This chipotle is the worst chipotle I've been to. The tables are always dirty, trash overflowing, employees say that they're out of chips when there are chips being given to mobile orders, no forks to eat with, it's all around gross and disappointing. I try to eat here and assume the best but my patience has run out. To have a location in such a busy college town, the management and the logistics need to be improved. read more

Picked up an order around 9:45 PM. They were out of fresh salsa, lettuce, and fajita veggies. did not know that they were out of these items until after I had already ordered and they were building my order. The steak was chewy. Likely the last time I go here. read more

Food is always great. The staff is usually friendly apart from the hairy fat ginger. That dude is so rude and is always a smart ass to me. Haven't seen him in a while so I hope he got fired. The other big problem is the slow wait time. Unless there is no line be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait. Line backed up to the door? You'll be in the store for at least 30 minutes. Most Chipotle restaurants are way faster than this. Even a busier Chitpole is faster than this. I have never had a problem with the actual food. Always fresh tasting and they do load up not the bowls. They just really need to fix their wait times. read more

Service at this restaurant is incredible for the high volume of customers they have. I have never seen a busier Chipotle in my life and they somehow managed to get a line that can go past their door gone in under 30 minutes. I understand that it takes a long time for some people to get their bowls but what I don't think people understand is this is one of the busiest Chipotles in the country, making $13,000 in a day. Imagine working in conditions like that. That cashier sees 500 people a day. It hurts my feelings to see some of the negative comments cause there's such a lack of knowledge and understanding. read more

This is a good Chipotle location. The service is quick, ingredients fresh and yummy and the food somehow tastes even better leftover. It'd be nice if they had an alcohol permit for the patio too and not just the inside because of the great location. read more

Consistent horrible experiences. After several subpar experiences left me rethinking my affinity for Chipotle, I complained to the corporate office a few months ago. They were kind enough to send me a free burrito card in response. I took it to the restaurant last week to give them another try. When I began to order, I was told that they were out of rice and chicken. Out of rice and chicken? At a Chipotle? Apparently it was going to be 10-15 minutes before more was available. I'm done with the Oxford Chipotle. From small portions to bad service, it is just not worth it. There's a Moe's in Mason, Ohio. About a 45 minute drive, but well worth it. read more

Worst Chipotle I've ever eaten at.. They're always out of some ingredient. Last time I went they were out of pork, lettuce, and mild salsa. The steak that I was forced to have, on account of there being no pork, was very chewy and dry. Last time I'll ever spend a dollar there. read more

While you'll still get standard fare Chipotle food here, don't expect the best quality. They did a fine job of giving me about half the usual amount of rice, beans, and meat. Also, my request of " just sour cream and extra cheese" resulted in "lite cheese, sour cream, and lettuce". And just to really drive the point home, half the chips in my bag were dreadfully stale. Do yourself a favor, head to Richmond (much better dining room layout) or Fairfield (also better layout). read more

This place is a disgrace to other chipotles. Management needs to step their game up. It's almost like they don't care about cleanliness/urgency because they are serving students. The stainless steel tables where the burritos are made are never wiped off. When the employees slide the burrito down to the cashier, it picks up all the left behind food. Gross. This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The line was not very long, yet it took about half an hour to get through. I have been in lines twice that long with half the wait. Once I finally got close enough to order, I realized WHY the line was taking so long. After every customer, the lady make the burritos would turn around and talk to her coworkers! And in between each order, they made burritos of online orders or something, whatever was printed out on the receipts they were reading. After my bowl was made, I was told to wait before I could pay because the cashier was trying to handle a situation with a lady who wanted catering. It wasn't the cashier's fault that I happened to be the next person in line, but they should have had someone else take care of this lady. When I got around to eating my food, the chicken was extremely salty and crunchy. And there was WAY too much cheese. I will never return to this Chipotle again. read more

I am visiting Oxford. I ran into this Chipotle to grab a quick dinner. I have moved 10 feet in 30 minutes. Lot's of employees moving very slow. Usually long lines move, not here. You get one star oxford Chipotle for moving like molasses. read more

Always a line. The restaurant takes priority to the call-in orders rather than worry about the people who are in the restaurant. Doesn't matter what time you come in, expect to wait at least 20 minutes to get your food. read more

Just thought I'd give my local Chipotle a shoutout. The other day I was in for lunch with my girlfriend and when it came time to pay I realized I had forgotten my card at home. The cashier graciously allowed us to take our meals for free! Awesome! read more

I miss Moe's"s. Moe's has a better selection of add in ingredients, salsas and hot sauces. Plus Moe's portions are larger. So Chipotle isn't bad but it could improve. read more

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been in. 40-50 min wait in line is the norm. 2-3 HOUR time for online order pickup. Dirty tables, floor is filthy. No urgency from any of the employees. Manager doesn't have a clue what is going on. Cashier keeps leaving to go make online orders leaving people waiting to pay. This place needs lots of improvement in all areas. read more

I have worked in Oxford for several years. Today I wanted something different for lunch. My big mistake was deciding on Chipotle. I have eaten at Chipotle before today but not this location. Previous Chipotle experience I would say average to nothing too impressive. After waiting in line for about 15 mins, I finally made my way to the order taker and ordered a burrito bowl. I felt sorry for the gal taking orders, while taking my order, another female employee was fussing at her about getting some other task (checklist or something like it) completed immediately. I would think helping customers would be the main objective and fussing at fellow employee in front of customers is just wrong. Once I moved to the next station, I asked for chicken and peppers/onions. the employee scooped up about a half serving spoon size of chicken and a tiny portion of peppers/onions. I asked him to be a bit fairer about the portions, so he put one more piece of diced chicken on and a little more peppers/onions. I then asked for cheese and sour cream. He grabbed about a table spoon of cheese and a heaping serving spoon of sour cream. I was rather surprised, usually most places skimp on the sour cream. My lunch was basically white. All that was visible was rice and sour cream. I somewhat enjoyed about a third of the bowl since the other two thirds was just rice and sour cream. I had a conversation with someone shortly after eating my lunch and was informed that it depends on who is serving and how busy they are. If this location does not have any consistency, good leadership or any idea of acceptable customer service, I won't be back. Considering Chipotle is struggling to regain their business foot hold since the incident last year, I would think they would be making sure to hold on to every customer that comes through the door. Apparently the Oxford location doesn't see it that way. I will not be back and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more
