Not sure what folks have experienced here, but I've been a handful of times w/ online orders, and it's gone pretty well each time. Pretty good amount of food in the bowl, ready when I got there, and good experience altogether. Inside is pretty much standard Chipotle location, pretty clean, but I think you need a combo to get into the bathroom. Maybe that's more common in other areas, not used to it so much in the suburbs, but all good. I've had pretty good online order experiences there. read more

Very disappointing experience. Let's start with I ordered my usual bowl and asked for grilled vegetables. The grilled vegetables were cooked beyond recognition. Then a young lady is going around checking the temperature of each hot item. After she inserts the thermometer in an item such as white rice she wipes it with the cloth and goes to the next item. She did this to all hot and cold foods; this is cross contamination. No one on staff stopped her. I wonder if anyone on duty had Safeserv certification. I decided to purchase the food at my own risk even though I know better; sorry not sorry. My last insult was that I asked for small chips and queso. The handed me what seemed like a 4 ounce pour. When I questioned it, they explain it was the right quantity. I ask for what two chips? I further explained I would have gotten the same quantity had I said queso on the side; since my "free" salsa was in the same container. I knew I had outgrown the experience but I was looking for a quick meal after a long day. $15 dollars and a huge disappointment. read more

I went to Chipotle on Old Youk Road Abington PA this evening. To start the entry door windows were filthy. As you enter the dining area the floors were filthy - trash strewn all over the floors, tables not wiped down, the soda area needed attention. I should have waked out but I ordered a bowl. Food did not look fresh. I asked for peppers so the server scraped the bottom of the container and slapped it on the bowl. Paid for my food and was not thanked. I got home and threw it in the trash. I will never go there again. I give no stars - poor custimer service and a very dirty store. read more

I just left Chipotle in Township line in the Shopping Center they're literally cheating people, I asked for a bowl my protein was steak,I was served 9 pieces of steak and was told their policy is 4 ounces,so I got back in line to buy a extra side of steak to compare but they realized it and try to add more steak it was roughly speaking like 20 pieces of steak and to prove a point the Manager pulls out the scales and weights it low and behold it still was short so he added more this must be policy to scam their customers. read more

As Someone else mentioned, I love Chipotle but this location is not good. They are not efficient in getting people through the line compared to other locations I've been too. They always seem rushed and unorganized. A prime example of them having terrible service is today! A dozen or so of us walk in, stand in line, we wait for a few minutes as the employees look at us. Then finally one person yells to tell us that you can only order online like we're supposed to just know. The last time I walked in it was normal. No signs outside. No signs inside. No one greeting you at the door to let you know the new process. This Chipotle has been super frustrating since the pandemic started. At the beginning of the pandemic, the portion sizes shrunk like they were trying to ration the food, the meat especially. That situation has gotten better, but one thing that has continued to remain spectacularly bad is the online ordering logistics. Every time I go, my food is ready at least 20 minutes after the app told me it would be ready. This usually means that it's taking 40+ minutes for them to prepare my order. Not sure why it would take this long given how quickly they prepare food during non-pandemic times. The worst part is the chaotic pick up process they have going on. The entrance to the restaurant is usually closed until a worker comes out and mumbles the name of whoever's order is ready. Because it's so hard to hear with the City Ave traffic in the back and because everyone is hoping their overdue order is ready, the end result is a large group of people huddling around the entrance trying to figure out if their order is ready. I wouldn't be surprised if this Chipotle is the next scene of a covid outbreak due to the large gathering of hungry and frustrated customers outside of the restaurant everyday. Waited in line over 20 minutes to find that they didn't have any chicken prepared. I was told basically I could wait for another 20 for chicken. It's 6pm. How does that work? Firstly, the line was NOT around the block, and even if it was, everybody's not having chicken. Don't they take steps to prepare for this? I went to this chipotle two times in the past three weeks. First time, i ordered via the phone app- went to pick up the food, my order of a large coke was not given, i went and asked for it- they graciously gave it to me and apologise, no offence taken then i went to the soda machine and both pepsi and cocoacola registers were emitting just carbonated water- it was out of both drinks, went to the register again and pointed to the coke bottle in their fridge- i need to buy again. okay, told them of the machine they said they were going to fix it next time. very well then, they're young kids and their manager will get it figured out flash forward to today, machine still broken and i said okay i wont get soda- looked at the chips and there were none- again went to the register- the young girl looked at me and said their chip fryer was broken, i said i would like a refund for the chips- she said she can get us chips, they handed me a bag of soft uncooked chips- also to top it off they made the wrong burrito for my girlfriend on top of that. so uncooked chips, no soda, no refund- this place doesnt deserve our hard earned money. stay away, read more

Chipotle does a decent job with flavor and portions. Unfortunately, when I ordered pick-up from this location, there was so much rice in my bowl in place of the other ingredients that I got more of a hint of flavor than a full servings worth. Terrible experience. Waited about 10 min, with only one person in front of me, while I had a driver waiting for me outside. The person at the register came to the front of the line like she was going to start, but then spoke with her colleague for at least a min with her back to us in line. Then she prepared food for the person in front of me and I'm still waiting. Then she goes to check him out, but she evidently can't do it herself so the other person comes to help her - they're trying to figure out how to ring up the customer for at least 3 min while meanwhile I'm just standing there. Meanwhile there were at least 4 other chipotle employees in the back that I saw standing around. Then one person comes out to clean the grill a little. Also, that advertisement "you should hear sizzling in the store when you walk in" and "we are like a farmers market" doesn't evidently exist at this store. Nothing at all was cooking and the food looked tired anyway. #pass All the while, no one said hello to me or I'll be with you in a moment or anything. I just walked out. I'm in Philly anyway, I'll go get something from a restaurant with better ratings orange even a Philly cheese stake. What a waste of time and money!!! Do yourself a favor and SKIP this Chipotle. Super disappointing. Used their online ordering. Food was supposed to be ready at 215PM. 225PM roles along and food still not ready. Asked the cashier who then checked a ticket and said it was, "about to be made," though politely. Iafter 232PM, about 15 customers served and me asking a second time about if my food was being made I finalkt asked for and was provided with a refund. One of the nicer Chipotle's I've been to in Philadelphia. Lots of seating, very clean, and nice ambient lighting. Went here a little after 6pm. There was no line when I got there but by the time I sat down there was a line almost to the door. Seems like one of the popular restaurants out of all the choices in this plaza. I got a carnitas bowl. Everything was perfect except the white rice was undercooked. I like brown rice but I avoid ordering brown rice when I go out since it's almost always undercooked because of how long it takes to cook it compared to white rice. But this time even ordering white rice didn't prevent me from getting undercooked rice. :( Everything was 5/5 stars otherwise but undercooked rice sucks read more

All the previous 1 and 2 star ratings are appropriate. This location, tucked into an awkward corner under a Target parking structure, is hit or miss as far as food and service. I've been several times as I've never had any real issues with the quality of my meal. During my first visit I asked for a burrito bowl - with a little lettuce. The woman taking my order retorted "a salad." I said, "No I just want a little lettuce, not much." She continued (in a very sassy way) "If you want lettuce, its a salad." Given my nature I could have gone back forth forever holding up the line and arguing the point that there is only the difference of semantics here, no change in price, ingredients or add-ons. I did not. I let a Chipotle worker have her day and continued on down the aisle. During my next visit I noticed that the delivery orders are being fulfilled from the same station as the walk-ins. This means that the employees squinting to reading orders from receipts are obstructing the movement of the employees taking orders from the customers standing in line in store. This is quite awkward. The beautiful part about Chipotle is the ease of ordering. Point, Shoot, Pay, Fill water cup with Soda lol. When the person fulfilling my order cant scoop my guac because someone else is using the guac spoon (even though its my turn and ive been waiting in this long @$$ Chiptole line), its bothersome. The many other locations I've been to have a separate station for online/delivery orders. As they should. On another visit I wisened up! Ordered online for pick up, parked, noticed a shockingly long line and semi full seating area overwrought with children. I saw the Panera style online order shelf and swooped in to grab my meal. My cup was in the bag so I swung around to the drink counter and filled with Mr.Pibb. I was out the door in under 4 minutes with a line of people staring longingly at me. A champion. The Lance Armstrong of Chipotle. Again, I've never had any issues with the quality of food like some other reviewers indicated and this may have something to do with the times in which I visit this location. If you go there and are able to get chips, please let me know as hell has also likely frozen over. Today I stopped by and they had neither chicken nor steak. That was a bummer considering I would have ordered either chicken or steak. We waited in line 20 minutes and the woman behind me left when she was told about that, after having waited in line. I hate to knock the service because I know that that can be a thankless job in a high stress environment but calling the service subpar would be an understatement. This is just a classic example of how fast casual dining does not have the same capacity to support the throughput of a high volume metro area as the same restaurant would in a suburban strip mall. This is one of the worst Chipotle Restaurants I have been to. We have ordered online through the app about 4 times and in all of those times they have given hardly any protein and will fill the bowl with rice to make the bowl look full. In our most recent order they didn't include the chips and also gave us a half empty guacamole. The only reason we go back is because we were given gift cards, but it's clearly not worth it if this is what happens. read more
