I was expecting heaven and I got middle earth . I had been craving Canes for a month, and finally decided to drive 1 1/2 hours to get some. This sauce is NOT the Canes sauce I know. Every other Canes I've been to had tasted the same. This one, not so much... VERY disappointed and let down. Hella pepper, tastes like straight ranch, and has a weird after taste. Giving them the benefit of the doubt maybe I got what was left of the batch or something happened to the batch. Absolutely terrible experience at this location. When asking for a drink carrier, which they were out of, the staff at the window laughed at us when we asked how we were supposed to transport 5 drinks. This, on top of asking then to fulfill a refunded order from a previous visit, where they forgot to include an entire box combo with my order. Then, this is one of the box combo chicken fingers we received. This place had been great in the past. But this experience has me never wanting to go back to a Cane's establishment again. I don't eat much fast food these days but I'll always love Raising Cane's. I was intrigued by the Post Up 6/21 sign and asked about it. The response I got from the employee was "I can't say much about it but it's going to be cool." Very good marketing! Definitely makes you want to check it out. The person who took our order at this location was very nice and helpful and the inside seemed clean with a nice setup. Their food also seems consistent across locations, with this one being no exception. read more

I'm not really a fried chicken person, but two friends had raved about how great this place is. My daughter and I went here last night and we were really impressed. Especially with the chicken- it was so flavorful and moist, perfectly seasoned and crispy. I also really liked the Texas toast- it was fluffy and nicely lightly buttered. Their signature sauce didn't really do anything for me, it's too heavy on the mayo in my opinion, and while the fries were nicely salted next time I go I will ask for them to be cooked a bit more. I didn't get the coleslaw because my friends who recommended this place said that it's better to get double fries instead of fries and coleslaw. I'm not a huge coleslaw fan, but I may try it next time. I really appreciated how nice and helpful the staff was. There were two young women working there and they were both so sweet. Also- big points for freshly brewed iced tea, none of that awful instant tea stuff that you find at some places. read more

My opening day dine-in lunch experience was very good. The box combo tasted great, and was reasonably priced at $7.29, with four tasty, juicy tenders, cole slaw, delicious fries, Texas toast, and a drink. The service was fast, and the dining room was clean and new. This location has a patio, and a drive-thru. I wish they offered a variety of sauces (including BBQ), but otherwise very nice! read more

i've been craving canes for months, and when we finally came to a state that had a location i had to visit. honestly the food was out of this world which may be weird to say for a fast food place , but the quality was better then the location in california. it came out freshly hot which made it taste 100 times better. the front desk employee was so sweet and overall was a nice experience. my craving was met lol restaurant was well kept. only small thing was there was a small hair that we found in the fries. it doesn't bother me too much but looking at the reviews it does seem to be a common issue hence the four stars. other than that this location is well kept read more

If you want decent sized, juicy, flavorful chicken strips...then go somewhere else. I rarely eat fast food, but was out running errands later than expected and tummy was growling. This is my sons favorite chicken restaurant. Many of the chicken restaurants that are fast food and have popped up lately, have pretty similar tasting chicken. One of the things that is good about Canes is that it is consistently very tender and moist. We like to order the four piece box with subbing out our coleslaw for extra piece of Texas toast. We also order extra sauce. Seems all these chicken restaurants distinguish themselves by their sauce. Canes' sauce is very salty and peppery. After eating here several times, I give it a solid four stars. My only complaint is that one time, all four of my strips were very small, if that continues, I will not be a happy camper! read more

I've eaten at Canes in other places and always have a great experience. This is the first time I've come to this new location in OP and I was slightly let down by my experience. However, the fries were absolutely covered in salt which I wish I had returned. I like my salt, but this was like they'd been tossed in it. Then, as I sat inside, every employee yells out as customers are walking up. Enjoying a meal as you continue to hear "2 walking in!! 2 walking in!!" wasn't a very great experience. Food was fine. However, when drinking my lemonade, I opened up the lid to eat the ice and almost lost my lunch. There was a giant hair in my cup. First of all, I can't even stand swimming in public pools and feeling someone else's hair touch me. I can't explain the disgust of finding one in my drink... the drink I had already finished. Usually all canes locations are good but went around noon on a Monday and my food was ice cold and had multiple hairs inside the box.

Easily some of the best Chicken I've tasted in a long time, food is ready quite quickly, it's damn good for sure, Cane's Sauce is top notch with both the chicken and Fries. Service makes you feel welcome for sure, immediately was greeted and cashier was extremely nice, I've never wanted to tip more than ever ngl. Restaurant itself has very good quality, it feels clean, nothing like torn or out of stock I've seen. Overall, 10/10 read more
