Don't laugh at a 4 Star review for KFC. Silly, right? I am not chicken to give them four stars. Lol. I was really hungry and did not want the same ole, same ole. I saw this KFC and thought "What the hey?" I could do worse (and often have) so there was nothing to lose. I put my car in drive-through gear and ordered up. Because I am who I am... I wanted substitutions. The customer service associate did not hesitate to give me substitutes and he even offered me other items at no charge. Usually it's such a hassle. I ordered a chicken tender box meal but I did not want a cookie so he offered me two biscuits instead. Way to go, KFC! He was very pleasant and friendly. He smiled- which you rarely get anymore! My visit was fast, friendly and yummy.... just the way it should be Now was this a knocked-it-out-of-the-park lunch? Best I've ever had? Trip over myself to go back? No, not hardly. The food was fresh, hot, tasty but the chicken strips were a bit anemic looking. They were very small, indeed. The macaroni was a bit bland, too. But it was still good food that satisfied my hunger and kept me happy. This is a small thing that is really a BIG thing but they remembered to put all the plasticware in the bag. The knife, fork and spoon were all in the bag. Cannot count the meals and frustration when you get to your destination and discover no utensils. If for nothing else, that alone deserves 3 stars. Where to start with this disappointing drive thru experience. The lady working the drive thru speaker was obviously in over her head as she couldn't keep up and every vehicle that pulled up she told them to wait. Not seconds but several minutes. When it became my turn to order, sane thing hold. Then two door dash or grub hub drivers jumped the line in front of me straight to the window so then I had to wait for their orders to be addressed when they didn't wait in line like the rest of us. These drivers shouldn't be allowed to use the drive thru. My food sits because they jumped the line??? Lastly I ordered the NEW classic chicken sandwich. I get home and it's a couple tenders on a bun. They charged me $3.99 for what I thought was a new sandwich. That's fraud KFC. If you ran out of the chicken for the sandwich then you need to tell people not fraudulently pass off tenders on a bun. Never again-Popeyes and Church's better anyway. read more

KFC food tastes good, but that's the only reason I give this place 1 star. The dining room was filthy (no tables bussed or cleaned, floor had trash and food on it). One employee came out to the dining room, not to clean up, but to drag a chair to the kitchen to sit on. There were no other customers in the dining room or drive thru, so it's not like they were too busy to clean up, they were just too lazy. I can only review the buffet as that's what we came for. Its a small buffet but was stocked at 140pm on a Saturday. Its available 11am to 8pm. Two kinds of chicken, original and extra crispy. They stated no grilled chicken but I'm not sure that means for the buffet or they just were out of it that Saturday. I didn't try the dessert but it looked good. The chicken was fresh as it was refilled while we were there. The first batch of coke slaw was just okay. After it was refilled, it was much better. The potatoes were a bit old as if too long under the light but still decent after covered with KFC gravy. Biscuits were okay and fresh. I'm from Tennessee so I'm kind of picky about biscuits. Overall not bad at 8.49 for adults and 5.99 for kids. Not many KFC buffets around so its worth a return trip. read more

So as I was coming in to have my last fried chicken before 3 weeks in Europe, I noticed this place had a BUFFET. I thought those were confined to the stops on I-70, where people can't really take advantage of it. But there's one here!!! Near a Bo-Lings where you can bring in your bubble tea!! I would give 0 stars if possible. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. The young lady that helped not only took my order WRONG, she rolled her eyes at me when I told her it was incorrect. She was extremely rude and inattentive. It isn't that hard to get the order right. Someone as rude as that shouldn't be working at the front register! It took more than 3 employees to get my order correct, they tried to refund me, even used a calculator and STILL gave me wrong amount a change. They didn't even want to give me my receipt . FINALLY a manager came and gave me the correct change. It shouldn't take 4 employees to get a simple order correct! I have never been to a place with such horrible costumer service. Look, there's a reason that KFC is the most successful fried chicken chain in the world. It's not the best food, but it is almost always, without fail, solidly good. The chicken itself is typically a bit dry, but absorbs the spices well. The secret recipe may have gotten out, but like 99%+ of other people, I have neither the time or inclination to duplicate the deliciousness. The mac & cheese is a guilty pleasure. The mashed taters and gravy are horribly prefabbed powder + water...but they're still edible and make a great topping for the biscuits that tend to be a smide dried out. Came to pick up order arrived at 8:07pm site states order was ready to pick up at 8:04pm talked to person 1 told me that they didn't have it ready then stopped talking i waited a few min said hello another person answered told me that they are getting my order and to pull up after ten min I was told it will be another 5 mins at 8:25pm my order was brought out to me. We have ordered chicken fingers twice through the drive-thru and both times they were horrid. It was like management took normal chicken fingers and pounded them to 1/4-inch thick and then cut them into strips so that a serving three strip is triple the margin. A standard KFC with a twist. The girl at the drive through has her drive through headset in one ear and her smartphone in her other. So...she is probably not listening to your order. She didn't listen to mine and even at the window she could not hear me over her iphone earpiece. My advice, if you have to go there DONT use the drive through. I've been to this location about three times in the last year. Each time I go there's something new that's seems to simply disappoint me but tonight's visit brought me to a completely different level.. In the past they have ran out of food (only had 1 pot pie) we're a family of four, so we need a little more food than that. They didn't even realize they were out until I ordered, then they started to cook more. Then you either have to wait half an hour or choose something else. If we wanted to wait we would have gone to a sit down restaurant. A few of the times the wait to get your food is unusually long for "fast food". Tonight unfortunately was one of those nights. Waiting over 20 minutes for one of there televised deals buckets seems like a long time. Finally got the food, brought it home and started to scoop out the family sized cole slaw to find a long blond hair(8 inches in length) we are all brunettes so it wasn't ours. It's knd of hard to eat a meal when you get grossed out like that. The thought of "if that's in the coleslaw then what could be in the rest of my food", kept crossing my mind.
