This location especially is disgusting. Let's start with rude as hell workers preparing your food. Cross contaminating foods, out of lettuce, always out of salad dressing and work spaces are covered of food etc that your bowl/plate/wrap is pushed through. Does Chipotle HR look for azzholes only to work for them. Unbelievable. Have seen the same at other locations as well. This company does not uphold good services. They were temping the food because they weren't changing it and the steak looked rare. I get the same order every time at different locations and they wouldn't let me get it. Then I asked for a bowl of white rice and they gave me a tiny sauce cup of rice and charged me for it! I highly don't recommend this location. read more

Our go-to order for our picky toddler is a guacamole quesadilla. When we order it in the app, we have no issue getting our quesadilla with guacamole on the side for the usual $5 kids meal price. However, when we go in person we are often refused despite showing them the app. This location in particular is especially rude. Not only did they refuse to give us guacamole as apart of the veggie quesadilla, they gave us rotten guacamole. So we paid 3 extra dollars for a rotten side of guacamole that should've come with our meal. When I went up to confront them, they told me they would refund the guacamole but they wouldn't give me new guacamole bc ultimately, if I wanted guac, I had to pay for it. The girl was rude, defensive and combative. We double checked the chipotle app, nutrition calculator and ingredient list and the kids guacamole quesadilla is supposed to come with a cheese quesadilla with guacamole similarly to if you got a protein. Much like when you get a veggie bowl and you get free guac in place of the protein. The lack of customer service is astounding. We ultimately ended up paying for something we didn't receive. No interaction with the employee whatsoever. I smiled and asked him how he was, he said "what do you want?" I told him and then he said nothing else to me other than pointed at the sides to ask if I was wanted any. I placed an order online, thinking it was the other Chipotle location basically across the street. As soon as I sent the order, I realized my mistake and called the restaurant immediately to explain. The guy asked for my name and put me on hold for a couple of minutes, then told me he had canceled my order and it was all good (that didn't mean I'd get reimbursed). I've never been to a chipotle. I've heard that they were the best as far as sourcing quality Pick and choose your level of tacos, burritos, salads or bowls. However I heard stories boasting on high quality ingredients. This location seemed to have very slim choices compared to all the taco joints I've been to. I wanted nice filling soft corn tortillas with something healthy. I didn't want rice, beans, cheese or meat and the leggy selection was slim. I'm hoping it's because this was in the mall food court. I love to promote the higher level of produce standards so I will try a chipotle again and hope to find a bigger selection. read more

I love chipotle food though I am a bit disappointed with this location. This is the food court in the Oak park mall. The service is good and quick. But somehow the taste differs. The ingredients doesn't seem fresh. Especially the sour cream and guacamole. And also the staff aren't very friendly when we ask for any questions.
