So, I took my meal to go eating the whole Shabang at my house because I'm too lazy cooking at home tonight: I doctored the sandwich loading it with a slathering of organic, brown mustard and inundated it with organic pickles then, proceeded inhaling the entire Pastrami sandwich; however, I became too bloated after eating the sandwich, i.e., the sandwich was too big! There is usually no staff at the register to take orders. But at times, I do ask the staff to take my order because the in house discounts aren't listed on the kiosk options. I suppose that happens when cashiering is no longer a major job task. But she didn't know which pastries were included in the offer or how to enter the offer. Eventually she triumphed. I bemoaned Panera's retirement of their Napa almond chicken salad sandwich, turkey chili, and steak and white cheddar sandwich from their menu. But they still have the Greek salad; it's fantastic. The Harvest Medley Chicken salad is a new favorite of mine. Fresh tasting and looking ingredients having the crunch factor. Plus I'm luvin their iced tea options. The papaya iced tea, pomegranate hibiscus, regular iced tea, and agave lemonade are delicious and better yet... no HFCS. Great option versus the HFCS fountain drinks. Both the sodas and teas are self serve, free refills for dine in folks. Panera's is in the Palladio shopping center. To get to the shop is bit unconventional. There is a multi-story parking garage right next to the Panera's. That's the closest parking option. They have two entries into the shop. One is from the parking garage area and the other is at the opposite end from the shopping plaza walkway. The ordering counter is closest to the parking garage.

Fountain drinks are to the right of this space as well and I can see it getting a bit chaotic at rush hours. There are seats outside and inside to your liking depending on weather. Staff is hit or miss on my visit here. Gentlemen today was friendly. I had a female help in the evenings and there isn't a greeting of any sort just take your order and pick up.

Assistant manager was incredibly non-apologetic and my husband was livid.
