Went here yesterday having high hopes as I love the chain. Unfortunately, this was the worst one I have been to. Staffed with teenagers goofing around and extremely slow. The girl that was taking the orders was horrible and couldn't get an order correct to save her life. The next girl was serving up 1/2 spoons of food. I had to ask several times for more. Excuse me I am not paying $11 for half a bowl. I watched her put a a smear of guacamole on the a customer's burrito and charge $2. The burrito roller girl was horrible. She couldn't roll the burrito. I ended up with a burrito with 2 tortilla shells. And to top off this horrible experience there was not one manager or owner in the building. Please get it together!! read more

I used to eat Chipotle for lunch/ dinner on a regular basis about 5 years ago. (The Bay Area location) I've been to this one twice and am not thrilled. I went in and asked for a barbacoa bowl (and not even two minutes later was asked what kind of meat I wanted). They were out of peppers and onions, but there were some on the grill, so I said I'd wait. They hemmed and hawed and then said they bring some out to me. I said I didn't mind waiting and no one was in line, so it shouldn't have been a big deal. The guy started scraping dried out scraps from the container so I said, "Ok, ok. I'd rather you bring them out fresh than give me those scrapings." Then he put on the tiniest dollop of barbacoa I've ever seen. It was about two bites worth. I said, "Ummm.... How much does it cost to get a little bit more meat?" He said, "Fifty cents, I think." Then another guy said, "Nah, it's two dollars." They asked the cashier who said, "I don't know." Turns out it cost an extra $3.15 to get a decent amount of barbacoa. And then, you guessed it, they never brought me any peppers and onions. This restaurant is right next to Pei Wei, Panara, el Polo Loco, a new Mediterranean place, a couple of pizza places... all within walking distance. They'd better up their game if they want repeat business. read more

This was my first visit at a Chipotle as I really wanted to see what all the hype was about. I walked up to the counter and ordered a bowl with chicken. Since I've cut back on carbs, my bowl ended up pretty thin as they are quite stingy with the toppings. My bowl with a drink costs me about $12. It was good for what it was, but I can't say it was worth $12. The establishment was clean and non intimidating. The staff members were nice and the restroom was decent and clean. We went at lunch time during the week. They were a bit slow - nothing worth complaining about but there is definitely room for improvement. We didn't have any issues with the serving sizes. The taste of the food is consistent with other locations. Cons: The dining room is small, cramped, and the chairs are painful. The layout of this restaurant is weird - the restrooms feel like they're in the dining room which is a disgusting thought. read more

Two words: horrible service. There was only 2 people serving customers and the line was so long. One of the workers decided it would be more important to take inventory than help serve and speed up the line. They ran out of white rice and were practically yelling at each other to get it. One of the workers walked out, not sure if because it was the end of his shift or he just couldn't take it anymore. Either way, horrible customer service. I asked for extra lettuce once and the guy looked like he wanted to punch me in the face. Their portions are so small. I've eaten at this particular chipotle twice, each time I've left disappointed due to one thing or another. The vegetables seem always overdone and the restaurant itself doesn't have your normal "chipotle vibe/ambience". It's worth the drive to go to any other location and be satisfied. read more

The girl on the line didn't heat up my tortilla, when I asked for a little less rice she maybe gave me 1/4 cup (the lady behind me also had to ask for more rice) the barbacoa was dry and old and upset my stomach. The meat portions were possibly the smallest I have ever seen. My burrito was half the size it normally is, when I told her Pico on the bowl but not burrito she put it on both then when I said no Pico on that she scraped it off. Every time I eat there, the portion servings are so stinchy. The bowl is almost $7 and really one little scoop of rice and beans for that large bowl. Seriously no exaggeration. I shouldn't have to ask for another scoop. The bowl bottom should be covered with rice. It is ridiculous. Then overall the servers and checkout staff are rude and unfriendly. Please let me start by saying I love Chipotle and the employees were very nice. Having said that I'm slightly disappointed with the experience I had with this location being so new. The line was not long for the time of day but the process was exceptionally slow. No problem. I took by food to go only to have the bottom fall out of the bag when I walked in my house after the two mile drive home. Still no problem as I'm excited about my lunch. I sat down to eat and this didn't taste like average Chipotle. I'm sad to admit it may be a bit before I try this location again until they step their game up after eating what tasted like an onion salad that I picked up off the floor. read more

I came to eat at this Chipotle during lunch time on July 1 at .. I was really disappointed at the way the employees were conducting themselves. This employee were eating pizza on lunch hour , I am assuming they were in their brake .. I assumed they didn't finish putting all temporary close red signs .. which basically tells customers not to sit on those chairs .. I was eating my food on a table that didn't not have a sign on .. but the customer behind was siting on a table that suppose to have had signs but the employee didn't put the signs .. The employees were having a loud conversation about the customers sitting on the wrong sitting area .. Making the customers feel very uncomfortable.. They older employee was coaching the younger employee.. about the seating arrangement and for a minute, I thought they were going to tell the customer and his kid to move .. Chipotle managers or supervisor, it will be a good idea for y'all to have y'all seating arrangements done and the signs were they supposed to be instead of waiting for lunch hour and make the customers feel uncomfortable.. On Thursday, May 10, 2018 I ordered my usual bowl. White rice, black beans, Extra Barbacoa, cheese, and pico. I got home and on my first bite the meal tasted sour but stupid me had three more bites. Fast forward to 3:30 AM. I was waking out of my sleep with a terrible upset stomach ran to the restroom in the air I stayed for two hours. Major diarrhea and vomiting all the way until sunrise. I was weak, disoriented, and extremely sick. In that period of time I had taken three showers. Throughout the day on Friday I continue to have vomiting and diarrhea. On Saturday I regain some of my's strength I was city I was 65% better but still weak. I will never eat at any chipotle ever!!! FYI the founder of chipotle was removed from his position just this past Wednesday because of constant complaints of customers getting sick from eating at chipotle. That is a significant clue that chipotle does not care about their customers. They should've made changes along time ago!! read more

I was so happy that a Chipotle opened up to a location that was closer to my house. I usually go to the one in Bay Area and after the incident that happened today, I'm never going back. My friend and I had to ask for extra rice, meat, beans, sour cream and CHEESE??? ( I dont understand why I would even have to ask for more cheese, like come on...) because the portions were insanely small. I kid you not, they gave us less than half a cup of rice and meat and charged me for extra because it was "double meat".... Unless they think my stomach is the size of their fist, I don't know how I would even be CLOSE to full with what they gave me in that bowl. Ive never asked for extra meat at other Chipotle locations because they've always given me enough. There was a women behind us that straight up said they were going to lose customers because of how little they were putting in our bowl. I agreed with her 100%. The only reason I gave two stars instead of zero is because it is their first day open. I waited in line 30 minutes to get to the front and then they were out of meat for another 15 minutes. Some of that is to be expected since this is day one. What I don't understand is why was there never the presence of the owner or manager for the grand opening . There was no direction behind the line in the kitchen at all. There was a girl on her cell phone and others just talking to each other instead of making sure food was on the grill. The steak was finally cooked and it sat there for 7 minutes before I said something. Not once was there an apology or a thank you from anyone. I never saw anyone that appeared to be a manager and never heard anyone taking charge. Finally we paid and were walking out after being there about 55 minutes and someone came out saying she was the manager and was sorry. Too little too late at that point. Hopefully they will get it together and make sure the owner/manager is more active in creating a good experience. read more

I've traveled the entire nation and at any given location I am always overly eager to visit the local Chipotle. The consistency in food quality, service is beyond most brands nowadays. I was happy to hear we were getting our own restaurant right down the street. Unfortunately, my eagerness turned to disappointment and even anger at the horrible service, bad food quality, and overall terrible reflection of the entire Chipotle brand that is the Pearland Parkway location. One three occasions I've gotten the slowest service of my life, the smallest portions I've ever seen in a Chipotle, and even undercooked or uncooked food. On top of all these things, the service is terrible. If you really want Chipotle, take the long drive across Pearland to their Broadway location (a far superior location), or wait for the new Moe's Southwest Grill to open up in Pearland. read more

If you love uncooked or over cooked rice this is the place for you. I prefer Spanish rice over cilantro rice, but the uneducated girl said "we have white and brown rice" the white rice is cilantro rice. Which I said I didn't want but was given anyway. I tried to push through the nasty cilantro but the hard crunchy rice made it impossible. Say NO the dumb people. read more
