they had just opened, so I figured it was growing pains. The next time, the steak was pure gristle. My biggest complaint, however, is that there has never been a time when the tortilla chips have been fresh. Gave it a final chance this evening, and the chips are so stale it's like they've been sitting out for two weeks. I don't understand how management/staff doesn't know that they're stale. I will go out of my way to the one on 159th and Harlem to avoid this location (even though it's literally down the street from me.) read more

We had such a horrible experience at Chipotle in Orland Park. It's a shame that we can't go back there, so close to home. We were told that the aggressive person yelling at us was one of the owners. He yelled at me and my sister for asking for more grilled veggies, he actually put ONE piece of bell pepper extra....ONE!!! Really! We don't eat meat so we are saving them money. When we brought that to his attention he went off and pretty much told us off. He started saying aloud that we were basically thieves trying to get extra free food. It was so humiliating and disrespectful that I had to write this review, which I normally don't do. Another man actually walked out because he asked for only vegetables nothing else, they told him he would be charged extra...really, he was only having veggies.....but he was smart and walked out. Juan is one of the managers at chipotle, he is skinny, hispanic and has tattoos and a goatee. I went to this chipotle twice. The first time he was very rude to me and my brother. I gave him some slack because it was busy. Then, a couple days later my boyfriend wanted to buy me food and took me to this exact same location. When he wanted double meat on his bowl, Juan gave him the same amount of meat he gave me, and I didn't ask for double meat. My boyfriend asked him politely to put more meat on his bowl, and he rudely declined and forcefully slid his bowl to the next person. When getting rung up, my boyfriend expressed that he did not get double meat to the cashier even though he was rung up for double meat, and he asked the girl politely if he could either get double meat or not get charged for it. The manager stopped serving the customer he was serving and angrily approached him with his hands up. He said to take his card multiple times and asked if he had a problem with him. He also kept playing power moves (as a minimum wage employee) by calling my boyfriend things like "bud" and "pal". Funny enough, my boyfriend handled it so well, and didn't yell back or get angry, he just took his business card and we left. I don't know if he's going through a hard time or whatever, but as a manager this isn't how you should act regardless, and if cooperate is reading this, I strongly suggest that you have a talk with not only Juan from the Orland Park location, but also all of the other employees that work there as well. They seem like they have sticks shoved up their asses, and it is not a friendly location at all and it makes me uncomfortable that a company like this is okay with this location ruining the image of Chipotle. I ordered a burrito without rice, with beans and cheese; I got a burrito with rice and no beans or cheese. They did not put any cheese on the burrito for my wife's either. I have a high tolerance for heat. We ordered chips and tomotillo-red chili salsa, and it was so hot after three chips, I threw it in the garbage; too hot to be eatable. I have enjoyed this salsa at other Chipotle and enjoyed it very much. read more
