I had the worst wings in my life at Charley's. I ordered the 10 piece bone in wings and they overcooked them to the point where I couldn't bite into it because it was so hard. I'd forgotten I'd eaten here before until I checked in on Yelp and saw my review from 5 years ago- haha! That's how memorable it was/is. I will definitely try to remember this time and never come again. My cheesesteak's ingredients were just pitiful- so stingy! It took about 15 minutes to get my food too. The fries were ok, but definitely needed more salt. The Diet Coke was fresh and well carbonated, thankfully. But the meal cost $18!! Definitely not worth that. read more

Definitely not best cheesesteak in the world. My steak was cold, how do you even consider this a Philly. Their lemonade was absolutely scrumptious I just could not get enough of it. As I sit here and write this review I just crave more lemonade I think I just want to be drenched in it. My order came out really fast !! Ordered a small cheesesteak and a medium buffalo chicken and gourmet fries. $26 and change, prices are what they are. That's with no drinks. The cheesesteak was ordered with everything but mushrooms. It came with a slim layer of mayo and a couple onions. The buffalo was worse, overcooked and dry. It had pickles lettuce and light mayo. I asked for banana peppers lettuce tomatoes and when I asked about the peppers I was told they were on it. I pointed out that the green items were pickles that I did not request. I asked if I could get more and was told they were already on there. The sandwich was overcooked and dry, normally very moist. I've eaten at Charley's in Japan and all across the US, this is by far my worst experience. If this was my first experience I would never eat there again and inform friends the same. read more

You could literally feel a very spiteful and snobby attitude from every staff member in that place. It's not often that I patron the mall, but when I do...I eat here. Specifically, the California chicken sub...with a lot of cheese and ranch...OKAY, a LOT of extra cheese and ranch. It's a guilty pleasure. I know the food is frozen and it's a little expensive for what you get. But it's one of the better sandwiches you're going to get in the area. Sadly, Chartroose Caboose is low quality/super salty meat, Jason's deli is equally expensive and considerably further away, and Jimmy John's is straight up awful. If Goodcents could figure out the toasting process correctly; they'd be decent competition. The real downfalls are that this place is in the mall (which, you know, requires going into the mall *bleh*) and is a little expensive...but it's a better alternative than most of the local competition. Also, being able to get pepperoni, bacon, and cheese on your fries is akin to fat person heaven *swoon*. read more
