I was excited to order the new quesadillas on the menu. I ordered a fajitas veggies quesadilla with beans & salsa. Since it is vegetarian it comes with a side of guac. When I got home, I had the beans and fajita veggies in the tray and then guac & salsa on the side. Why aren't the fajita veggies INSIDE the quesadilla?? I didn't order a cheese quesadilla, I ordered a fajitas veggie quesadilla. I had to rip apart the quesadilla and stuff it myself with the veggies. I love Chipotle in general however, this location does a horrible job of representing the company. Tonight I ordered two #3 taco plates off the app for pick up. When we arrived home and opened the food we were mortified. There were basically 3 soggy taco shells (too soggy to pick up) jammed together in a container and what appeared to be a dollop of meat and sour cream in the center with a few sprinkles of lettuce and maybe a slight dropping of one of two salsas I had ordered tossed haphazardly in the container. Basically I paid for soggy taco shells with a few scattered ingredients tossed in top. I do not expect to have to complain about tacos from a chipotle restaurant. Worst service I ever received here! I work in the service industry and frequent flyer his location often but have to say I'm shocked by tonight's visit. Walked in a little before 9 and the girl making the food not even a hello just immediately asked what I wanted, it caught me off guard how unfriendly she was and the look of disgust she had towards me. I went to order my food and then noticed that they were out of most things. Instead of offering to make more she made it very clear she wasn't going to have anything refilled even though there was two other groups behind me. She proceeded to fill my bowl and burrito with the smallest amounts and scrapping for scraps at the bottom of the containers, I actually had to ask her for more rice and beans. Being in the industry I completely understand wanting to go home early but when the business isn't suppose to close for another hour you think they would maintain more food and not act like im an inconvenience for showing up during their open business hours. My husband had his heart set on chipotle, but I was very hesitant to eat here because of the horrible reviews! I was ready to walk down a few doors to Jamba Juice for my supper, but I am glad that I didn't! The restaurant that we just went to bears no resemblance to all of the negative reviews I read before eating here. Chipotle is one of my favorite go-to places to eat. This location is HORRIBLE though. Despite many bad experiences, ive been back here at least 6 times total over the past year or so. Its probbaly gotten worse every time. I feel sorry for somebody trying Chipotle for the first time at this location. Rude employees, tables constantly dirty. Meat has tasted very old on a couple occasions. Burritos are smaller than any other location Ive ever been to. My wife gets salads and the lettuce never has tasted fresh... We would rather drive 30 miles away from our home to go into folsom for Chipotle than to EVER try this location again. Do yourself a favor and try a different restaurant. Third time I've been to this one and third time they've screwed up. Latest was a big order that was supposed to be delivered. Upon arrival the driver took it out to hand to me and everything fell through the bottom of the bag and on to the ground. I was in a really good mood before I walked into this chipotle but that completely changed after I approached the counter to order. So Incredibly rude. The woman behind the counter appeared annoyed and unfriendly as my family and I were deciding what to order. I could understand if it was the lunch rush but it was a Saturday and we were the only ones inside the restaurant. But even that's not an excuse, other establishments (such as In-N-Out) can easily be just as busy, and their employees are way nicer. I might have to agree with the other yelpers. This is not my favorite Chipotle. We came here for lunch after a long week in Tahoe and we're craving a good burrito or taco. Now I know that it is not authentic to say the least, but it tasty. I ordered a fajita bowl with chicken and veggies. My girlfriend had two chicken tacos. My bowl was just average. The portion size was a bit smaller than others but still had too much to finish it all without feeling stuffed. My girlfriend how ever found some very fatty pieces and ended up only eating one and a few bites of the other The chips were over salted and the place seemed a bit dirty. This is a decent chipotle when you come at the right times. The staff isn't very friendly, but hey that's okay. I get it customer service is annoying at times. However the only thing that bothers me is their lack of changing gloves and washing hands in between handling food and the register. I always have to ask the employees to change their gloves and I get an eye roll every time. I have watched multiple people working the line use the same gloves for making the meals and handling cash at the register. It's unsanitary for the customers. Management and team just do better about the contamination! Maybe give the whole crew a refresher course on food safety? read more

The first rule of burrito is "if you need a fork to eat it, it's not a burrito." As I watched the guy making my burrito struggle for like 5 minutes to wrap it up, I knew this rule was going to be violated. Sure enough, I unwrapped the tinfoil to see an abomination of fillings and a tortilla that was so destroyed it was useless. If I wanted the burrito experience, my only option was to eat the tinfoil. The meant I had to stop, and try to eat the fillings out of the foil with a fork. And you know what? As fillings go, Chipotle may have the most flavorless combination of fillings I've ever eaten. They have managed to wring all of the flavor out of things like salsa and guac--which must have taken some serious effort. There are at least 5 local taquerias in town that are better. Do yourself a favor and skip this terrible chain and eat something good an flavorful, made by people who can wrap a burrito. Note to Chipotle--if someone is incapable of wrapping a burrito, make sure that they are only allowed to clean the bathroom and run the register. Thanks! read more

Stopped in last night, 1/3/18, to get a burrito, and was told they were out of tortillas. My jaw hit the floor. I've been here in the past, and they've been out of cilantro, or barbacoa, or some other trivial ingredient, which is no big deal, but out of flipping tortillas? How can you let that happen? It's your bloody trademark menu item for cripe's sake! It'd be like McDonalds running out of hamburger patties, or Harbor Freight saying "Sorry, we don't have any cheap Chinese-made tools right now.". I saw a manager being overly rude to her employees. Ordering people to move if they weren't working up to her standard. No one washing their hands when they're supposed to. My bowl was okay. But the employee who started my food was finishing it up and someone in a black polo shirt yelled at him... For doing his job... I asked the cashier who she was and was told she was the restaurant GM... The chicken was chopped into giants chunks so it made it difficult to eat. Should be chopped smaller so that people might get more than one piece at a time... Not a great experience, at least here, and we won't be back. read more

I used to love this chipotle a couple years ago when they served good food and the employees were friendly. Now this place is trash and the employees are SO rude, not one of them greeted me or my family or smiled, the girl making my burrito was very sloppy (she's been there a while so no excuse) & the girl that rang us up (who used to work at Taco Bell on Broadway) was extremely rude and aggressively threw all our items in the bag and made our side of rice open in the bag. This chipotle location is drastically going down hill. We sat in and ate our food and they were all wandering around back and forth and there was dirty tables that needed to be cleaned and they just carried on with their day and ignored the dirty tables.
